Abstract

Saat ini perusahaan membutuhkan sumber daya manusia yang potensial.Perusahaan selalu bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kinerja karyawannya. Oleh sebab itu berbagai cara di lakukan oleh perusahaan untuk mengetahui faktor yang menyebabkan peningkatan atau penurunan kinerja karyawan. Dalam meneliti penyebab peningkatan maupun penurunan kinerja karyawan peneliti mengamati pada dua faktor yakni lingkungan kerja dan motivasi.Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh lingkungan kerja dan motivasi terhadap produktivitas kinerja karyawan.Data penelitian di peroleh melalui wawancara serta penyebaran kuesioner kepada 45 karyawan, dan menggunakan metode regresi sederhana dan berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan lingkungan kerja dan motivasi secara bersama - sama berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan. Namun lingkungan kerja dan motivasi secara parsial berpengaruh kecil terhadap kinerja karyawan.Kata kunci : Motivasi, Lingkungan kerja

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui bagaimana Proses Rekrutmen dan Seleksi Karyawan Pada PT. Lunto Prima Megah Jakarta Pusat, mengetahui kendala dan solusi alternatif dalam pemecahan masalah. Teknik pengumpulan data melalui observasi dan wawancara, yaitu mengamati langsung objek yang diteliti serta dengan dokumentasi. Berdasarkan hasil pembahasan menunjukkan bahwa proses Rekrutmen dan Seleksi Karyawan Pada PT. Lunto Prima Megah Jakarta Pusat sesuai dengan standard peranan dan kewenangan yang diberikan pada umumnya seperti yang tercantum dalam job description dan sudah efektif dalam mencari karyawan baru yang diperlukan oleh perusahaan. Kendala yang terjadi adalah ketidak fokusan dalam bekerja, terjadi penumpukan kerja serta penyelesaian pekerjaan yang lama menjadi satu akibat dari daya tampung yang tidak cukup dilakukan apabila hanya dengan satu pekerja. Solusi yang dilakukan sementara masih belum efektif karena dari beberapa alternatif terkadang masih terganggu dengan pekerjaan urgent yang musti didahulukan. Dalam pembangunan sistem-sistem administrasi di perusahaan setidaknya membawa kemajuan secara perlahan namun untuk mencapai perkembangan yang baik, sangat diperlukan dukungan banyak pihak dan fokus dalam mengembangkannya.

Abstract

An overview of the culinary business licensing for PKK cadres at Puri Harmoni 7 Housing in Cileunyi, Bogor, West Java is a difficult matter, requires no small amount of money, and complicated bureaucracy. This condition causes them to be lazy to take care of licensing. Reluctance and ignorance of the benefits of licensing can cause them to deal with the authorities. This community service is here to provide enlightenment about the ease of taking care of licensing online and its benefits. LP3I Jakarta Polytechnic in collaboration with PT Kinarya Insan Kreatif provides training and counseling. The method of activity is legal socialization through limited face-to-face lectures by complying with the 5 M health protocol. The object of this service is a contemporary food product that comes from cassava. This counseling material includes legal protection and assistance, obtaining a Business Identification Number permit, the establishment of  PT Perseorangan, and halal certificates. The implementation of this activity is carried out through the stages of problem identification, site survey, planning, implementation, and evaluation of activities as well as preparation of reports. Abstract

Having communication skills is important for everyone, especially for students who are still learning to get knowledment. The importance of the ability to communicate for students is one of the means of supporting the success of students' achievements in learning. Implementation activities to build communication skills for students and teachers at PKBM Negeri 23 Jakarta went smoothly as planned. Starting from the speech of the head of PKBM, the delivery of materials and communication practices can be carried out properly, although it is carried out gradually and slowly. The disciples can absorb everything that has been well conveyed. With frequent training like this, it is hoped that students and teachers can improve techniques to build effective communication skills. Be a qualified person with communication. Understand how to manage emotions positively to build effective communication between members of the organization. Abstract

The purpose of this study is to analyze the influence of promotions and prices on buying decisions at Traveloka Agents. This research method is descriptive quantitative. Interpretation of the data is processed using SPSS 25 statistics. The research model uses Multiple Regression Analysis to test the effect value of promotion (X1) and price (X2) on purchasing decisions. The analysis technique used is validity test, reliability test, and t-test and F-test. The results show that simultaneously there is an influence between promotion and price according to the correlation test with an R value of 0.440 or 44% in the medium category. This implies that the effect of variables X1 and X2 simultaneously on variable Y is 44%. Based on the T test, the results obtained are: a) the sig value of the promotion variable on purchasing decisions has a significant value of 0.499 > 0.05, and the value of t count < t table is 0.679 < 1.9916; b) the price variable on purchasing decisions has a significant value of 0.000 <0.05, and the t count > t table is 4.332 > 1.9916. Conclusion, a) there is no relationship between promotion variable and buying decision; b) there is an influence between price and purchase quality; c) Simultaneously, there is an influence between promotion and price with purchasing decisions, so it indicates the promotion given and the price is affordable and accepted by consumers. Abstract

Siswa SMK setelah lulus memiliki dua pilihan yaitu melanjutkan ke jenjang Pendidikan yang lebih tinggi yaitu perguruan tinggi atau langsung bekerja. Kelemahan dari lulusan SMK generasi Z saat ini adalah informasi terkait persiapan memasuki dunia kerja sangat minim diperoleh, sehingga banyak lulusan SMK yang menjadi pengangguran. Solusi yang dapat dilakukan dalam rangka menghadapi permasalahan tersebut adalah dengan memberikan informasi secara detil mengenai persiapan yang harus dilakukan dalam memasuki dunia kerja di era industri 4.0 dan society 5.0, khususnya mengenai softskill yang dibutuhkan dan juga bagaimana menyusun CV yang menarik dan informatif agar pencari kerja dapat mengetahui kualitas dan kompetensi calon karyawan sebelum menjalani tes seleksi berikutnya. Metode yang dilakukan adalah metode ceramah dengan 5 narasumber yang berbeda. word : generasi Z, SMK, softskill, CV.

Abstract

In the teaching and learning process, there are three aspects of ability that are targeted, namely knowledge, attitudes, and skills. The balance between these three aspects requires serious attention from teachers and all related parties in schools or in educational institutions. Students are nurtured and educated not only as intelligent, but at the same time have good social sensitivity, morals/character and religion, so that students are born as a religious generation. To achieve these educational goals with religious nuances, teachers are expected to be able to deliver students who have the intelligence to understand good morals through setting an example by showing good behavior so that students can emulate and apply it in everyday life. School is a place of learning for children. The purpose of the school itself is to teach about teaching students to become students who are able to advance the nation. In schools there is interaction between students and their teachers, which is called the teaching and learning process. In the teaching and learning process, of course, it does not always run smoothly or efficiently, but there are also problems encountered in learning, as well as for students at school, of course there are many obstacles or problems faced by students. This happens due to several factors besides that the attitudes and behavior of each student are of course different so that it can cause problems at school whether studying or not. The series of service activities is carried out in three stages. The first stage is observation where universities pay visits to SMKN 16 Jakarta to identify problems that occur in student character during the learning process at school. The second stage is carrying out activities for providing material and muhasabah for students, while the third stage is the evaluation stage related to the implementation of community service.Keyword: character building, muhasabah, generation Z

Abstract

Dalam rangka mendukung pengembangan Usaha Mikro, Kecil, dan Menengah (UMKM) di Jakarta Selatan, Dharma Wanita Persatuan Sektor III Mampang Sudin Gulkarmat memiliki kesempatan untuk memfasilitasi anggotanya dalam pengembangan diri optimalisasi jiwa kewirausahaan dan pengelolaan manajemen keuangan. Hal ini penting untuk meningkatkan kualitas dan daya saing UMKM yang menjadi tulang punggung perekonomian daerah tersebut. Tujuan dari program pelatihan dan pendampingan bagi anggota Dharma Wanita Persatuan Sektor III Mampang Sudin Gulkarmat Jakarta Selatan aitu menumbuhkan jiwa kewirasuahaan sehingga dapat memulai usaha dalam bentuk UMKM serta pengelolaan keuangannya.. Kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat dilakukan dalam bentuk pelatihan, dan pendampingan. Hasil dari kegiatan, sebanyak 80% peserta merasa puas dan bersedia untuk mengikuti kegiatan serupa dan pendampingan ke depannya.

Abstract

Permasalahan pada warga yang berada di lingkungan rawan bencana di Pulau Harapan, Jakarta Utara adalah kesadaran dalam mengelola arsip vital yang masih minim baik secara manual maupun digital. Keterbatasan pengetahuan dari warga Pulau Harapan menjadi pemicu kurangnya dalam kesadaran pengelolaan arsip vital keluarga secara digital. Metode Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat ini adalah berupa pelatihan atau penyuluhan. Tujuan kegiatan ini diharapkan warga kep Harapan dapat meningkatkan kesadaran digitlasiasi arsip vital keluarga melalui pemberian informasi. Proses pelaksanaan kegiatan pemberian informasi dimulai dari tahap 1) Persiapan, yaitu kegiatan analisis kebutuhan warga dan koordinasi dengan Warga, 2) Pelaksanaan, meliputi kegitan persiapan materi, pemberian informasi dengan metode ceramah, dan demonstrasi digitalisasi arsip. 3) Evaluasi, yaitu dengan membuat tindak lanjut. Kesimpulan dari kegiatan ini, membuat warga menyadari dengan baik pentingnya melakukan digitalisasi arsip keluarga. Persepsi warga bahwa melakukan digitalisasi arsip itu begitu rumit, mulai tercerahkan dengan adanya kegiatan ini. Sehingga kesadaran untuk melakukan digitalisasi arsip vital keluarga mulai diperhatikan dan meningkat. Selain itu, bentuk kesadaran ini dapat dilihat dari adanya kemauan warga untuk mulai melakukan penyimpanan arsip vital keluarga secara digital serta berencana mengikuti pendampingan dari Politeknik LP3I Jakarta

Abstract

This research examines the relationship between organizational communication, participative leadership, work motivation, and employee creativity in the creative industries in Bali. A quantitative research design was adopted, and data was collected from 128 employees working in various creative sectors. Structural Equation Modeling (SEM-PLS) was used for data analysis. The research results show a significant positive relationship between organizational communication, participative leadership, work motivation and employee creativity. Organizational communication, participative leadership, and work motivation together explain about 60.2% of the variance in employee creativity. These findings underscore the importance of fostering open communication channels, empowering leadership practices, and motivational strategies to foster a culture of creativity and innovation in Bali's creative industries. Despite the contributions of this study, several limitations must be acknowledged, the cross-sectional nature of the data limits causal conclusions about the relationships studied.
