Abstract

This study aims to examine the effect of the need for achievement on teacher performance, examine the effect of the need for power on teacher performance, and examine the effect of the need for affiliation on teacher performance. Respondents in this study were 60 teachers at Madrasah Tsanawiyah in Kulon Progo Regency. A questionnaire was utilized to collect data, and multiple linear regression was employed to analyze it. The results showed that the need for achievement affects teacher performance, the need for power affects teacher performance, and the need for affiliation affects teacher performance.Keywords: the need for achievement, need for power, need for affiliation, teacher performance

Abstract

The objectives of this study are: (1) To determine the effect of transactional leadership style on the performance of BRI Purworejo Branch employees; and (2) To determine the effect of transformational leadership style on the performance of BRI Purworejo Branch employees. The sample in this study were all employees of BRI BRI Purworejo Branch, totaling 80 people. Therefore the sampling method in this study uses the census method. The results showed that the transactional leadership style had a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Transformational leadership style has a positive and significant effect on employee performance.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh disain produk terhadap loyalitas konsumen, mengetahui pengaruh harga terhadap loyalitas konsumen, dan untuk mengetahui pengaruh warna produk terhadap loyalitas konsumen. Ukuran sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah 100 orang responden penggunan pasta gigi pepsodent. Teknik analisis data menggunakan regresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa disain produk berpengaruh signifikan terhadap loyalitas konsumen, harga berpengaruh signifikan terhadap loyalitas konsumen, dan warna produk tidak berpengaruh terhadap loyalitas konsumen.

Abstract

Employee performance can be used as a means to gain a competitive advantage if employee performance is superior to that of competing company employees. One of the companies experiencing problems with employee performance is the Wates Post office, which is located in the Wates sub-district, Kulon Progo district. There are indications that the performance of the Wates Post office employees is still not in line with the company's expectations. The low performance of these employees is partly influenced by work motivation and discipline. Based on these problems, the purpose of this study was to examine the effect of work motivation on employee performance and to examine the effect of work discipline on employee performance. The population in this study were 70 employees of the Wates Post office, Kulon Progo Regency, Yogyakarta Special Province. The data collection technique used a questionnaire, while the data analysis technique used multiple linear regression. The results showed that work motivation has a significant effect on employee performance and work discipline also has a significant effect on employee performance.

Abstract

Dewasa ini produk-produk yang di pasarkan secara on line sudah menjadi awam bagi masyarakat seiring dengan semakin maju teknologi informasi. Berbagai jenis produk dari berbagai perusahaan di kenal masyarakat melalui pemasaran yang inovatif. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui peran mediasi daya efisiensi konsumen dalam bertransaksi on line antara hubungan inovasi sumber daya manusia (SDM), inovasi sarana (physical evidence innovation), dan inovasi proses trnsaksi on line terhadap frekuensi pembelian konsumen. Dengan menggunakan sampel sebesar 110 responden, data primer di kolek melalui kuesioner 5 likert scale baik melalui e-form maupun distribusi face to face. Analisa SPSS menunjukkan bahwa inovasi sarana dan proses secara signifikan dan positif mempengaruhi peningkatan efisiensi konsumen dalam bertransaksi.  Namun demikian inovasi SDM tidak berpengaruh terhadap efisiensi pembelian konsumen akan produk-produk on line.  Lingkungan persaingan usaha mendorong frekuensi pembelian konsumen. Daya efisiensi konsumen dalam bertransaksi on line berpengaruh signifikan dalam meningkatkan frekuensi pembelian. Daya efisiensi juga memediasi positif signifikan hubungan antara inovasi proses terhadap frekuensi pembelian.

Abstract

The aims of this study are to examine the effect of transformational leadership style on employee performance and to examine the effect of compensation on employee performance. One hundred employees at Matahari Department Store Hartono Mall Yogyakarta Branch were used as the population in this study. Questionnaires were used as a data collection technique, while multiple regression was used as a data analysis method. This study found that transformational leadership style has an influence on employee performance and compensation has an influence on employee performance.Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menguji pengaruh gaya kepemimpinan transformasional terhadap kinerja karyawan dan untuk menguji pengaruh kompensasi terhadap kinerja karyawan. Seratus orang karyawan pada Matahari Department Store Cabang Hartono Mall Yogyakarta, digunakan sebagai populasi dalam penelitian ini. Kuesioner digunakan sebagai teknik pengumpulan data, sedangkan regresi berganda digunakan sebagai metode analisis data. Penelitian ini menemukan bahwa gaya kepemimpinan transformasional memiliki pengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan  dan   kompensasi memiliki pengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the effect of job involvement on job satisfaction, examine the effect of the work environment on job satisfaction, and examine the effect of career development on job satisfaction. Respondents in this study were 120 employees at PT. Adi Satria Abadi. Data collection techniques were carried out using questionnaires, while data analysis used path analysis. The results showed that job involvement has a significant effect on job satisfaction, the work environment has an insignificant effect on job satisfaction, and career development has a significant effect on job satisfaction.
