Abstract

This study aims to determine the activities of the Ministry of Religious Affairs Office of Medan City in improving teacher competence in teaching Al-Qur’an, planning the learning of the teacher Raudhatul Athfal in teaching Al-Qur’an, the learning method that the teacher does in teaching Al-Qur’an, the obstacles faced by the teacher in teaching Al-Qur’an, and knowing the efforts conducted by the teacher in overcoming obstacles in teaching Al-Qur’an at Raudhatul Athfal in Medan City. Data collection techniques used were interviews, observation, documentation studies. Data management consists of data reduction, data display / data presentation, data analysis, techniques to ensure the validity of research results. The results of the study revealed that the activities of the Ministry of Religion of Medan City to improve the competence of teachers in teaching the Koran at Raudhatul Athfal Medan City are programs to improve teacher education qualifications, integrated competency-based training programs, education supervision programs and teacher empowerment programs through teacher learning planning Raudhatul Athfal in teaching The Koran at the Raudhatul Athfal City of Medan is a plan for organizing or organizing learning materials that will be given / taught to students consisting of plans for the preparation of the Semester Program (PROMES), Weekly Learning Implementation Plans (RPPM), Daily Learning Implementation Plans (RPPH), and Standard Operating Procedure (SOP)

Abstract

This study aims to determine the management of Mujawwad extracurricular activities in increasing the interests and talents of students at the Integrated Islamic Private Junior High School Nurul 'Azizi Medan. This research is a qualitative research. The data collection technique is done by interview, observation, documentation study and triangulation. The sources of data in this study are the Principal, Teachers and Students. The results showed that the Integrated Islamic Private Junior High School Nurul 'Azizi Medan had implemented management in Mujawwad extracurricular activities in increasing students' interests and talents, this can be seen from the management functions that apply these functions including planning, implementation and evaluation. The planning of the first phase of the Mujawwad extracurricular program was carried out through formal meetings involving school officials, principals, school principals for student affairs and the Qur’an Coordinator who were presented in the preparation of Mujawwad extracurricular program planning. At the meeting, the first thing that was determined was the implementation schedule, implementation achievements and methods used in Mujawwad extracurricular activities. The implementation of Mujawwad extracurricular management activities at the Nurul 'Azizi Integrated Islamic Private Junior High School Medan was first carried out at the beginning of the new academic year. This activity was carried out to socialize the Mujawwad extracurricular activity program with new students.

Abstract

This study aims to determine how the management of curriculum development in MAN Padang Lawas Utara. This research used a qualitative approach with a descriptive type. Data collection techniques used observation, interviews and documentation techniques to obtain valid data about curriculum development management at MAN Padang Lawas Utara. Based on the results of the study, it shows that 1) The planning of curriculum development at MAN Padang Lawas Utara is quite good, which includes: the background of the preparation of curriculum development based on the needs and feasibility of the madrasah, reviewing the vision, mission and goals of education, formulation of curriculum content, projects that need to be done, design strategies in learning, design guidance strategies in dealing with problems, design assessment strategies to determine the level of success that has been achieved after implementing curriculum development, 2) Organizing curriculum development management at MAN Padang Lawas Utara is quite good, because it is carried out regularly and planned. Conducted by a curriculum development team formed by the principal. So that it makes it easier to make curriculum and get effective and efficient results, 3) The implementation of curriculum development at MAN Padang Lawas Utara is going well, according to the agenda that has been prepared by the curriculum development team, namely determining the curriculum structure to support competency standards, 4) Evaluation of development North Padang Lawas MAN curriculum is quite good, it can be seen with monitoring and assessment to determine the implementation of curriculum development by the principal and the supervisory team. Supervision is carried out starting from planning, organizing to implementing curriculum development internally and externally. as teacher professional education training (TPT), as well as collaboration between teachers and students.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan menjawab permasalahan dari  tujuh hipotesis yang diajukan, yakni meliputi: 1) Apakah terdapat pengaruh langsung kepemimpinan terhadap motivasi kerja?; 2) Apakah terdapat pengaruh langsung tim kerja terhadap motivasi kerja?; 3) Apakah terdapat pengaruh langsung efikasi diri terhadap motivasi kerja?; 4) Apakah terdapat pengaruh langsung kepemimpinan terhadap komitmen kerja?; 5) Apakah terdapat pengaruh langsung tim kerja terhadap komitmen kerja?; 6) Apakah terdapat pengaruh langsung efikasi diri terhadap komitmen kerja?; 7) Apakah terdapat pengaruh langsung motivasi kerja terhadap komitmen kerja?Populasi penelitian ini adalah pegawai Kantor Wilayah Kementerian Agama Provinsi Sumatera Utara sebanyak 164 orang dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 113 orang yang diambil dengan mengkonsultasikannya dengan Nomogram Harry King. Instrumen penelitian adalah angket dengan skala Likert. Data penelitian diolah dan dianalisis dengan analisis jalur path analysis. Analisis jalur ini diawali dengan melakukan uji persyaratan analisis meliputi uji normalitas, uji linearitas dan keberartian regresi. Hasil analisis menunjukkan terdapat pengaruh langsung kepemimpinan terhadap motivasi kerja dengan koefisien jalur sebesar 0,061, pengaruh langsung tim kerja terhadap motivasi kerja dengan koefisien jalur sebesar 0,097, pengaruh langsung  efikasi diri terhadap motivasi kerja dengan koefisien jalur sebesar 0,030, pengaruh langsung kepemimpinan terhadap  komitmen kerja dengan koefisien jalur sebesar 0,086, pengaruh langsung tim kerja terhadap komitmen kerja dengan koefisien jalur sebesar 0,062, terdapat pengaruh langsung efikasi  diri terhadap komitmen kerja dengan koefisien jalur sebesar 0,090, dan  ada pengaruh langsung  motivasi kerja terhadap komitmen kerja dengan koefisien jalur sebesar 0,081.Pengaruh total yang diberikan Kepemimpinan, Tim Kerja, Efikasi diri dan Motivasi kerja secara bersama-sama terhadap Komitmen kerja pegawai Kantor Wilayah Kementerian Agama Provinsi Sumatera Utara sebesar 57,5 % sedangkan sisanya berasal dari pengaruh variabel lain diluar variabel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini.

Abstract

This article aims to determine the management of the Islamic boarding school sunnah system in shaping the character of students at the Al-Mukhlishin Modern Islamic Boarding School Tanjung Morawa. This research is qualitative research. The data collection technique is done by interview, observation, and documentation study. The sources of data in this study were the leaders of the Islamic boarding school, the head of the madrasa, the ustadz (teacher) in the teaching department, the ustadz in the parenting division, and the students of the Al-Mukhlishin Modern Islamic Boarding School in Tanjung Morawa. The results of the study indicate that the Modern Islamic Boarding School Al-Mukhlishin Tanjung Morawa has implemented management in Islamic boarding school activities in the character of santri, this can be seen from the management functions implemented by these functions, including planning, implementation, and evaluation.
