Abstract

Perkembangan yang pesat dari teknologi komputasi awan, menyita perhatian yang besar di bidang pendidikan khususnya pembelajaran. Banyaknya tersedia perangkat lunak aplikasi awan untuk mendukung kegiatan pembelajaran, malah membuat bingung pengguna khususnya para pendidik dalam menentukan pilihan, meskipun itu gratis. Tujuan artikel ini untuk memaparkan sejumlah perangkat lunak sebagai suatu layanan gratis yakni Collaborize Classroom, CourseSites, Ecto, Edmodo, GoConqr dan Google Classroom. Metode yang diterapkan adalah analisis deskriptif dari sudut pandang jumlah literatur, jumlah item fitur, jumlah item kelebihan dan kekurangan. Hasil yang diharapkan dapat menjadi sumber informasi berharga bagi dukungan pengambilan keputusan sehingga berguna sebagai referensi pedoman kepada pendidik dalam upaya untuk pemilihan terbaik sesuai dengan kebutuhan dan dapat juga menjadi material masukan pada aplikasi sistem pakar.

Abstract

This study aims to find out: 1) Whether there is a positive and significant relationship with the effectiveness of madrasah head leadership on teacher performance, 2) Whether there is a positive and significant relationship with work motivation to teacher performance, 3) Is there a positive and significant relationship to the effectiveness of madrasah head leadership and work motivation together to teacher performance. This type of research is quantitative research with research location in MTs Se-Sub Rayon 50 Subdistrict Percut Sei Tuan. The population in this study was teachers in MTs Se-Sub Rayon 50 Percut Sei Tuan Subdistrict, the number of teachers 271 people actively on duty in 2020/2021. The study sample was conducted based on Kriechie Morgan's table of 153 people. The results showed that:  1) There is a positive and significant contribution between the variable effectiveness of leadership (X1) to teacher performance (Y). With the score obtained from the trend test result of 76.4% in the fairly high category, the simple correlation calculation result was obtained 0.485>0.158 at the moderate level of relationship between the leadership effectiveness variable (X1) and the teacher performance (Y). 2) There is a positive and significant contribution between the variables of teacher work motivation (X2) to teacher performance (Y). With the acquisition of the value of the trend test result of 82.4% in the fairly-high category, the simple correlation calculation result was obtained 0.790>0.158 at the high level of the relationship between the teacher's work motivation variable (X2) and the teacher's performance (Y). 3) There is a positive and significant contribution between the variable effectiveness of leadership (X1) and the motivation of teacher work (X2) together Towards teacher performance (Y) obtained R Square value (coeffesien determination) of 0.716 = 71.6%. The results of the double regression equation test also obtained the value of each variable, the magnitude of the Coefesien iregresi (β) leadership effectiveness (X1) = 0.304, the motivation of the teacher's work (X2) = 0.280, so obtained hypotheses is that there is a positive and significant contribution between the variable effectiveness of leadership (X1) and the motivation of the teacher's work (X2) to the performance of teachers (Y). So it can be interpreted if the better leadership exemplified by the head of madrasah and the motivation given to teachers in MTs Sub-Rayon 50 Percut Sei Tuan, the better the performance of teachers (Y).

Abstract

Innovation on Information Communication and Technology (ICT) are not suddenly accepted and directly used by individuals in work and workplace, even some individuals refuse to work using adoption ICTs. Therefore this research needs to be done to reveal what factors influence this attitude. This article aims to analysis variables or factors such as performance expectancy (PE) as X1, effort expectancy (EE) as X2, social influence (SI) as X3 and facilitating condition (FC) as X4 that contribute to the behavioral intention (BI) as Y of individual in accepted or rejected innovation based on the Unified Theory of Acceptance and Use of Technology (UTAUT) model perspective. The method was applied factor analysis. A technique of collecting data using the checklist of questionnaire instrument, with total the population of 85 people, then according to tables of Isaac and Michael obtained the sample of 68 respondents who came from the Government Employees in the Disdikpora Dharmasraya Regency. The data were analyzed with the software tools of the Statistical Package for the Social Sciences (SPSS) version 22. The data collection time starts from November to December 2018. We found that X1, X2, X3, and X4 have significant effects on user acceptation based on UTAUT model.

Abstract

Mata kuliah elektronika daya terdapat dalam kurikulum Pendidikan Teknologi dan Kejuruan di Indonesia, khususnya pada fakultas teknik elektro dan elektronika. Materi ajar yang terkandung didalamnya banyak digunakan sebagai bekal memasuki dunia usaha dan industri. Pesatnya perkembangan teknologi elektro dan elektronika menjadi tantangan tersendiri dalam mengajarkan mata kuliah ini. Disisi lain bahwa pertumbuhan teknologi informasi dan komunikasi (TIK) telah digunakan untuk mendukung kegiatan pembelajaran. Tujuan penulisan artikel untuk mengungkapkan berbagai macam masalah dan solusi terkait mata kuliah tersebut. Metode analisis deskriptif dilakukan dengan studi literatur yang diterbitkan mulai dari tahun 2011 sampai 2017. Kerangka konseptual strategi pengajaran elaborasi antara metode yang berpusat pada pendidik dengan metode yang berpusat pada mahasiswa memanfaatkan perangkat lunak sebagai suatu layanan (Software as a Service/SaaS), coba untuk ditawarkansebagai alternatif lain, sehingga diharapkan dapat dikembangkan menjadi suatu model pembelajaran.

Abstract

The rapid spread of corona virus disease 2019 (COVID-19), throughout direct of the human-to-human interaction makes the virus massively infect humans in all around the world. Until now, there has not been found the right way of healing it. This study aims to design of the intelligent automated quest control system capable for detecting COVID-19 by the body of temperature. The method approach was taken applied research, beginning with determining of the hardware using the ArduinoTM UNO microcontroller, the MLX90614 infrared thermometer, the TCRT5000 infrared reflective sensor, motor driver L293D, the output was displayed on a Liquid Crystal Display (LCD) screen, interaction control using Roller Limit Switch and instruction using the C programming language with Arduino IDE user interface. The system testing is done by comparing the temperature sensor readings infrared thermometer versus standard thermometer. Based on the results of a limited scale trial of 5 volunteers, an average error of 2.72% was obtained and the system worked well (opening or locking the door) in accordance with the temperature limits that had been set for detecting COVID-19. This research novelty that the simple and inexpensive design of the device system prevented and minimize the spread of COVID-19. The last, limitations of the system not being tested by the experts and large sample.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the management of Mujawwad extracurricular activities in increasing the interests and talents of students at the Integrated Islamic Private Junior High School Nurul 'Azizi Medan. This research is a qualitative research. The data collection technique is done by interview, observation, documentation study and triangulation. The sources of data in this study are the Principal, Teachers and Students. The results showed that the Integrated Islamic Private Junior High School Nurul 'Azizi Medan had implemented management in Mujawwad extracurricular activities in increasing students' interests and talents, this can be seen from the management functions that apply these functions including planning, implementation and evaluation. The planning of the first phase of the Mujawwad extracurricular program was carried out through formal meetings involving school officials, principals, school principals for student affairs and the Qur’an Coordinator who were presented in the preparation of Mujawwad extracurricular program planning. At the meeting, the first thing that was determined was the implementation schedule, implementation achievements and methods used in Mujawwad extracurricular activities. The implementation of Mujawwad extracurricular management activities at the Nurul 'Azizi Integrated Islamic Private Junior High School Medan was first carried out at the beginning of the new academic year. This activity was carried out to socialize the Mujawwad extracurricular activity program with new students.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menghasilkan produk Lembar Kerja Peseta Didik (LKPD) berbasis Reciprocal Teaching pada materi matriks kelas XI yang valid, praktis, dan efektif. Penelitian ini menggunakan pengembnagan Research and Development (R&D) model 4-D. Subjek penelitian ini ialah siswa kelas XI SMA MUHAMMADIYAH 4 BABALAN yang berjumlah 30 siswa. Analisis nilai LKPD dari para validator diperoleh indeks sebesar 0,75 untuk ahli materi memiliki kategori sedang atau valid, nilai indeks dari ahli media sebesar 0,94 dengan kategori tinggi atau sangat valid. Kalsifikasi angket guru dan hasil angket peserta didik memenuhi kriteria baik dengan presentase 82,8% yang menunjukkan bahwa LKPD berbasis Reciprocal Teaching memiliki kualitas praktis. Kefektifan diperoleh hasil ketuntasan belajar siswa sicara klasikal setelah menggunakan LKPD sangat efektif sebesar 80% (siswa yang mendapatkan skor ≥75) dimana hasil belajar siswa mengalami peningkatan 44%, sehingga penggunaan LKPD berbasis Reciprocal Teaching sangat efektif digunakan dalam pembelajaran. Setelah dilakukan perhitungan N-gain diperoleh rata-rata sebesar 0,56 dengan kategori sedang sehingga penggunaan LKPD berbasis reciprocal teaching efektif digunakan untuk meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa. ABSTRACK                              This study aims to produce a Reciprocal Teaching-based Student Worksheet (LKPD) product in class XI matrix material that is valid, practical, and effective. This study uses a 4-D Research and Development (R&D) model. The subjects of this study were students of class XI SMA MUHAMMADIYAH 4 BABALAN, totaling 30 students.Analysis of the LKPD value from the validators obtained an index of 0.75 for material experts in the medium or valid category, the index value of media experts at 0.94 in the high or very valid category.. The classification of the teacher's questionnaire and the results of the student's questionnaire met the good criteria with a percentage of 82.8% which indicates that the LKPD based on Reciprocal Teaching has practical quality. The effectiveness of classical student learning mastery results obtained after using LKPD is very effective by 80% (students who get a score of 75) where student learning outcomes have increased by 44%, so the use of LKPD based on Reciprocal Teaching is very effective in learning. Then from the table above after calculating the N-gain, the average is 0.56 with the medium category so that the use of LKPD based on reciprocal teaching is effectively used to improve student learning outcomes

Abstract

This study aims to find the effect of using Edmodo learning media on learning outcomes, the effect of learning motivation on learning outcomes, and the interaction between Edmodo learning media and learning motivation on Fiqh learning outcomes for students of class VIII MTsN 2 Medan. This type of research is a quantitative study with a population of all eighth-grade students consisting of 10 classes (401 students). Based on the Cluster Random Sampling technique, one class is used as a learning class with Edmodo media and another without Edmodo media. The research instruments used were tests and questionnaires. The normality test for learning outcomes data is the Liliefors test, and the homogeneity test is Fisher's and Bartlett’s tests. The data analysis technique used two-way ANOVA at significant = 0.05. The study’s results revealed an influence of Edmodo learning media on students' fiqh learning outcomes, where students' fiqh learning outcomes with Edmodo learning media were higher (26.22) than students' non-Edmodo learning media fiqh learning outcomes (23.25). The influence of learning motivation on learning outcomes obtained fiqh learning outcomes of students with high learning motivation was higher (27.12) than that of students with low learning motivation (22.03). While the interaction between learning media and learning motivation on students' fiqh learning outcomes through the results of the 2 x 2 ANOVA factorial calculation, the interaction factor value F = 9.113 and the P-Value = 0.004 smaller than 0.05. Thus there is an interaction between learning media and learning motivation on students' fiqh learning outcomes at MTsN 2 Medan.

Abstract

Etnomatematika merupakan hubungan antara matematika dengan budaya yang dikaitkan pada aktivitas transaksi jual beli masyarakat dalam sekelompok budaya. Tujuan dari penelitian ini ialah untuk mengetahui hasil etnomatematika pada transaksi jual beli masyarakat pesisir di Sibolga. Lokasi penelitian dilakukan di Sibolga, Kabupaten Tapanuli Tengan, Sumatera Utara. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kualitatif dengan menggunakan teknik pengumpulan data melalui wawancara, observasi, serta dokumentasi. Pengkajian hasil penelitian dilakukan dengan menggunakan model Miles dan Huberman. Tahapan penelaahan hasil penelitian meliputi dengan mereduksi informasi, menyajikannya, dan menarik kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa transaksi jual beli masyarakat pesisir di Sibolga berhubungan dengan konsep matematika. Konsep matematika yang terlibat dalam proses jual beli yaitu aktivitas membilang dan menghitung dimana terdapat operasi hitung didalam aktivitas tersebut. Munculnya aktivitas membilang ketika menyebutkan harga beli. Konsep matematika muncul pada saat aktivitas menghitung seperti penjumlahan, pengurangan, perkalian, dan pembagian. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana etnomatematika pada aktivitas sehari-hari pada masyarakat pesisir Sibolga khususnya kemampuan berpikir matematis ibu-ibu disana selain itu juga bertujuan untuk dapat membantu pendidik dalam melibatkan peserta didik pada hubungan antara matematika dan budaya serta dapat dijadikan sebagai bahan referensi untuk pembelajaran matematika.

Abstract

In the past few years, deep learning has been very popular among IT users. Deep learning is one of the machine learning parts of artificial intelligence (AI). Deep learning has several algorithms in it. So in this paper, we will explain basically about four algorithms owned by deep learning, namely: CNN, RNN, LSTM and SOM along with an explanation of the application of the algorithm. With the explanation, it is hoped that some IT users can understand deep learning algorithms and their implications for work or applications.
