Abstract

The presence of Islam in the area of the Aceh community has a color that has its own focal point in the development of the socio-cultural history of the Acehnesepeople themselves. In the history of the people of Aceh, that Aceh itself consists of several small kingdoms, such as; Samudra Pasai, Peureulak, Pidie and Daya,with the unity of all the kingdoms of Aceh, then Aceh became a big country. In every business, which consists of activities and actions that are intentional toachieve a goal must have a good and strong foothold. Therefore Islamic education is a forum to form an Islamic human being, in this case certainly has a clear reference / foundation in all aspects in it. Abstract

The challenges of Islamic boarding schools in the era of globalization and modernization are changing rapidly because of the urgency of these challenges. Although the intensity and form of pesantren are not the same as one another, this reality impacts the existence of the continuity of the pesantren, the role and achievement of the goals of the pesantren, as well as the public's view of this institutionalized education. This type of research uses a qualitative approach with a case study type at the Modern Muhammadiyah Islamic Boarding School in Kuala Madu Langkat, North Sumatra. Data collection techniques through observation, interviews, and documentation, as well as using qualitative analysis techniques. The results of this study conclude that the efforts of the Modern Muhammadiyah Islamic Boarding School Kwala Madu Langkat, North Sumatra, in improving life skills are pretty reasonable, namely, by carrying out three stages, namely 1) habituation, 2) assignment, 3) training with language development programs such as giving vocabulary, muhadtsah, muhadara, as well as activities that support extracurricular activities, namely Tahfidz al-Qur'an, calligraphy, sports, sewing and so on. These three stages are carried out with the characteristics and abilities of the students who want to be developed.

Abstract

Masa kanak-kanak adalah masa dimana serang individu mulai dapat berinteraksi dengan individu yang lainya, pada masa inilah sebenarnya masa emas dimana seseorang di perkenalkan dengan agama, karena di masa ini anak yang secara pikiran belum terlalu kritis dalam arti setiap apa yang di berikan oleh orang tuanya akan di terimanaya. Perkembangan jiwa beragama pada anak-anak umumnya adalah perkembangan yang masih awal, tetapi sebenarnya sebelum masa anak- anak pun seorang anak telah mendapatkan sebuah pendidikan tentang keagamaan, yaitu dalam kandungan, masa pranatal dan masa bayi. Walaupun pada saat itu penerimaan pendidikan agama itu belum dapat diberikan secara langsung misalnya dalam kandungan, seorang janin hanya bisa menerima rangsangan atau respon dari sang ibu, ketika ibu sedang sholat mungkin atau mengerjakan perintah – perintah agama lainnya, begitu juga pada saat bayi dilahirkan, ia hanya menerima rangsangan dari luar misalnya pada saat sang bayi di azan kan. nah dari itu kita bisa menyimpulkan bahwa masa anak- anak bukan lah masa yang paling awal mendapatkan pendidikan keagamaan.

Abstract

Orang tua merupakan pendidik yang pertama dan utama dalam memberikan pendidikan kepada anaknya sebelum menempuh pendidikan diluar dan pendidikan agama bagi anak sebagai dasar dalam memerintahnya untuk melaksanakan shalat, puasa, dan bertauhid merupakan salah satu hal yang sangat penting dan perlu diajarkan kepada anak-anak,  Karena dengan pendidikan tersebut anak akan terarah kepada jalan yang diridhai dan selamat didunia sampai akhirat, Artikel ini mengkaji tentang Pendidikan Agama Bagi Anak Menurut Zainuddin Al-Malibari  melalui analisis isi kitab Fath Al-Mu’in. Pertanyaan penelitiannya adalah bagaimana pendidikan agama bagi anak. Artikel ini melihat bagaimana pendidikan agama bagi anak menurut Zainuddin Al-Malibari. Penulis melakukan pendekatan penelitian kualitatif dengan menggunakan deskriptif analisis isi. Hasil penelitia menunjukkan bahwa Pendidikan anak dalam kitab Fath Al-Mu’in  memerintah atau membiasakan anak untuk shalat, puasa, dan bertauhid, orang tua wajib memberikan pendidikan tentang shalat, pendidikan tentang puasa, dan pendidikan tauhid. Hikmah memerintah atau membiasakan anak shalat adalah untuk melatih anak agar senantiasa dan terbiasa melakukan ibadah dan tidak meninggalkannya diwaktu taklif (dibebankan hukum). Poses Pendidikan bagi anak pada usia tersebut dilakukan dengan  metode hafalan dan pembiasan.

Abstract

Penelitian tentang Tengku Inong dan pendidikan karakter telah banyak dilakukan, namun mengaitkan dengan strategi kearifan lokal belum ditemukan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis strategi kearifan lokal Tengku Inong dalam mensukseskan program penguatan pendidikan karakter (PPK). Artikel ini merupakan penelitian kualitatif dengan pendekatan etnopedagogi pada tiga dayah salafiah (Darul Huda, RAMA, Bustanul Huda). Sumber data melalui wawancara 5 Tengku Inong dan 10 santriwati, observasi serta dokumentasi. Analisa data dilakukan secara kualitatif melalui tiga tahapan: reduksi data, display data, pengambilan kesimpulan/verifikasi menggunakan teori hegemoni Antanio Gramsci. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan ada tiga strategi Tengku Inong mendidik karakter: Pertama, melalui hareh/asisten tengku sebagai pengontrol yang menguatkan nilai religius; kedua, melalui beut seumeubet untuk menguatkan nilai integritas dan mandiri; ketiga dengan keuramat untuk menguatkan nilai gotong royong. Tengku Inong telah mensukseskan program PPK menggunakan stategi kearifan lokal. Pendidik perlu membangun konsep pendidikan karakter berbasis kearifan lokal seiring tingginya dekadensi moral dan melunturnya nilai lokalitas

Abstract

Perkembangan teknologi komunikasi dan informasi pada era society berdampak sangat besar terhadap ruang pembelajaran tengku dayah. Adanya transformasi ini merupakan indikasi keberterimaan tengku terhadap kemajuan teknologi yang selama ini ditentang. Tulisan ini mendeskripsikan peran tengku dayah salafiah dalam merespons digitalisasi pembelajaran di era society. Kesarjanaan tentang Aceh kontemporer memperlihatkan besarnya peran tengku dayah terhadap pendidikan di Aceh. Tetapi sejauh ini, studi yang membahas tema tersebut belum memberi perhatian yang memadai tentang peran tengku yang dihubungkan dengan era society 5.0 menggunakan teori Anthony Giddent. Berdasarkan data kualitatif yang dikumpulkan melalui wawancara dengan teungku, observasi dan dokumentasi, tulisan ini mengajukan argumen bahwa perubahan pola semeubeut yang dilakukan tengku dayah di Aceh merupakan sebuah kesadaran modernisasi yang dimiliki tenngku dalam merespon kebutuhan di masa yang akan datang demi mempertahankan eksistensi dayah. Artikel ini menyimpulkan bahwa kesadaran yang dibentuk teungku dayah beroperasi dalam tiga kesadaran yang saling berkoneksi  satu  sama  lain,  yaitu;  kesadaran  diskursif  (discursive consciousness), kesadaran praktis (practical consciousness) serta motivasi tindakan.

Abstract

The habit of temper tantrums carried out by children aged 2 to 6 years is an attitude that must be controlled well by parents, so that children can grow and develop emotionally well. Certain strategies are needed to overcome the child's temper tantrum habits. The purpose of this study was to determine the form of parenting style in dealing with temper tantrum behavior in early childhood and to determine the supporting and inhibiting factors of parenting parents in overcoming temper tantrum behavior in early childhood in Kecamatan Langsa Baro. This research uses a qualitative approach. The subjects (respondents) of the study consisted of three villages in Kecamatan Langsa Baroe, namely Geudubang Jawa, Geudubang Aceh and Paya Bujok Tunong. The research subjects are children with temper tantrum behavior, parents and community experts (psychologists). Data collection techniques using observation, interviews and documentation. While the data analysis technique is used to interpret the results of the study which consists of: data reduction, data presentation, and inference. The results of this study indicate that: 1) The form of parenting style in dealing with temper tantrum behavior in early childhood in Langsa BarÔ District is the tendency of parenting parents to overcome temper tantrum behavior such as authoritarian, permissive, and democratic. The supporting factors for parenting parents in overcoming temper tantrum behavior in early childhood in Langsa BarÔ District are: a) Parents' self-efficacy. b) Parents' social support. c) The role of the community of experts (psychologists). While the inhibiting factors include: a) Parents' mistakes because they always comply with the wishes of the child, b) Parents are too authoritarian towards children, c) The inability of children to express their expressions, d) Busy parents so that they pay less attention to children. The conclusion is that there are three strategies used by parents in dealing with children who have a temper tantrum, namely, first, using an authoritarian strategy where the child is forced to follow the wishes of the parents, Second, a permissive strategy, namely the child is given freedom to carry out his wishes, although sometimes the parents also help the child to fulfill their desires, and thirdly, a democratic strategy, where parents give children the freedom to fulfill their desires but under the control of the parents.

Abstract

The Islamization of the science movement arose due to Muslim intellectual concerns about the scientific crisis experienced by Muslims because it was contaminated with secular-based Western science and was incompatible with Muslims because it separated religion from science. The purpose of this study is to raise the idea of Islamization of science by Syed Muhammad Naquib al-Attas and the response of several Indonesian Muslim intellectuals to the idea of science. By looking at the characters' essays and descriptive-analytical-critical methods, the researchers found that al-Attas offered the concept of Islamization of science and the concept of Islamic education. Meanwhile, Indonesian Muslim intellectuals offer the concept of the Islamization of science in the integration-interconnectivity of knowledge. The concept of integration of knowledge precedes or surpasses the Islamization movement of Naquib al-Attas because this movement was motivated by the Islamic renewal movement that was born at the end of the 19th century, long before the Islamization of science was born in the 20th century.

Abstract

Abstract: This study investigates factors contributing to the decontextualisation of dayah as an Islamic educational institution in Aceh. Qualitative research methods, including observation, interviews, and document review, were used to collect data and gain insights into this phenomenon. This study highlights three findings: first, an authoritarian relationship between teungku (Islamic scholars) and students hinders meaningful connection and engagement; second, the use of hierarchical teaching methods further reinforces this disconnection, limiting opportunities for collaboration and active learning; third, outdated facilities present challenges in modernising and adapting dayah institutions. By addressing these factors, dayah institutions can effectively restore their connection with Acehnese youth and foster a comprehensive and contemporary Islamic education. It is recommended that teungku in Aceh integrate technology into their teaching methods, ensuring relevance and appeal to the young generation. This study also shows the need for dayah institutions in Aceh to adapt to the evolving educational landscape and embrace technological advancements. This research contributes to the discourse on educational transformation in Aceh by providing insights into the challenges and potential strategies for revitalizing dayah institutions in the face of a changing educational milieu.Keywords: decontextualization, Islamic traditional learning, dayah, Aceh’s millineal
