Abstract

Packaging is a component that must be considered because it can affect (visually) the customer in determining the decision to buy the product being offered. The quality of the raw materials used, the shape and aesthetics of the packaging must be in accordance with the wishes of customers who want the safety and beauty of product packaging without affecting the quality of the food stored in it. To be able to help companies have quality packaging, a decision support system (SPK) is needed that can quickly and precisely choose the best packaging vendor. The results of this study have proven that the Fuzzy Analytic Hierarchy Process Method has been able to assist users in the process of selecting the best packaging vendor

Abstract

Salah satu tujuan pembuatan rancang bangun sistem informasi ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan efisiensi dalam melakukan pengolahan data. Karena segala informasi yang dihasilkan dapat menjadikan sebuah keputusan oleh pihak Perusahaan. PT. Utama Gas Multiperkasa merupakan salah satu bentuk badan usaha  yang bergerak dalam bidang usaha memproduksi dan mendistribusikan berbagai gas-gas  industri ke beberapa Perusahaan yang membutuhkan jenis-jenis gas seperti Oksigen (O2), Nitrogen (N2), Argon (Ar), Asetilen (C2H2), Hidrogen (H2), Karbondioksida (CO2), Nitrous Oksida (N2O), dan lain-lain. Dengan adanya sistem baru yang akan dibuat maka PT. Utama Gas Multiperkasa dapat melakukan pencatatan data-data transaksi mulai dari permintaan hingga pengiriman yang diperlukan dengan lebih mudah dan cepat.

Abstract

This study examines the causal relationships between artificial intelligence implementation, digital data sourcing practices, and candidates' perceptions of organizational attractiveness within the contemporary talent acquisition landscape. Adopting a rigorous empirical research design, a scenario based vignette survey experiment was conducted with a sample of 413 final year undergraduate university students in major Indonesian metropolitan areas. The econometric analyses, executed using paired Student's t-tests, reveal that increasing automation levels enhances corporate innovation signals but severely reduces perceived social environment viability and applicant intentions to apply. Furthermore, the utilization of personal online digital data significantly damages procedural fairness evaluations compared to professional tracking frameworks. Individual technology trust serves as a critical moderating variable, determining the magnitude of intention shifts among prospective business and engineering applicants. These findings suggest that organizations must strategically balance automated processing efficiency with candidate privacy boundaries to protect employer brand value. Navigating this sociotechnical dynamic allows recruiting organizations to leverage predictive talent analytics while maintaining high organizational attractiveness for top tier talent.

Abstract

Work-related musculoskeletal disorders (WMSDs) are a major problem for employers and employees in the workplace. These disorders can usually be found in several processes that are still carried out manually. Manual work is still an important component in various industrial and service sectors in the modern era. Although technological advances have automated many processes, a large number of workers are still involved in tasks that require physical strength, repetitive movements, and unnatural postures. One of the cardboard box companies in the Banten area has manual work that is at risk of WMSD. One of the jobs analyzed was in the packaging division in the binding process. From the results of the REBA sheet analysis, the initial condition of the job had a value of 9 which was classified as a high-risk job. By making improvements by designing a binding aid to be used as an aid, the work posture assessment can be reduced to 3, which means that the job is classified as low risk

Abstract

Perkembangan teknologi informasi mendorong perusahaan jasa perjalanan ibadah umrah untuk mengelola data jemaah secara lebih efektif, akurat, dan terintegrasi. PT. Sawdeera Berkah Utama sebagai salah satu biro jasa umrah masih menghadapi permasalahan dalam pengelolaan data jemaah yang dilakukan secara semi-manual, sehingga berpotensi menimbulkan keterlambatan proses, kesalahan pencatatan, serta kesulitan dalam penyajian informasi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk merancang Sistem Media Informasi Manajemen Data Jemaah Umrah berbasis web yang dapat mendukung pengelolaan data secara digital dan terstruktur. Metode perancangan sistem yang digunakan adalah Unified Modeling Language (UML), yang meliputi use case diagram untuk menggambarkan interaksi antara pengguna dan sistem, activity diagram untuk memodelkan alur proses bisnis, serta perancangan desain tampilan antarmuka aplikasi berbasis web. Hasil penelitian ini berupa rancangan sistem informasi manajemen data jemaah umrah yang diharapkan mampu meningkatkan efisiensi operasional, keakuratan pengelolaan data, serta memberikan kemudahan dan kenyamanan bagi pihak admin maupun jemaah dalam mengakses informasi secara online. Rancangan sistem ini diharapkan dapat menjadi dasar dalam pengembangan dan implementasi sistem informasi yang lebih optimal di PT. Sawdeera Berkah Utama.
