The Application of Information Technology currently has been spread almost in all areas of administrative management is no exception At the head office of the village. However, the information and data archiving service of the resident at the Singabangsa Village Head Office which is still manual, resulted in the ineffectiveness of information can be submitted to the community and the slow pace of population data collection. Public Information needs and The enormous population growth makes the researcher aim to design a village information system that can deliver efficient and accurate population data and easy in updating data. To overcome the above problems it is necessary an automation system capable of providing village information services and population data which are classified according to category until can be calculated statistically quickly, accurately and efficiently. The purpose of this village information system to optimize information services by providing village information and population that can be accessed easily with precise and accurate. In this research the researcher applies research method in the form of observation method, interview, study literature, SWOT analysis, system analysis and system design. This system is designed by using PHP programming language as well as MySQL database. Benefits and advantages in the use of village-based information system (SID) is the process of information services can be done easily and search data demographics more accurate and faster. The final result of this research is a web village information system design (SID).

This study aims to analyze the purchasing motives of users of skin care products, and is a phenomenological study of women in DKI Jakarta. To find out this motive, researchers used a qualitative approach, which aims to explore the true meaning of women's motives for buying skin care products. The data used for this study are primary data and secondary data. The results of a research analysis using in depth interviews with women in DKI Jakarta who bought skin care products, that they made skin care purchases with Hedonic Shopping motives. Motivations for women in DKI Jakarta using skin care products were motives, namely Adventure shopping and Social Shopping, while utilitarian Shopping motivation is motivation needs.

The purpose of this study was to determine the marketing strategy of educational services in attracting new students at Nurul Yaqin High School in Tanjung Batu. The problems that occur are the time management is not right, the distribution of brochures is not effective, the marketing reach is not wide, and the number of people/parents of students who do not master Information Technology (IT) in the registration of new students. This study uses a qualitative method by using the type of field research field. The informants in this study were the principal, the head of the new student admissions committee, the new student admissions committee, parents, and students. Data collection techniques use the method of observation, interviews, and documentation. Technical analysis of data in this study using data reduction, data presentation, and data verification. The results of the study indicate that the marketing strategy of educational services in attracting new students at Nurul Yaqin Tanjung Batu High School, Ogan Ilir Regency can be said to have been going well in terms of the target market strategy of the market segment. Strategy implementation is done by direct socialization. In terms of competitive position strategy, Nurul Yaqin High School has uniqueness and advantages. Meanwhile, in the case of a mixed strategy, the education marketing strategy is well implemented.

Legal drafting is the formation of legislation which is the making of legislation that covers the stages of planning, drafting, discussing, ratifying or stipulating and promulgating. In its implementation, at the planning stage sometimes there are some things that are overlooked, so that they are not included in the drafting stage, as well as at the preparation stage, sometimes found several things that should not have been carried out or carried out at the discussion stage, this happened because of the high level of manualization and archiving. so it is very difficult in carrying out data collection on everything that has been done or that has not been done. Based on the things mentioned above, it is necessary to establish a system that is good in terms of the preparation of regulatory information systems so that mechanisms can be established to formulate regulations based on information management technology to help implement the tasks and functions of the sub-division of legislation. To be able to complete this,the author uses several methods, starting from the method of analyzing data and documents, then poured in the form of a design using uml, and stored in a database using MySql, which is implemented using the PHP programming language. the expected results are the creation of orderly administrative regulations to document regulations and decisions (beschikking) that are well-organized and documented.

Computers are electronic devices for processing data used by banks, government and other private institutions. The use of this computer must be in accordance with the needs of the organization that uses it, both software and hardware so that the computer can be used as well as possible. Bank Mandiri is a state-owned bank engaged in services, of course, wants to provide the best service for its customers. In providing information about installments at Bank Mandiri Unit Cikupa Niaga Mas 2 (CNM 2), currently it has a computerized system and is running well, but only independent bank employees can use the system, while debtors still use the manual system. using HVS paper as an information medium. A system that can provide information about debtor installments quickly and accurately is needed. This study is interested in discussing the installment data information system for Bank Mandiri Cikupa Niaga Mas 2 (CNM 2) customers which aims to optimize the provision of better information services for customers of Bank Mandiri Cikupa Niaga mas 2 (CNM 2). In this study, using the analysis of the pieces method, the authors can easily identify the weaknesses that exist in the old system which results in recommendations for system improvements based on indicators of Performance, Information, Economic, Control, Efficiency, and Service, then to make a design. In the new system, researchers use object-oriented modeling, namely UML (Unified Modeling Language) which is the right tool to use in describing the design of the system that will be loaded according to user needs. It is hoped that the Bank Mandiri customer installment system will make it easier for customers to find out about the ongoing installments.

The problem that occurs is that the CRM (Customer Relationship Management) system is still semi-computerized, namely using Microsoft Excel for data processing. Resulting in problems, among others: slow customer service, and the company's response to customers is not optimal. To overcome this, a website-based application is needed to solve the problems that are happening today. In designing the application, it uses SWOT analysis and UML (Unified Modeling Language) diagrams, and uses the PHP (Hypertext Preprocessor) programming language, Codeigniter Framework, XAMPP. The database server uses MySql and Sublime Text 2 as a text editor. So that with this application customer assessment becomes efficient and optimal.

This study aims to describe the factors that affect the marriage of young age and to describe the parenting patterns of young couples couples. The results of this study are expected to be an input for parents, so as not to rush to immediately marry children at a young age. Because of the young age here which can also be called adolescents have not been able to deal with and solve the problems of the household well. The teenagers still need to stock a lot of good stock of physical maturity, mental and social economy, general science, religion, life experiences in married life. The research was conducted in Setialaksana Village Branch District of Bekasi Cabangbungin. This research is descriptive research, where informant in this research is adolescent who have married at young age that is as much 20 people and parents from informant 23 people. Data collection techniques with literature study, field study, in-depth interviews, triangulation with expert opinion, and observation. The data obtained in the field then analyzed and arranged in the draft of question and answer between the researchers described qualitatively. Triangulation results with the head of the Office of Religious Affairs (KUA) Cabangbungin District, it was found that why married young can not live happily when the household is a measure of happiness is not merely wealth is abundant but the happiness of love and commitment to be the ultimate happiness. But it's good readiness of each individual to marry both physically and mentally should not be ignored because marriage is an important and sacred thing that is searched by the spouse semidup semati. The result of this research show conclusion that environmental factor of society and parent enough influence toward the formation of self concept in children, because the child see that many mother also do young marriage. Factors low economic level of parents cause many parents marry their children at a young age.

Pengaruh Motivasi Dan Komitmen Terhadap Efektivitas Kerja Guru SD Negeri Kecamatan Cabangbungin Kabupaten Bekasi Andri Cahyo Purnomo; Deden Kurnia; Andre Ramadhan

This study aims to find and obtain empirical data on the influence (1) motivation, (2) commitment, (3) the effectiveness of teachers of the elementary school of the Branch District of Cabangbungin Bekasi from March to May 2015. Teachers are expected to understand what is motivation, increase commitment to work, and create work effectiveness. Headmaster at SD Negeri Branch Cabangbungin, is expected to help teachers to have high motivation in work, increase commitment, and create work effectiveness. The research method used is quantitative research, using data analysis techniques. This study also uses a causal survey method using an analytical technique. This study used a sample of 97 teachers in 12 State Elementary Schools in Branch District of Cabangbungin selected by using Slovin formula. The results showed that: first, there is a positive influence between the motivation and effectiveness of teachers in school work, this can be demonstrated by the higher the motivation, the better the effectiveness of teachers working at the State Elementary School Branch Cabangbungin District Bekasi. Secondly, there is a positive effect between commitment and effectiveness of teacher work in school. This can be demonstrated by the higher commitment, the better the effectiveness of teachers working at SD Negeri Banggasi Sub-District Cabangbungin. From the results of the study found that the most influential variable is the commitment to the effectiveness of work, this can be proven from the results of statistical calculations with the value of r23 = 0.459, p32 = 0.352 highest compared to the influence of other variables. Third, there is a positive effect between teacher motivation and commitment in school. This suggests that high motivation will increase commitment, recognition of teacher work and appreciation of teachers' work. Follow-up of this research teachers are expected to have a high commitment in carrying out their work with a sense of love, good intentions for worship so as to work maximally in every task without prioritizing the rewards of working wholeheartedly, providing quality educational services to learners for the sake of progress education in Indonesia.

Organizational commitment is a person's attachment to the organization. Employees who are committed to the organization will have a strong desire to become members of the organization, the desire to strive according to the wishes of the organization, and have the trust and acceptance of the values and goals of the organization. Organizations will be more effective if their employees have a high commitment. This study aims to determine the effect of (1) job involvement, (2) work experience, (3) organizational commitment in the Bekasi District Education Office. In data analysis, this study uses causal survey method using Path Analysis Technique. This study used a sample of 97 employees in the Bekasi District Education Office who were selected using the Slovin formula. The results reveal that: first, work involvement has a direct positive effect on organizational commitment. This means that the increase in work involvement has resulted in an increase in the commitment of employee organizations at the Secretariat of the Human Resources Development Agency of the Ministry of Transportation of the Republic of Indonesia. Second, work experience has a direct positive effect on organizational commitment. This means that an increase in work experience has resulted in an increase in the commitment of employee organizations at the Secretariat of the Human Resources Development Agency of the Ministry of Transportation of the Republic of Indonesia. Third, work involvement has a direct positive effect on work experience. This means that the increase in work involvement has resulted in an increase in work experience for employees at the Ministry of Transportation's Human Resources Development Agency Secretariat. From the results of the study also found that the most influential variables are work involvement on organizational commitment, this can be proven from the results of statistical calculations with a value of r13 = 0.426, p32 = 0.328 the highest compared to the influence of other variables. Follow-up of this study, employees are expected to have high work involvement and attitude of love for their work so that employees will be more sincere and sincere in doing their work. In addition, employees will also have a great sense of responsibility and a sense of ownership of the organization and the whole that will bring the desire of employees to do work beyond what is expected, to do work optimally and maximize themselves to be more useful for the organization.

In 2019, a type of virus that is now known as COVID-19 (coronavirus diseases-19) was discovered. The virus found in Wuhan, China is a contagious virus that has claimed many lives. In Indonesia alone, cases of the COVID-19 virus (coronavirus diseases-19) were first confirmed in March 2020. The World Health Organization has determined that the COVID-19 virus (coronavirus diseases-19) is a pandemic on March 9, 2020. This has caused many people who are worried if they want to do activities outside the home. So a system is needed regarding the development of Covid-19, especially in Indonesia, to provide information and knowledge to the public so that it is hoped that it can prevent the transmission of the COVID-19 virus. Based on this background, the author will build an information dashboard that can be accessed by the public anywhere and anytime to see the development of Covid-19. By using the RAD (Rapid Application Development) method, it is hoped that later the system can be quickly built and used. In coding the program the author uses PHP as server-side with API integration from kawalcorona and HTML, CSS, Javascript as client-side. It is hoped that the system created will be used by the public as a reliable and accurate covid-19 information.
