Abstract

Penelitian ini berupa studi deskriptif, yaitu menjelaskan karakteristik masalah yang bermanfaat untuk pemecahan masalah dengan cara menganalisis faktor-faktor strategis (SWOT) dengan pendekatan penelitian ini adalah mix method, yakni menggabungkan pendekatan kuantitatif dan kualitatif sehingga bisa menentukan alternatif strategi pada PT. XYZ Tangerang. Metode yang dipakai dalam penelitian ini adalah Analisis IFAS (Internal Strategic Factors Summary) dan EFAS (External Strategic Factors Analysis Summary), Analisis SWOT dan diagram SWOT. Perhitungan matrik EFAS sebesar 3,3 dan matrik IFAS sebesar 3,13 yang kemudian digambarkan dalam analisis SWOT, maka dapat diketahui posisi PT. XYZ. Tangerang berada pada kuadran III. Faktor internal yang menjadi kekuatan yaitu Brand Image sepeda motor Honda yang dikenal luas, Produk berkualitas dan berstandar Internasional, Kuatnya layanan after sales (suku cadang) dan service, Tempat penjualan strategis, Memiliki website perusahaan, Tipe sepeda motor yang dipasarkan beragam, yang menjadi kelemahan yaitu SDM yang kurang kompeten, Tingginya turn over sales, ketersediaan unit yang masih terbatas, Team work yang kurang kuat, Kurang melakukan kegiatan promosi yang menarik, SDM belum menguasai produk knowledge. Faktor eksternal yang menjadi peluang yaitu Segmen pasar yang besar, kebutuhan akan sepeda motor setiap tahun selalu meningkat, Trend masyarakat yang masih konsumtif, Banyaknya lembaga pembiayaan (leasing), kemudahan pembelian mempengaruri minat beli, Gencarnya promosi dan inovasi pesaing, posisi kompetitif dalam pasar sangat tinggi, Situasi perekonomian yang masih belum stabil. Berdasarkan hasil analisis matriks SWOT, maka alternatif strategi yang dapat diperoleh adalah sebagai berikut: Mengadakan traning untuk SDM baru dan lama, Meningkatkan kesejahteraan karyawan.

Abstract

Currently, the advancement of digital technology, including social media (medsos) in it, can now be maximized for all needs. Not only to communicate but also to maintain existence, to run a business. The prolonged pandemic that has made almost all activities carried out using technology has triggered the massive optimization of social media to occur. Social Media is increasingly becoming an option that is often used by brands to expand their products. From the need to use Social Media as a place to peddle products and services, in the end emerged the profession of influencers, content creators, key opinion leaders (KOL) who competed in terms of creativity in presenting content. The community and the younger generation are expected to be able to take advantage of social media and the internet as best they can in order to increase their income through social media. not just for playing games and watching videos for hours. In order to improve the knowledge, skills and mental attitudes needed to develop themselves and work for a living, prepare provisions to face the world of work. This community service activity was carried out for PKBM Negeri 23 Learning Citizens, Kebon Melati, especially Learning residents who had difficulties in the midst of the Covid-19 pandemic. This activity is carried out online. To help the Learning Citizens, several series of activities were carried out, namely training and the application of Social media in buying and selling transactions, as well as workshops on new businesses that are suitable to be run in the New Normal era The output of this activity is that the Training Participants can use Social Media in buying and selling activities. From the results of the evaluation and findings, it can be concluded that the community service program provides additional insight into knowledge about the concept of Social Media in the Digital Era so as to increase income for Training ParticipantsKeywords: Cuan, Digital, Social Media

Abstract

The implementation of improving student skills through the introduction of databases at PKBM Research and Technology Nusantara Jaya Jakarta went as expected. This activity is located at PKBM Research and Technology Nusantara Jaya Raya Jakarta on September 11, 2021. The stages in this activity are identifying needs/problems, making alternative decisions, making decisions, implementing decisions, and evaluating implementation. In the implementation of the implementation, some students still did not understand the themes discussed, but were given intense and exclusive assistance during the training so that all students could understand the material provided from beginning to end. The importance of increasing student skills through the introduction of databases at PKBM Research and Technology Nusantara Jaya to facilitate students to recognize and understand the use of databases for both individual and group interests and to improve skills for students.Keywords: PKBM, Skill enhancement, database introduction

Abstract

PT Nikko Teknik Indonesia is a tier-3 Small and Medium Industry company which operates in the field of manufacturing automotive components in the city of Bekasi. Tier-3 companies are automotive component manufacturing companies at the lowest level, such as PT Nikko Teknik Indonesia which focuses on making jigs, dies and welding from automotive components. The urgency of this research, there are many obstacles faced by tier-3 companies such as lack of use of technology information to support business, marketing aspects. It often managed conventionally (so it difficult to get new buyers/vendors) and also problems with automation of tracking components which deliver to customer. So, implementing comprehensive supply chain management e-dashboard is very helpful for tier-3 automotive component SME’s businesses. The research methods used are Data Envelopment Analysis (DEA) and Rapid Development Application (RAD) methods in automotive component production companies. The results of this research are that it has succeeded in building an e-Dashboard system for Supply Chain Management recording information, which provides facilities: statistics and indicators starting from raw materials, work-in-process and finished goods that are ready to be sent to buyers. .
