Abstract

Program studi teknik informatika Universitas Muhammadiyah Tangerang (UMT) saat ini memiliki lebih dari 1000 mahasiswa dan lebih dari 70 dosen pengampu matakuliah. Untuk dapat meningkatkan efektifitas dan efisiensi aktifitas proses pembelajaran di prodi teknik informatika UMT, dibutuhkan sebuah aplikasi yang dapat membantu tata kelola informasi berkaitan dengan kegiatan perkuliahan yang dijalankan mahasiswa dan Dosen UMT. Untuk dapat memenuhi kebutuhan diatas, peneliti mengembangkan dan mengimplementasikan sebuah aplikasi berbasis android yang dapat menampilkan dashboard berkaitan informasi yang dibutuhkan mahasiswa dan dosen prodi teknik informatika UMT, antara lain: informasi dosen pembimbing akademik, informasi mata kuliah, informasi jadwal sidang laporan kerja praktek dan skripsi dan informasi lainnya. Aplikasi dikembangkan berbasis android dengan memanfaatkan flutter yang merupakan toolkit UI Google untuk membangun sebuah aplikasi yang indah dan mudah dipahami pengguna.. Peneliti menggunakan metode pengembangan sistem waterfall dengan pengujian black box. Dashboard sistem informasi yang dikembangkan telah dapat meningkatkan pelayanan penyediaan informasi perkuliahan bagi mahasiswa dan dosen program studi.

Abstract

Company PT. XYZ works in the electronics industry. Commodity storage in warehouses increases with output. Therefore, there is a problem at company are the absence of data integration between divisions so that data sharing does not occur in real time and causes the recording of the number of goods incorrect. As a result, there is a discrepancy between the number of items listed on the Stock Card and the number of items in the warehouse. Operations of the Warehouse Sub Division at PT. XYZ must be supported by an information system. The methodology used in this research is RAD. The author examines the company's operational business procedures. Based on this research, the authors built an ERP system with the Odoo application and designed the proposed business processes, focusing on the Warehouse Management module that best fits the needs of the organization. In addition, Users will test the designed system before implementing it in business. The results of this study are the Warehouse management module in the Oodo application which has been adapted to business conditions and needs and can help businesses more easily solve warehouse operational problems at PT. XYZ.

Abstract

This study aims to design a digital platform for monitoring early childhood development in PAUD (Pendidikan Anak Usia Dini) institutions by integrating Machine Learning (ML) into the Dynamic Systems Development Method (DSDM) framework. The research addresses persistent challenges in traditional monitoring systems, which are typically manual, fragmented, and lack real-time responsiveness. Utilizing a Research and Development (R&D) approach, the platform was developed iteratively with active involvement from teachers, parents, and administrators of PAUD institutions. System modeling employed Unified Modeling Language (UML), while ML techniques such as Decision Trees were trained on datasets sourced from PAUD Flamboyan in Tangerang. Key platform features include child data input, growth visualization, predictive analytics, and interactive dashboards. The system underwent black-box testing and usability assessments, achieving an average usability score of 4.5 out of 5. The ML model demonstrated  statistically valid and reliable performance with 89% accuracy, 85% precision, and 87% recall in predicting developmental delays. The findings highlight the effectiveness of the DSDM approach in facilitating adaptive system development, and underscore the value added by ML integration in enhancing decision-making within early childhood education. The platform not only streamlines developmental monitoring but also supports early interventions. Future work is recommended to broaden data sources, enrich personalization, and scale deployment across varied PAUD contexts. This study contributes to the advancement of intelligent decision support systems in early childhood education, enabling more accurate developmental monitoring and timely interventions.

Abstract

The hospital’s hospitalized patient food ordering service is an important component and process that is not separated from the patient’s healing process during the hospitalization treatment, which is to provide quality and fast food menu to achieve optimal nutrition status. Currently, the process of recording food orders and reporting data in the nutrition installation of Cengkareng Hospital is still done manually and not fully computerized, which has drawn criticism because it is considered slow in the process of managing food orders and reporting data. This research aimed to create an inpatient food ordering information system that could help medical staff and nutritionists in the food ordering process, increase time and energy efficiency, and provide accurate and real-time data reporting. This research method applied data collection methods through observation, interviews, and literature studies. The design method focuses on developing models using the UML (Unified Modeling Language) model such as Use case diagrams. Sequence Diagrams, Activity Diagrams and Class Diagrams.  In software development, the method used is the waterfall method. This system was built using PHP programming language with SM framework and PostgreSQL database and testing using the black box method.

Abstract

The Goods Delivery Scheduling System at CV Lestari Mandiri was still carried out conventionally, so the presentation of information regarding goods delivery was still less effective. This research aimed to design and build an information system for scheduling goods deliveries at CV Lestari Mandiri. This information system was expected to increase the efficiency and effectiveness of the goods delivery process by minimizing scheduling errors. The method used in this research was the prototyping method which involves several stages, namely data collection, needs analysis, system design, implementation and testing. Data collection was carried out through direct observation and interviews with parties involved in the goods delivery process at CV Lestari Mandiri. The result of this research was a web-based information system that could be used to manage goods delivery scheduling, including features for entering delivery data, managing schedules, and generating reports. This system was built using the PHP programming language and MySQL Database, and implemented using the XAMPP platform. System testing was carried out using the black box testing method which showed that this system had met user needs and was running as expected.

Abstract

Perkembangan teknologi digital menghadirkan peluang sekaligus tantangan bagi pelaku UMKM, terutama dalam menjaga keberlanjutan usaha di era persaingan global. Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat “Bisnis Lokal Aksi Digital” dilaksanakan sebagai bagian dari Catur Dharma Perguruan Tinggi dengan tujuan meningkatkan pemahaman strategi pengelolaan bisnis berbasis teknologi. Program ini berbentuk penyuluhan, seminar, dan diskusi interaktif dengan melibatkan 16 pelaku usaha lokal. Materi yang diberikan meliputi “Pemanfaatan AI dan Otomatisasi serta Evaluasi Digital Marketing untuk UMKM” serta “Market Research: Cerita Cuan Bangun Bisnis UMKM lewat Konten”, yang menekankan pemanfaatan data, pemasaran digital, dan pengembangan konten. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan adanya peningkatan pengetahuan peserta mengenai keamanan data, komunikasi digital, serta strategi pemasaran yang efektif. Program ini relevan dalam mendukung daya saing dan adaptasi UMKM menghadapi transformasi digital.

Abstract

The drug sales process still uses manual recording in managing stock and sales transactions, making it difficult for store owners to directly monitor drug availability and reduce errors in recording. This study aims to design a web-based drug inventory and sales information system at Ayu Drug Store to address the existing problems. Data collection methods used observation, interviews, and archiving, while system analysis used the PIECES method. The system was developed with a Prototype model using the Laravel 10 framework, PHP, and MySQL. The results of the study proved that this system successfully increased work efficiency, reduced recording errors, and accelerated transaction and reporting processes. This system also provides easy access to information for store owners and employees. Thus, the system developed is expected to significantly improve operational performance and service quality at Ayu Drug Store, while also serving as a foundation for further technological development in the future.
