AbstrakDalam era globalisasi saat ini salah satu tantangan besar yang dihadapi oleh pemerintah khususnya pemerintah daerah adalah bagaimana mewujudkan aparatur yang profesional, memiliki etos kerja yang tinggi, keunggulan kompetitif, dan kemampuan memegang teguh etika birokrasi dalam menjalankan tugas dan fungsinya dan memenuhi aspirasi masyarakat. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk membangun sistem informasi indeks kepuasan masyarakat (IKM) berbasis web. Perancangan sistem informasi ini menggunakan tahap pengembangan sistem System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) dengan model Waterfall. Teknik analisis sistem dengan metode PIECES (Performance, Information, Economy, Control, Eficiency and Service) dan tahap penggambaran sistem menggunakan pendekatan analisis berorientasi objek dengan UML (Unified Model Languange). Sistem yang dikembangkan berbasis web dengan menggunakan bahasa pemrograman PHP. Aplikasi sistem informasi indeks kepuasan masyarakat (IKM) berbasis web ini dapat membantu mempermudah perhitungan data indeks kepuasan masyarakat yang akan menjadi bahan penilaian terhadap unsur pelayanan terutama pelayanan administrasi terpadu kecamatan (PATEN).

ABSTRAKLPG (Liquefied Petroleum Gas) merupakan salah satu sumber daya alam yang mengalami peningkatan konsumsi setiap tahunnya terutama di sektor rumah tangga. Meningkatnya penggunaan bahan bakar LPG meningkatkan pula resiko terjadinya kebakaran yang disebabkan oleh kebocoran tabung LPG. Tetapi tidak semua produsen tabung LPG memberikan sistem keamanan yang mereka jual, sehingga dibutuhkan alat untuk mendeteksi kebocoran gas LPG. Maka dibuatlah suatu alat pendeteksi kebocoran gas dengan menggunakan sensor MQ-2 yang dapat mendeteksi gas LPG, serta menggunakan sistem SMS Gateway dengan modul SIM 800L v.2 sebagai pengirim notifikasi SMS (Short Message Service)dan menggunakan buzzer sebagai alarm.Secara keseluruhan komponen perancangan tersebut dikontrol oleh arduino tipe uno.Proses pengujian sistem ini medapatkan pemeberitahuan notifikasi via SMS bahwa telah terjadi kebocoran tabung LPG dan aktifnya alarm serta LED (Light Emitting Diode). Pengiriman SMS ini membutuhkan waktu sekitar 4-6 detik ketika sistem ini bekerja. ABSTRACTLPG (Liquefied Petroleum Gas) is one of the natural resources experiencing the increasing consumption every year especially in the household sector. The increasing use of LPG fuel also increases the risk of fire caused by LPG tube leakage. But not all LPG tube manufacturers provide the security systems they sell, so it is important that a tool provided to detect LPG gas leaks. So it is necessary to create a gas leak detector using MQ-2 sensors that can detect LPG gas,the SMS Gateway system with the SIM module 800L v.2 as the sender of SMS notification (Short Message Service),and the buzzer as an alarm. Overall the design component is controlled by arduino type uno. This system testing process gets some notification via SMS stating that there has been a leakage of LPG tube and indicated by the active alarm and LED (Light Emitting Diode). It takes about 4-6 seconds for this SMS delivery system to work.

ABSTRAKData sangatlah berharga bagi semua pengguna komputer, belakangan ini kriptografi menjadi metode yang digunakan dalam mengamankan data. Kriptografi adalah ilmu yang mempelajari teknik-teknik matematika dalam mengamankan suatu informasi atau pesan asli (Plainteks) menjadi sebuah teks tersembunyi (Chiperteks) dan kemudian di ubah menjadi pesan asli kembali. Kriptografi mempunyai tiga unsur penting yaitu pembangkitan kunci, enkripsi dan deskipsi. Dalam kriptografi di kenal algoritma block chiper yang didalamnya terdapat AES (Anvanced Encyption Standard) merupakan bagian dari Modern Symmetric Key Cipher, algoritma ini menggunakan kunci yang sama pada saat proses enkripsi dan deskripsi sehingga data yang kita miliki akan sulit dimengerti maknanya. Teknik algoritma tersebut digunakan untuk mengkonversi data dalam bentuk kode-kode tertentu, untuk tujuan agar informasi yang tersimpan tidak bisa di baca siapa pun kecuali orang-orang yang berhak. Oleh karena itu, sistem keamanan data sangat di perlukan untuk menjaga kerahasian informasi agar tetap terjaga. ABSTRACTData is a valueable for all computer users, cryptography is the one of method used to securing data. Cryptography is the study of mathematical techniques in securing an information or original message (Plainteks) into a hidden text (Chiperteks) and then converted into the original message again. Cryptography has three important elements, first is key generation, second is encryption and latetly is description. In cryptography known as cipher block algorithms in which AES (Advanced Encyption Standard) is part of Modern Symmetric Key Cipher, this algorithm uses the same key during the encryption and description process so that the data we have will be difficult to understand. The algorithm technique is used to convert data in the form of certain codes, so that the information stored cannot be read by anyone except those who are entitled. Therefore, the data security system is very necessary to maintain the confidentiality of information.

Tempe sebagai salah satu makanan khas Indonesia Indonesia sudah menjadi bagian yang tak terpisahkan dari pola makan sehari-hari. Kesegaran tempe menjadi salah satu indikator penilaian kualitas tempe, karena masa simpan tempe yang tergolong singkat. Penyimpanan tempe pada suhu ruang memungkinkan terjadinya pertumbuhan bakteri dan perubahan struktur kimia dari makanan. Deteksi tingkat kesegaran tempe masih dilakukan secara manual menggunakan indera penglihatan. Teknologi penentuan tempe segar berbasis dekstop membantu diagnosis, pemantauan serta analisis makanan terutama tempe. Perancangan aplikasi “TEGAR” penentu tempe segar dilakukan dalam beberapa tahap meliputi pengambilan data dan pengembangan sistem berdasarkan implementasi image processing dan machine learning untuk mendeteksi tingkat kesegaran dan kualitas tempe. Indonesia is a country with Muslim majority. Muslims implement fasting as one of important Islamic pillar. Information regarding fasting is substantial for Muslims, especially warnings of imsak, sahur and iftar times. Integration of information related to fasting schedules and provisions in mobile devices especially Android is a promising solution for Muslims. So that, the design of the fasting reminder (Shiyam) application is notable to perform. This application was developed based on the Waterfall model which emphasizes the development of systematic and sequential information systems. The implementation of the Shiyam application which focuses on the aspect of fasting can provide detailed fasting-related information and provides warnings at the time of imsak, iftar and sahur which can help Muslims in carrying out their worship.

Cryptography is the science of maintaining data confidentiality, where the original text (plaintext) is encrypted using an encryption key to be ciphertext (text that has been encrypted). In this case cryptography secures data from a third party so that the third party cannot know the original contents of the data because the one who holds the key for encryption and decryption is only the sender and receiver. There are several cryptographic methods that are commonly used, one of which is DES or Data Encryption Standard. Buaran Indah urban village office located in Tangerang district, Tangerang City. Personnel data processing system that is running at Buaran Indah village office has not been computerized. This has an impact on data retrieval process which takes longer time. So to overcome this it is necessary information system personnel who can overcome the existing problems in order to present personnel information quickly and accurately. This research uses prototype method and system design is implemented with Unified Modeling Language (UML). The expected final result is that the proposed personnel information system can overcome the existing problems on the current system, including more leverage in the process of data processing employees and payroll calculations that require a high level of accuracy and ease in preparing reports and search personnel data. With this research is expected to help Buaran Indah village office to manage personnel data.

Bisnis katering merupakan sebuah usaha kuliner yang cukup banyak dijumpai di kabupaten Tangerang, dan biasanya dikelola oleh ibu rumah tangga, salah satunya adalah bisnis katering yang dikelola oleh ibu Ratna di kecamatan Legok Kabupaten Tangerang. Peneliti melakukan penelitian mengembangan prototipe aplikasi ebisnis mobile dengan menggunakan framework flutter untuk sebuah usaha katering untuk mengelola stok bahan baku pembuatan makanan yang dipesan pelanggan. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian terapan yang menggunakan metode interview dalam proses pengumpulan data dan menggunakan UML (Unified Modeling Language) dalam proses perancangan sistem. Dalam pengembangan aplikasi ebisnis ini peneliti menggunakan model prototipe, pengembangan sistem peneliti menggunakan flutter agar menghasilkan sebuah sistem berbasis android. Prototipe yang dihasilkan diuji menggunakan metode pengujian black-box. Penelitian yang kami lakukan diharapkan dapat menghasilkan sebuah prototipe yang dapat menjadi contoh dan memberikan pembelajaran berkaitan dengan penerapan teknologi informasi di masyarakat terutama para pelaku UMKM (Usaha Mikro Kecil dan Menengah) bidang Katering

Since ancient times until now herbal plants have been used for treatment and have been applied in the world of health to this day. All parts of the plant can be used as medicine, one of which is the leaves. However, there are still many people who are not familiar with the medicinal leaves. This is because the leaves at first glance look almost the same, making it difficult to tell them apart. Actually, if you look closely, the leaves have characteristics that can be distinguished from one leaf to another. The purpose of this study is to classify images of herbal leaf species using the Backpropagation Neural Network (BNN) algorithm with shape feature extraction utilizing metric and eccentricity parameters. BNN is a type of supervised learning algorithm that consists of several layers and uses an error output as a modifier of the weight value backwards. In this study, the extraction of shape features that become input for the BNN algorithm will go through morphological operations to improve the segmentation results so that the classification results are more optimal. The test results show an accuracy of 88.75%, this shows the developed model can classify herbal leaves well

Sunflower is an important commodity in agriculture, besides being used as an ornamental plant, sunflower is an oil-producing plant and a source of industrial materials. In Indonesia, sunflower productivity is considered less than optimal, because knowledge and information about sunflowers are still lacking. Therefore, information is needed that can be used as an extension of knowledge about sunflowers itself, especially in Indonesia, which is a tropical region which is an area suitable for the growth of sunflowers. Sunflowers can actually be identified based on recognizable traits. However, the similar shape makes it difficult for some people to distinguish the types of sunflowers. This study aims to classify sunflower images using a first-order feature extraction algorithm using the characteristics of mean, skewness, variance, kurtosis, and entropy which are then used as input to the Multiclass SVM identification algorithm. Data points are mapped to dimensionless space using a Multiclass SVM to produce hyperplane-linear separation between each class. Based on the results of testing the accuracy of the model is able to perform classification with an average accuracy of 79%. These results show that the developed model can classify well.
