Abstract

Bisnis ritel modern kategori minimarket di Indonesia mencatat pertumbuhan yang terus berlanjut dari tahun ke tahun.  Hal ini ditandai dengan peritel besar yang mampu terus membukukan pertumbuhan bisnis rata-rata 9% per tahun. Peritel besar raksasa yaitu Alfamart dan Indomaret sukses menjalankan bisnis ritel minimarket ini, namun berbeda halnya dengan minimarket 7 Eleven (Sevel) yang tutup sejak 30 juni 2017. Secara bisnis, Sevel menawarkan produk dan service yang lebih lengkap daripada Alfamart dan Indomaret. Sevel Indonesia dengan inovasi bisnisnya yang menawarkan makanan dan minuman ready to eat lengkap dengan area untuk duduk serta jaringan internet gratis, terlihat sangat menjanjikan dan sempat sangat berhasil di tahun 2014, namun pada akhirnya tutup. Di era 4.0 ini menjadi tantangan tersendiri bagi bisnis ritel dimana kelangsungan bisnis harus dapat diselaraskan dengan perkembangan teknologi untuk memenuhi ekspektasi dan keinginan konsumen. Penelitian menggunakan metode analisa deskriptif dengan melakukan review literatur yang mendukung dan menggunakan pendekatan model Sustainable Growth Retail Business Model. Value chain analysis digunakan untuk menjabarkan value yang ditingkatkan pada proses bisnis retail kategori minimarket ini. Penelitian ini menghasilkan model bisnis ritel yang dapat tumbuh berkelanjutan dengan menggunakan output bisnis sebagai tujuan akhir yang akan dicapai.

Abstract

The industrial growth and technology development need competent human resource in every business organization. The presence of millennial and Generation Z has increasingly dominated workforce presenting a new challenge for organizations to provide work climate that supports their development. It has been surveyed that millennial generation is tech savvy but less patient to stay in an organization. The ability to retain and develop millennial and generation Z is the organization's key success factor to continuously improve its business performance and sustainable growth. The new approach HR management strategies are needed to make sure achieving the business outcome (growth revenue, growth profit, lower cost). The Framework of Organizational Sustainability Model in era 4.0 is designed to map out the HR strategies in order to achieve a sustainable competitive advantage. The organizational key drivers would be the input for this model to support employee core competencies so as to give their outstanding performance and increase productivity. Having skills and experience are not enough for employees, they have to make a commitment and well motivated that is shaped by a strong organizational culture and climate. The current research has provided AMO (Ability, Motivation, Opportunity) model approach to support for the key theoretical propositions. The study is imperative for practitioners and organizations since it offers Human Resource Management strategies as a suggestions and guidelines to develop human capital for improving organizational performance and for gaining sustainable competitive advantage.

Abstract

Transportation planning is one of the important components to increase efficiency and effectiveness in the supply chain system. Good planning will give a saving in total cost of the supply chain. This paper develops the new VRP variants’, VRP with backhauls, multiple trips, and time window (VRPBMTTW) along with its problem solving techniques by using Ant Colony Optimization (ACO) and Sequential Insertion as initial solution algorithm. ACO is modified by adding the decoding process in order to determine the number of vehicles, total duration time, and range of duration time regardless of checking capacity constraint and time window. This algorithm is tested by using set of random data and verified as well as analyzed its parameter changing’s. The computational results for hypothetical data with 50% backhaul and mix time windows are reported.

Abstract

Competitive advantage is one of the important aspects that must be owned by companies in a competitive market. Human resource management is one of the important things in the development of the company. The research focuses on human resource management based on environmental management, namely green HRM to create competitive advantage through employee behavior voluntarily to care for the environment or what can be called Organization Citizenship Behavior for Environment (OCBE). Literature study is used to see the relationship of each variable, the results of the analysis of previous research that examines green HRM, OCBE and competitive advantage. Research shows that environmental care behavior of employees voluntarily towards the environment is influenced by environmental-based HR management in the company and this affects the company's competitive advantage.

Abstract

Green human resource management (GHRM) plays an important role in organizations’ sustainable development strategies. However, there is still a research gap on the integration of available GHRM-related knowledge to gain a competitive advantage. Objectives: Thus, the purpose of this paper is to conduct a literature review on GHRM aimed at proposing detailed research on those gaps in order to gain competitive advantages for future studies. Methodology: First, this work applies the keyword GHRM and "competitive advantage" for articles above the year 2017 and selects articles indexed in Scopus only. We have conducted a preselect process to figure out the appropriate articles related to GHRM and competitive advantage. We have also selected and reviewed 18 articles discussing the relationship between GHRM and competitive advantage.Finding: Last, the study addresses research gaps and proposes a research framework for further studies.Conclusion: Analysis of the relevant literature is presented in descriptive analysis and a research framework that focuses on GHRM for a future research agenda. This review is important for researchers in GHRM to identify research gaps for competitive advantage. It is suggested that mediating variables, such as organizational citizenship behavior for the environment and environmental performance, have to be included in GHRM's future research to gain a competitive advantage.

Abstract

Sistem pengendalian persediaan saat ini tidak mampu menyediakan informasi mengenai jumlah persediaan semua barang dalam waktu yang cepat. Sehingga pada saat perlu untuk memesan barang, bagian perencanaan tidak memiliki jumlah pembeliaan yang tepat dalam menentukan barang-barang yang akan dipesan. Pemesanan barang yang tidak tepat akan menimbulkan resiko terjadinya penyimpanan barang-barang yang menumpuk. Dengan munculnya permasalahan diatas, kita dapat membuat suatu pemecahan masalah dengan meramalkan pembeliaan barang untuk bulan selanjutnya dengan menggunakan metode pengolahan data seperti single moving average dan regresi pola konstan jika perhitungan yang dihasilkan stasioner, dan jika data perhitungan tersebut non stasioner kita dapat menggunakan metode Single ExponentialSmoothing. Setelah memperoleh jumlah pembeliaan untuk bulan berikutnya, klasifikasi barang dilakukan berdasarkan nilai investasi tertinggi untuk memperoleh perhatian khusus dalam pengelolaannya. Sistem informasi pengendalian persediaan dikembangkan untuk mendukung dalam mengelola inventori Inventory control system is not currently able to provide information about amount of inventory of all goods in quick time. So, in the need to order the goods, the plan does not have the right amount of buying in determining the items to be ordered. Incorrect ordering of goods will lead to the risk of storage of goods piling up. With the emergence of problems above, we can create a solution to the problem with predicting buying goods for the next month using a single method of data processing such as moving averages and the regression constant pattern if the calculation of the resulting stationary, and if the data are non stationary calculation we can use the method of Single Exponential Smoothing. After obtaining the number of purchasing for the next month, the classification of goods is based on the highest investment value to obtain special attention in its management. Inventory control information system developed to support the manage inventory.

Abstract

Vehicle Routing Problem (VRP) menjadi hal yang sangat penting dalam masalah  pendistribusian barang, karena perusahaan ingin mencapai hasil yang seefektif dan seefisien mungkin agar biaya yang dikeluarkan dapat diperkecil. Dalam VRP, perlu diperhatikan juga jumlah kendaraan yang digunakan dan waktu bongkar muat (loading/unloading) di tempat pelanggan, hal itu yang menjadi pembatas dalam VRP.Tujuan dari jurnal ini adalah untuk menyelesaikan masalah rute kendaraan yang  mempertimbangkan backhaul, rute majemuk (multiple trips), dan time window atau yang dikenal dengan model/varian VRPBMTTW, dan akan menghitung jumlah kendaraan, total duration time (TDT), dan range of duration time (RDT). Untuk memecahkan masalah ini digunakan teknik Simulated Annealing (SA) yang merupakan suatu pendekatan algoritma yang efisien untuk memecahkan masalah optimasi kombinatorial yang sulit. Solusi awal ditingkatkan berulang-kali dengan membuat perubahan kecil hingga ditemukan solusi yang lebih baik. Vehicle Routing Problem (VRP) become very important in the problem of distribution of goods, because the company wants to achieve results effectively and efficiently as possible so the costcan be reduced. In VRP, the number of vehicles used and the time of loading and unloading at the customer site, need to be considered too, it is a constraint in the VRP. The purpose of this journal is to solve the vehicle routing problem considering backhaul, multiple trips, and the time window, known as the model/variant VRPBMTTW, and will count the number of vehicles, the total duration time (TDT), and range of duration time (RDT). To solve this problem used technique Simulated Annealing (SA) which is an efficient algorithm approach to solve difficult combinatorial optimization problems. Abstract

Di dalam sebuah perusahaan, penjadwalan produksi mempunyai peranan yang cukup penting. Salah satunya adalah mengetahui kapan waktu harus memulai suatu pekerjaan dan kapan waktu mengakhirinya. Penjadwalan yang berjalan dengan baik akan memberikan dampak positif, yaitu meminimumkan biaya operasi dan waktu pengiriman, yang pada akhirnya dapat meningkatkan kepuasan pelanggan. PT. XYZ adalah salah satu perusahaan manufaktur yang bergerak di bidang Flexible Packaging dan menggunakan sistem job shop pada operasi penjadwalannya. Permasalahan yang kadang terjadi disini adalah permintaan dari konsumen yang banyak menyebabkan penumpukan pekerjaan atau barang sehingga membentuk antrian panjang yang tidak dapat diselesaikan secara optimal. Tahapantahapan yang dilakukan pada penelitian ini adalah observasi perusahaan, identifikasi masalah, perumusan masalah, tujuan penelitian, pembatasan masalah, asumsi, studi literatur, pengumpulan dan pengolahan data, analisis, kemudian tahap terakhir adalah kesimpulan dan saran. Metode yang dipakai dalam penelitian ini adalah algoritma Non-Delay dengan menggunakan mesin majemuk sesuai dengan keadaan kebanyakan perusahaan saat ini. Dari penelitian ini dapat disimpulkan bahwa metode penjadwalan dengan menggunakan algoritma non-delay untuk mesin majemuk lebih optimal daripada metode yang telah digunakan oleh perusahaan saat ini. Dengan metode ini, untuk memproduksi 48 job dengan 33 mesin membutuhkan makespan 373 jam kerja dengan flow time 6,711 jam dan tardiness 118 jam. Kata Kunci: Penjadwalan produksi, non-delay scheduling, mesin majemuk, makespan, flow time, tardiness.

Abstract

Recently, an imbalance workstation in the assembly line is one of the critical problem that many companies face. Many researches have done to solve this problem with the various designs of assembly line balancing. This research presents the comparison between straight line balancing and u-shaped line balancing. Both straight line balancing and u-shaped line balancing have the same goal; minimizing the workstations. The result of this research shows that u-shaped line balancing gives a better solution than the straight line balancing in term of number of workstation. Straight line balancing is using Rank Positional Weight (RPW) whereas u-shaped line balancing is using Critical Task Method (CTM). Significantly, u-shaped line balancing is more efficient than straight line balancing.
