Abstract

The background of this study by the Employee Career Development ofNational Unity and the Politics of North Barito regency. This is affected bymutations employees, Promotion of Employment and competence of employees. Asfor the issue of this study is how much influence the mutation, Campaign Againstthe Occupation and Competence Career Development Officer at the National Unityand Politics of North Barito regency.The purpose of this study was to determine and analyze how muchinfluence the mutation, Job Promotion and competence either singly or jointly to theEmployee Career Development at the National Unity and Politics of North Baritoregency.The design of this study using quantitative methods. Data were collectedthrough questionnaires to 40 respondents in the apparatus of National Unity andthe Politics of North Barito regency by using sampling techniques proportionatestratified random sampling to determine the respondents to each variable.Results of the analysis found that the mutation variable (X1) of 40.2%,Promotions Position (X2) amounted to 63.8%, and Competence (X3) amounted to84.2% singly or together have a positive and significant impact on CareerDevelopment Employees (Y). Figures adjusted R-square of 0.892 indicates that89.2% Employee Career Development variables influenced by three independentvariables used in the regression equation. While the remaining 10.8% is explainedby other variables outside the three variables used in this study. And it is knownthat the dominant variable affecting Employee Career Development Competencyvariables are variables besides Mutations and Job Promotion.

Abstract

The evolution of the forex market is divided into two stages. World War IPeriod and the Bretton Woods period is included Fixed Rate Periodstage. At this stage, forex does not excite transactions because of exchange rate changes can only occur in a relatively narrow range. After a period of Bretton Woods, after the failure of Period Exchange Rates Remain in maintaining economic stability, forex transactions getting psyched. This occurs because the assessment of the exchange rate between countries be left entirely to the market mechanism. The market will determine whether the exchange rate is too expensive (over-valued) or too low (under-valued).This study aims to determine the effect of ability, experience and discipline together and partially on the performance forex trader in South Kalimantan. This type of research is quantitative method. The samples were obtained 56 votes. To determine the effect the ability, experience and discipline to the performance of the test statistic methods trader used multiple linear regression. Data processing was performed using IBM SPSS Statistics 23 program for Windows.Based on the results of the research show that together the ability, experience and discipline significant effect on the performance of forex traders in South Kalimantan. Partially, ability, experience and discipline positive and significant impact on the performance of forex traders in South Kalimantan.Keywords: Capability, Experience, Discipline and Performance

Abstract

The background of this study by organizational climate and job discipline on employees performance of Politeknik Muara Teweh North Barito regency. This is affected by organizational climate, job discipline and employees performance. The purpose this study is how much influence the organizational climate, job discipline on employees performance of Politeknik Muara Teweh North Barito regency.The design of this study using quantitative methods. Data were collected through questionnaires to 54 respondents in the Politeknik Muara Teweh of North Barito regency by using sampling techniques proportionate stratified random sampling to determine the respondents to each variable. Then analysis of the data obtained in the form of quantitative analysis Quantitative Analysis of covering validity and reliability, hypothesis testing through F test and t test and analysis test, the coefficient of determination (R2). The data analysis technique used is the analysis of multiple linear regersi which serves to prove the hypothesis of the study.Results of the analysis found that the organizational climate variable (X1) of 40.2%, job discipline (X2) amounted to 63.8%, singly or together have a positive and significant impact on Employees performance (Y). Figures adjusted R-square of 0.892 indicates that 89.2% Employee performance variables influenced by three independent variables used in the regression equation.
