Abstract

The desire to be the best student in school is a dream for all school students. In order to become the best students themselves, students must be based on good abilities and knowledge. But sometimes in the selection of the best students there is often an error in determining the existing criteria and several other influencing factors. For example, from the education unit at SMP YAPINDO II, which currently has difficulty determining the best students, human errors and errors in data input often occur. This research was conducted by a team of writers at SMP YAPINDO II using the Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) method with a decision support system as a tool to implement the method. The criteria chosen to determine the best students include report cards, absenteeism, and attitude scores. The AHP method was chosen because it can facilitate the preparation of existing criteria, so the AHP method is the right method in making multi-criteria decisions, so that it can produce a relevant decision in determining the best students at YAPINDO II Junior High School.

Abstract

TPQ Bina Ummah is a religious educational institution, especially Islamic religion and other religious materials. Every activity carried out by TPQ Bina Ummah needs to be documented as a means of information to parents or the community. Information on activities carried out at TPQ Bina Ummah so far has only been conveyed in the whatsapp group of parents of students or fellow staff and educators by sending photos of activities by adding words as information. This information is often unreadable because it is covered by comments from fellow members in the WhatsApp group. This very narrow range of information which only contains members of the group is one of the obstacles to information that should be able to reach the community, especially the people within the TPQ Bina Ummah environment. Therefore, it is necessary to understand how to process data to be more informative, especially in terms of design. The training conducted with Canva as a support for promotional and marketing activities at TPQ Bina Ummah aims to support the competence of staff and educators in the field of digital marketing, especially in processing activity data into more informative information. Based on the results of the questionnaire regarding the evaluation of Community Service activities that had been carried out, the participants gave very good ratings. As many as 72% of participants stated that this activity was very useful and 60% of the training participants stated that they were very interested in participating again in the next training.

Abstract

Sertifikat adalah suatu surat tanda bukti hak yang berlaku sebagai alat pembuktian yang kuat mengenai data fisik dan data yuridis yang termuat didalamnya. Sertifikat merupakan dokumen penting yang harus ada ketika adanya proses KPR sebagai agunan di Bank. Pengelolaan sertifikat memiliki resiko cukup tinggi untuk Perbankan seperti yang dialami oleh BTN Cabang Cibubur. Pengelolaan sertifikat membutuhkan efisiensi waktu dan keakurat data sehingga meminimalisir kesalahan. Saat ini Bank BTN Cabang Cibubur masih menggunakan sistem yang belum terkomputerisasi secara penuh. Masalah yang sering terjadi adalah ketika terjadi percepatan pelunasan KPR, dimana nasabah seharusnya mendapatkan sertifikatnya. Akan tetapi tidak jarang sertifikat masih berada di pihak notaris atau pun pengembang rumah. Penelitian dilakukan dengan tujuan untuk mempermudah pengelolaan sertifikat sehingga lebih aman dan memudahkan petugas untuk melakukan pengecekan status sertifikat dengan merancang sebuah sistem informasi pengelolaan sertifikat. Perancangan sistem informasi dibangun dengan menerapkan metode prototype yang terdiri dari tahapan inisiasi, perencanaan proyek, pelaksanaan proyek, pemantauan dan pengendalian proyek, dan yang terakhir tahapan penutupan proyek yang ditandai dengan implementasi sistem informasi yang dihasilkan. Penelitian ini menghasilkan Sistem informasi yang dapat membantu petugas untuk meningkatkan kredibilitasnya dan mempermudah dalam mengelola sertifikat sehingga semuanya bisa terkontrol. A certificate is a letter of proof of rights that acts as a strong means of proof regarding the physical data and juridical data contained therein. The certificate is an important document that must exist when there is a mortgage process as collateral at the Bank when the mortgage process is running. Management of certificates has a fairly high risk for banking as experienced by the BTN Cibubur Branch. Certificate management requires time efficiency and data accuracy to minimize errors. Currently, Bank BTN Cibubur Branch still uses a system that is not fully computerized. The problem that often occurs is when there is an acceleration of mortgage repayment, where the customer should get a certificate. However, it is not uncommon for the certificate to still be with the notary or house developer. The research was carried out with the aim of simplifying certificate management so that it is safer and makes it easier for officers to check certificate status by designing a certificate management information system. Information system design is built by applying the prototype method which consists of initiation stages, project planning, project implementation, project monitoring and control, and finally the project closing stage which is marked by the implementation of the resulting information system. This research produces an information system that can help officers increase their credibility and make it easier to manage certificates so that everything can be controlled.
