Abstract

 This research aims to; (1) Empirically examine the effect of human resource competence to employee performance on the shipping coal carrier company (2) empirically examine the influence of organizational culture on employee performance on the shipping coal carrier company (3) empirically examine the influence of leadership style on the performance of employee at the shipping coal carrier company  (4) empirically examine the effect of simultaneously human resource competence, organizational culture and leadership style on employee performance on the shipping coal carrier company.             This research using quantitative methods approach to examine the sample, using the formula Slovin then obtained 157 samples from the total population of 258, and a questionnaire as a tool for collecting data given to a random sample of respondents and instruments research was made using a Likert scale of 1-5. All the collected data were processed using SPSS version 21.             Based on the analysis using SPSS v21 then the conclusion can be drawn  in four hypotheses, namely the human resource competence, organizational culture and leadership style simultaneously giving significant effect on employee performance, human resource  competency partially giving significant effect on employee performance, organizational culture has no significant effect on the performance of employees performance, leadership style partially significant effect on employee performance.              Keywords: Human resource Competence, Organizational Culture and Leadership Style, Employee Performance

Abstract

 The Problems who discussed in this research are : 1). How  the influence emotional intelligence of employee performance, 2). How  the influence competence of employee performance, 3). How  the influence environment work of employee performance, 4). How the influence are emotional intelligence, competence, and environment work together of employee performance.         The type of research is explanatory research that is assosiative, which aims to know the relationship between two or more variables. This research conducted in Islamic University Kalimantan (Uniska) Muhammad Arsyad Al Banjary Banjarmasin. The population of this research are employes of Islamic University Kalimantan (Uniska) Muhammad Arsyad Al Banjary Banjarmasin which amounts 163 people.        The method of taking data is by using a questionnaire as a source of primary data and documentation as a source of secondary data. The techniques of data analysis in this research is by using multiple regression analysis.        That result of research find all hypothesis in this research already to proven significantly. The emotional intelligence weigh in significantly of employee performance. The competence weigh significantly of employee performance with magnitude of correlation. The environment work weigh in significantly of employee performance with magnitude correlation. The emotional intelligence, competence, and the environment work in simultane weigh significantly of employee performance. The implication of this research are emotional intelligence, competence, and environment work have the same  role important either individually or jointly in improve of employee performance. Key word :     emotional intelligence, competence, environtment work, and employee performance.

Abstract

Public transparency is a fundamental issue in building public trust in institutions or organizations. This study aims to identify and analyze the impact of information transparency at PT PLN Icon Plus on public trust in the company, as well as to disseminate information on the influence of transparency on the level of trust. The research method applied in this study is a descriptive method with a qualitative approach to reveal or investigate information in more detail. The analysis was carried out by describing public trust in PT PLN Icon Plus in South Sumatra through interviews with a number of sources. The data collection methods applied include field observations, in-depth interviews with information sources, and the roles and involvements that have been recorded by the author as primary data, and documentation and literature studies as secondary data. The research findings show that public information transparency at PT PLN Icon Plus South Sumatra has functioned optimally and meets the criteria for transparency. Transparency can be explained through four dimensions: leadership commitment, formal processes, training programs, and communication with stakeholders. The challenge faced is that complex technical and operational information is difficult to achieve without sacrificing accuracy, which can cause confusion among the public.
