Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan mengetahui saluran dan sistem pemasaran sapi potong di KecamatanSawangan Kabupaten Magelang. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan pada bulan Januari-Februari 2014 diKecamatan Sawangan, Kabupaten Magelang, Jawa Tengah. Metode pengambilan data yangdigunakan adalah metode survei dengan jumlah sampel peternak 60 dan sampel pedagang 7responden. Data yang diperoleh meliputi data primer dari wawancara dengan peternak sapi potongdan data sekunder diperoleh dari instansi-instansi yang terkait dalam penelitian. Metode analisis datayang digunakan meliputi analisis deskriptif, analisis pemasaran meliputi biaya pemasaran,keuntungan pemasaran, margin pemasaran, dan farmer’s share. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwaanalisis pemasaran penelitian ini menghasilkan saluran pemasaran yang paling banyak digunakanoleh peternak sapi potong di Kecamatan Sawangan adalah (peternak, pedagang pengumpul,konsumen) sebanyak 53 responden atau 88,4 %. Saluran pemasaran sapi potong di KecamatanSawangan Kabupaten Magelang yang paling efisien yaitu terdapat pada saluran pemasaran pertama(peternak, konsumen) karena mempunyai margin pemasaran paling rendah dan nilai farmer’s sharepaling tinggi.

Abstract

This research aimed to find out the marketing channel pattern, price, marketing cost,marketing margin, profit and marketing efficiency of goat calligraphy handicraft marketing inSukoharjo Sub District of Sukoharjo Regency. The sample used is 30 goat leather calligraphyhandicraft producers, 3 intermediaries and 6 retailers. This study was conducted using survey; themethods of analyzing data used were cost analysis, margin, profit, and marketing efficiency analyses.The result of research showed that there were 3 marketing channels for goat leather calligraphyhandicraft: First Channel: Producer to Consumer, Second Channel: Producer to Retailer toConsumer, and Third Channel: Producer to Intermediary to Retailer to Consumer. The highestmarketing cost in the third channel was IDR 921.00 and the lowest one was IDR 0.00. The highestmarketing margin occurred in the third channel of IDR 10,000.00 and the lowest one in the firstchannel of IDR 0.00. The highest marketing profit occurred in the third channel of IDR 9,079.00,while the lowest one was IDR 0,00 occurring in the first channel. The Highest marketing efficiencyoccurred in the first channel was 100%, followed by second channel 89%, third channel 73%. Thethree marketing channels had been efficient because the efficiency value obtained was >50%. Themost efficient marketing was the first channel but the most widely used by producer was the thirdchannel.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to analyze achievement elastisity, to know the different level of consument achievement toward meet broiler in early and final month, to know the factors influence meet broiler achievement, and to know the influent of Al occur toward consument favorite on buying meet broiler in traditional market in Surakarta. The step of collecting data of this research was done on Juni to Juli 2007 with the taking data location in Gede market, Legi market, Kleco market and Kadipiro market. The research basic method used is descriptive method with taking sample technic is porposively random sampling on selling respondent is about 40 people. The analysis data used is analysis of double linier product function.The result of this research shows the average of the buying total per day in every selling respondent is about 51,75 broiler. The average detail of the buying consist of in early month is about 52 broiler and in final month is about 51,5 broiler/day/treader. From t-test exam is known that t value count the average month and meet broiler in early month and in final month is same. It means 0,240 where the value smallest than the value t table of the belileve level 95% (t count < t table), so H0 achieved means the buying meet broiler in early and in final month is not different. From regretion analysis result was done achieve regretion model: Y=0,908+0,040X1+0,000X2-0,001X3+0,143X4-0,088X5+e, with determinant coeficient (R2) is about 22,9%. The F value count is about 10,651 where value Fcount > Ftable is about 2,621 with df to counting is about 5 (k-1) and df together independent variable (the income of consument family, the price of meet broiler, the price of substitution goods, the total of members of consument family, and (the total of meet broiler achievement). While, the individually is only price of meet broiler  variable has fact influent. From the analysis result conclude that the achievement of meet broiler in Surakarta is inelastically, it caused by significant regretion, coefisien is 0,001 and among value 0 and 1 (0<ES<1).

Abstract

The  research  was  conducted  to  determine  the  feasibility  of  financial  on SMEs  calligraphy  goat  leather  in  Sukoharjo  District.  Research  was  done  from January 6 to March 26, 2015 in located in  Sukoharjo District. Survey methods was done  to  collect  primary  data  from  respondents  and  secondary  data  from  related institution. Census method was applied to sellect respondents. Criteria used to analyze the feasibility of financial on  SMEs calligraphy goat leather  were consisted of Benefit Cost  Ratio  (BCR),  Net  Present  Value  (NPV),  Internal  Rate  of  Return  (IRR)  and Payback Period (PPC), based on 6 years investment and 12% annual discount factor. The  result  showed  that  based  on  NPV,  IRR,  BCR  and  payback  period  analysis,  the most feasible of respondents was achieved on scale of 3 with value of  NPV =  Rp. 434,852,752.00, IRR = 37.93%, BCR = 1.92,  followed by on scale of 2 with value of NPV = Rp. 76,481,554.00, IRR = 22.51%, BCR = 1.37 and on scale of 1 with value of NPV  =  Rp.  34,883,505.00,  IRR  =  20.41%  dan  BCR  =  1.28.  In  term  of  payback period, respondents who had SMEs calligraphy goat leather on scale of 3 were able to return the investment during  2.39  years while on scale of 2 and on scale of 1 were 3.72 and 3.79 years, respectively.
