Abstract

Anemia in pregnancy is a high risk that can disrupt the development and growth of the fetus. Even these disorders follow the child's life in the future. Pregnant women with anemia are at risk of giving birth to babies with iron deficiency anemia, which may last into childhood. The purpose of this service is to provide health information about the importance of Fe tablets for pregnancy and to empower Posyandu cadres in Bondoyudo Village. As we know, anemia is a disease that can harm and even cause death in pregnant women. The method uses counseling using power point media and leaflets for posyandu cadres in Bondoyudo Village, Lumajang Regency which was held on October 27, 2022, at the home of one of the Posyandu cadres in Bondoyudo Village. The results that really support the success of this community service activity are good coordination between presenters and village officials, posyandu cadres, village midwives and nurses, and the Sukodono Health Center. Submission of material in the form of leaflets and media projectors, there were discussions and questions and answers for quite a long time, as well as door prizes for participants who dared to ask questions. Some of the inhibiting factors in this community service activity are the time and conditions during a pandemic so that the application of health protocols must remain a priority. The conclusion of this community service activity can be said to be successful. This can be observed at the level of attendance, the activeness of the participants. This activity took place in an orderly and good manner without encountering significant obstacles. Follow-up that needs to be done is to continuously provide information about anemia and how to detect anemia early in pregnant women in Bondoyudo Village, Lumajang Regency. Abstract

Background: Development in children has an impact on future failures. Fine motor development plays an important role in supporting children's skills in various ways. The purpose of this study was to analyze strategies to improve fine motor development in children at Posyandu. Methods: Systematic literature review. The databases used in this research are Science Direct, Google Scholar, and Garuda Journal. An assessment based on the Joanna Briggs Institute (JBI) Critical Appraisal Tools and a screening process using the PRISMA guidelines method resulted in 10 journal articles. Results: The achievement of fine motor development takes longer than gross motor development, so stimulation is needed, one of which is play therapy. Playing for children is an activity that cannot be separated. Playing can improve fine motor skills in children. One of the play therapies that can be done at the Posyandu is play therapy using puzzles, lego, finger painting, montage, papercraft, plasticine, sandplay, music, aromatherapy, playdough, paper, and rice with squeezing, folding and ATIK techniques (Observe, Copy, Work). Playing playdough forms fine motor skills with squeezing techniques, this skill implements hand-eye coordination which is related to cognitive skills. This game is carried out in preschool age children. Conclusions: Stimulation of fine motor development is important in children according to the developmental stage of the child's age. Stimulation can optimize fine motor development in children, and stimulation from an early age can minimize developmental delays in children. Keywords: Fine motor development, playing, children
