Abstract

Abstract

Sectio Caesarea surgery causes pain and results in changes in tissue continuity due to surgery, earlymobilization can support the patient's wound healing process because moving the limbs will preventthe stiffness of muscles and joints, reducing pain and can accelerate blood circulation to parts thathave injuries that wound healing processes become faster. This study was to explore nursing care inpostoperative Sectio Caesarea with problems with physical mobility barriers through lavenderaromatherapy in the Teratai Room RSUD dr. Hayato Lumajang. Qualitative descriptively throughcase studies. The population in this study was postoperative mothers with Sectio Caesarea in theLotus Room at RSUD Dr. Haryoto, Lumajang Regency, with a total of 10 patients in June 2020. Theuse of aromatherapy dripped onto an oxygen mask for 3 minutes, after 3 hours of analgesicadministration. Both the inhalation method with an oxygen mask and directly inhaled prove thatlavender essential oil aromatherapy can reduce the pain scale of post-section Caesarea. Thisresearch is expected with this case study report to increase knowledge and insight in applying topatients and patients families about postoperative Sectio Caesarea in the implementation of earlymobilization, as well as innovations in giving lavender aromatherapy, can also be done to post SectioCaesarea patients. And it can be used as a new experience and information to reduce pain witharomatherapy.

Immunization is a form of health intervention that is very effective in reducing infant and under-five mortality. However, until now the implementation has not reached the maximum target, there are still many people who do not allow their children to be immunized for various reasons. Ignorance of the community or parents about the importance of immunization is one of the main causes, therefore the role of posyandu cadres is needed. One of the roles of posyandu cadres is to provide health education to the community or parents about immunization, so that capacity building activities for cadres are very necessary to increase the knowledge of posyandu cadres. The purpose of this study was to analyze the knowledge and abilities of cadres in an effort to increase the coverage and quality of immunization in Ranupakis Village, Klakah District. The research method was carried out in stages starting from FGD (Focus Group Discussion) activities, pre-test activities to determine the level of knowledge of cadres, health education activities about immunization, and post-test activities. The results of the activity showed that there was a significant influence on the knowledge and abilities of cadres regarding imusization. The conclusion of this study proves that the increased knowledge and ability of cadres has an effect on their role in the coverage and quality of immunization. Abstract

Anemia in pregnancy is a high risk that can disrupt the development and growth of the fetus. Even these disorders follow the child's life in the future. Pregnant women with anemia are at risk of giving birth to babies with iron deficiency anemia, which may last into childhood. The purpose of this service is to provide health information about the importance of Fe tablets for pregnancy and to empower Posyandu cadres in Bondoyudo Village. As we know, anemia is a disease that can harm and even cause death in pregnant women. The method uses counseling using power point media and leaflets for posyandu cadres in Bondoyudo Village, Lumajang Regency which was held on October 27, 2022, at the home of one of the Posyandu cadres in Bondoyudo Village. Submission of material in the form of leaflets and media projectors, there were discussions and questions and answers for quite a long time, as well as door prizes for participants who dared to ask questions. Some of the inhibiting factors in this community service activity are the time and conditions during a pandemic so that the application of health protocols must remain a priority.
