Abstract

Abstract

Abstract

Immunization is a form of health intervention that is very effective in reducing infant and under-five mortality. However, until now the implementation has not reached the maximum target, there are still many people who do not allow their children to be immunized for various reasons. Ignorance of the community or parents about the importance of immunization is one of the main causes, therefore the role of posyandu cadres is needed. One of the roles of posyandu cadres is to provide health education to the community or parents about immunization, so that capacity building activities for cadres are very necessary to increase the knowledge of posyandu cadres. The purpose of this study was to analyze the knowledge and abilities of cadres in an effort to increase the coverage and quality of immunization in Ranupakis Village, Klakah District. The research method was carried out in stages starting from FGD (Focus Group Discussion) activities, pre-test activities to determine the level of knowledge of cadres, health education activities about immunization, and post-test activities. The results of the activity showed that there was a significant influence on the knowledge and abilities of cadres regarding imusization. The conclusion of this study proves that the increased knowledge and ability of cadres has an effect on their role in the coverage and quality of immunization. Abstract

Birth rate through Caesarean surgery (C-section) keeps increasing globally. Research states that expecting mothers suffer from anxiety prior to C-section. Impacts of pre-Caesarean anxiety are increasing post-Caesarean pain, increasing analgesic need, longer hospitalization, and postpartum depression. One of the methods to overcome anxiety before C-section is conducting Progressive Muscle Relaxation (PMR) therapy. This study described the influence of PMR therapy on anxiety level of Pre-Caesarean mothers in the Surgery Room of RSUD dr Haryoto, Lumajang. The study used quasi-experimental pre-post test with control group design. The sampling technique was consecutive sampling and the number of the sample was 26 respondents. The instrument for PMR therapy was PMR therapy tool. Self-Rating Anxiety Scale (SAS) was used to measure anxiety level. Progressive Muscle Relaxation (PMR) had a significant influence towards decreasing level of anxiety for the pre-Caesarean mothers (p= 0.000). Anxiety will cause physiological tension, one of which is characterized by muscle tension. Muscle relaxation will lower the physiological tension that will ultimately decrease anxiety. Therefore, PMR may become an alternative therapy to overcome anxiety, especially anxiety before sectio caesarean surgery.

The resilience possessed by adolescents can affect when the post-eruption disaster strikes. Methods:The strategy to determine the selection of studies that have been found, the author uses a protocol and evaluation uses the PRISMA Checklist and is adjusted to the purpose of this literature review. Searching for literature sources in this literature review uses several databases including PubMed and Google ScholarResults:Resilience is very important for adolescents in post-mountain eruption disaster situations, adolescents who have resilience can survive and never give up in difficult circumstances, adapt to these conditions, and can rise. Most of the adolescents in post-disaster areas have moderate levels of resilience as much as 64% and as high as 63%. This can occur due to several factors, namely individuals, families, and communities. In addition, gender can also affect a person's resilience. Men are more resilient than women. Conclusion:The existence of sources of support from internal and external as well as knowledge about adolescent disasters can optimize youth resilience after the Semeru eruption disaster.
