Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect on the Impulse Buying Discount Price on Borma Departement Store Bandung, determine the effect of In-Store Display on Borma Departement Store Impulse Buying in Bandung, and determine the influence of Price Discount and In-Store Display on Borma Departement Store Impulse Buying in Bandung. The methodology used is a descriptive quantitative method, the unit of analysis in this study is Borma Departement Store Terrain and observation units are customers of Borma Departement Store Terrain much as 980 respondents. Mechanical determination of the number of samples used in this study is the systematic randomsampling and the sample size is 91 respondents. The method used the techniques of collecting data through library research and field research conducted systematically based on objective research. The analytical method used to solve problems and prove the hypothesis is descriptive analysis. The finding are price discount has a positive and significant impact on the Impulse Buying.In-Store Display partially has a positive and significant impact on the Impulse Buying.Price Discount and In-Store Display simultaneously have a positive influence on Impulse Buying..

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi economic exposure dan faktor yang dominan pengaruhnya terhadap economic exposure pada perusahaan-perusahaan yang go public yang berada dalam kelompok perusahaan manufaktur. Ada lima faktor yang diteliti berdasarkan hubungan yang erat dengan fluktuasi kurs terutama USD yang merupakan mata uang yang lebih mendominasi dalam transaksi internasional di Indonesia, yaitu status perusahaan, kewajiban bersih valuta asing, prosentase ekspor terhadap total penjualan, impor bahan baku dan bahan pembantu, dan pelaksanaan hedging atas fluktuasi kurs. Analisa multivariate digunakan untuk melihat kelima faktor di atas terhadap economic exposure. Sebelum dilakukan analisa multivariate, terlebih dahulu dilakukan analisa univariate yang berguna untuk menguji setiap variabel yang digunakan. Berdasarkan penelitian ini, dapat diambil kesimpulan sebagai berikut : (1.) Kelima faktor tersebut mempengaruhi economic exposure di 62%, 38% lebih banyak dipengaruhi oleh faktor lain di luar faktor yang diteliti. (2.) Faktor yang dominan pengaruhnya terhadap economic exposure adalah kewajiban bersih valuta asing, karena memiliki nilai yang signifikan terhadap economic exposure. Kata Kunci : Kewajiban bersih valuta asing, prosentase ekspor terhadap total penjualan, impor bahan baku dan bahan pembantu, pelaksanaan hedging atas fluktuasi kurs, economic exposure.

Abstract

Indonesia began to experience the COVID-19 pandemic from March 2020, this caused the national economy to be disrupted, so that the welfare of the community declined, especially in the tourism sector which was most affected by the ban on people from leaving their homes, which is a policy of Large-Scale Social Restrictions on the Implementation of Community Activity Restrictions by the Government. The policy requires restrictions on social activities in various public places and reduces the mobility of people to travel. This article aims to build strategic steps in creating opportunities for the tourism sector to continue to make a meaningful contribution to the national economy and anticipate the challenges of the tourism sector during the COVID-19 pandemic. The research method with a qualitative approach is used in this study to examine the literature through various sources, such as news in the mass media, relevant previous research results, and government policies. From the results of the literature review, it is known that there are several things that can be done to create opportunities in the tourism sector in order to improve the nation’s economy, namely: providing fiscal stimulus to the tourism sector, strengthening Indonesia’s tourism nation branding, developing virtual tourism ideas, and implementing CHSE certification for tourism destinations.
