Abstract

The aim of this investigation is to explore the influence of organizational culture and work environment on the job satisfaction of employees at PT Cahaya Mas Cemerlang. All individuals participating in the research were affiliated with PT Cahaya Mas Cemerlang. To gather data, diverse quantitative methods including surveys, interviews, and observations were implemented. Employing the Slovin formula, a total of 65 respondents were selected for the study. The research methodology involved the utilization of SPSS 25 software, with a focus on employing a multiple linear regression analysis model. In the realm of this investigation, we've established a distinctive significance threshold (alpha) of 5%. Following the outlined methodology, the outcomes unearthed at PT Cahaya Mas Cemerlang unveil a noteworthy impact of organizational culture and work environment variables on employee job satisfaction, whether considered individually or concurrently. The statistical revelation indicates that a whopping 75% of the variations in employee job satisfaction can be attributed to these variables.

Abstract

The Influence of Compensation and Work Load on Work Employee Performance at The Karya Tower Residents Association Company, Management Study Program, Faculty of Economics and Business, Jayabaya University, under the guidance of Dr. Jakfar SE., MM. The purpose of this study was to analyze and determine the effect of compensation and workload on employee performance at the Karya Tower Residents Association Company. The population in this study were employees of the Karya Tower Residents Association Company totaling 41 employees. Because the population is not more than 100 people, this study uses a census technique or saturated sample where the entire population is taken as a sample. Data collection in this study used quantitative data processed with SPSS. As for the data analysis techniques used in this study are multiple linear regression, partial test (t test), simultaneous significance test (F test), and the coefficient of determination. The result showed that the compensation variable had significant and positive effect on employee performance with the t test results, namely of 5.894 > 2.023 with a significance of 0.000 < 0.005. The workload variable has no significant and negative effect on employee performance with the t test results, namely of 1,592 < 2,023 with a significance of 0.120 > 0.005. Test conducted simultaneously show that compensation and workload have a significant dan positive effect on employee performance of the Karya Tower Residents Association Company with the results of the F test, namely of 18,587 > 3.245 with a significance value of 0.000. The R Square value is 0.495 or 49.5%, which means that there is an effect of compensation and workload on employee performance of 49.5%, while the remaining 50.5% is influenced by other variables or factors not included in this study.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh pelatihan dan budaya organisasi terhadap kinerja karyawan di PT. Frentax Bisnis Consultindo. Responden dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh karyawan yang bekerja di PT. Frentax Bisnis Consultindo. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan teknik pengumpulan data melalui pra penelitian, observasi dan penyebaran kuesioner. Jumlah responden yang menjadi sampel dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 55 orang berdasarkan metode rumus slovin. Teknik yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah model analisis regresi linear berganda dengan bantuan software SPSS 25. Tingkat signifikan (alpha) dalam penelitian ini adalah 5%. Berdasarkan dengan metode diatas hasil penelitian ini terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan secara parsial maupun simultan dari variabel pelatihan dan budaya organisasi terhadap variabel kinerja karyawan di PT. Frentax Bisnis Consultindo, dan persentase menunjukan sebesar 81,7% kinerja karyawan dapat dijelaskan oleh pelatihan dan budaya organisasi.

Abstract

Employee retention has become a critical issue in human resource management, particularly in organizations facing increasing workforce turnover. This study aims to examine the influence of organizational support and job satisfaction on employee retention at PT. Frentax Bisnis Consultindo. The research adopts a quantitative approach with an associative method. Data were collected using a structured questionnaire distributed to 55 respondents, selected through simple random sampling from a population of 120 employees. Multiple linear regression analysis was employed to test the hypotheses, supported by SPSS version 25. The findings reveal that both organizational support and job satisfaction have a significant positive effect on employee retention, both partially and simultaneously. The regression model demonstrates that a unit increase in organizational support and job satisfaction leads to an increase in retention levels, with an R² value of 0.448. This indicates that 44.8% of the variance in employee retention is explained by the two independent variables, while the remaining 55.2% is influenced by other factors not examined in this study. These results highlight the importance for management to enhance organizational support and job satisfaction as strategic efforts to reduce employee turnover and improve workforce stability.

Abstract

: The Corona virus is included in a group of viruses that have the potential to cause various levels of disease severity, ranging from mild to severe symptoms. There are at least two known types of coronaviruses, namely MERS and SARS, which can cause disease. The Corona virus has the potential to cause disorders of the respiratory system, acute pneumonia, and even death. E-learning is a learning method that uses electronic technology. The utilization of a computer network is one of the platforms. as a result of the growth of computer networks, this method can be developed in a web-based form, thus allowing wider access via the internet. Google has developed a blended learning platform for schools with the intention of simplifying the paperless process of creating, distributing, and assigning assignments. This method helps teachers and students conduct learning in virtual classes, especially during the COVID period. This application allows teachers and students from various schools to communicate in an easier way. In addition, Google Classroom is also provided free of charge for educational centers and non-profit organizations. The purpose of this service is to provide counseling and workshops regarding the latest developments and scientific understanding, as well as precautions and control of COVID-19. In addition, it also aims to carry out learning training through the use of electronic media (e-learning) at SMA Negeri 1 Darussalam, Aceh-Besar.

Abstract

Ciledug salah satu Kecamatan yang berpenduduk 168.670 orang adalah salah satu di wilayah Kota Tangerang yang memiliki banyak UMKM yaitu 11000 berdasarkan data yang diperoleh dari Dinas Koperasi, UMKM dan Perindustrian dengan berbagai macam jenis usaha. Kota Tangerang dengan 48000 UMKM (data Dinas Koperasi dan UMKM 2021), Dengan jumlah UMKM yang cukup banyak ini, masih sedikit yang mampu dalam mengelola keuangannya dengan benar. Begitupula dengan pengetahuan dan keahlian yang terkait digitalisasi masih minim didapat sehingga membuat pelaporan keuangan sering terkendala terdapat laporannya yang kurang akuntabel. Tujuan melakukan pelatihan dan pendampingan ini adalah meningkatkan pengetahuan dan pemahaman UMKM dalam tata kelola keuangan manual dan digital yang lebih baik sebagai pembaruan proses bisnis, model bisnis, dan instrumen keuangan sehingga dapat mengembangkan usaha dengan cara 1) Peningkatan tata kelola dan pencatatan laporan keuangan secara manual. Selanjutnya yang 2) Dengan bantuan media digital meningkatkan keterampilan dan keahlian pengoperasian, sehingga laporan keuangan yang disajikan akuntabel dan terkini. Hasil pelatihan dan pendampingan UMKM dapat membuat laporan keuangan dengan baik dan benar. Dengan memiliki laporan keuangan UMKM dapat melakukan pengembangan usahanya dengan mencari permodalan dan memasarkan yang terintegrasi secara digital.
