Abstract

SKB Situbondo was a unit of non-formal education to overcome development of the willingness of community learning to create of a learning society. Innovation from SKB Situbondo was education and training service conducted in one stop service. This research explained how the process of redefining innovation of green house development services and adopting process by mango farmers in the SKB Situbondo area. The type of research was descriptive qualitative. Data collection techniques were done through in-depth interviews, observation, and documentation. Three components of data analysis used are data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion. In addition, to strengthen the results of research used trianggulasi data. The results of research showed that communication channels dominated the diffusion of green house development innovation to mango farmers. Communication was taken place from SKB Situbondo and then transferred to mango farmers. Other channels of communication were group communication, and mass media. Mango farmers in adopting green house development were not all through the stages according to Rogers M Everett in sequence namely knowledge, persuasion, decision, implementation and confirmation. In this study, there were five adopter categories, namely: innovators, early adopters, early majority, late majority, and laggards.

Abstract

The process of disseminating greenhouse technology in the Learning Activity Center (SKB) Situbondo a lot obstacles in its implementation. The purpose of this research analyzed the development of green house in SKB Situbondo as center of empowerment of manggo farmer. This research was done in SKB Situbondo which is location of spread of green house technology. This research used qualitative descriptive study. Data were collected by interview, observation, and literature study. The research data was validated by using source triangulation. Data analysis technique used interactive analysis model. The result of the research showed that (1) the conflict between mango farmers and SKB Situbondo was due to differences of views between the two parties, (2) the distribution was done to solve the problems faced by mango farmers after the harvest season ends with the learning guard as mediator, and (3) interpersonal communication running effectively where the terms of communication effectiveness had been met: openness, empathy, supportive attitude, positive attitude, and equality. The fulfillment of these five requirements, interpersonal communication had been running and expected to achieve its goal, change the attitude and behavior of mango farmers.

Abstract

This study aims to know the perceptions of parents against the implementation of reproductive education early childhood influenced him in OLD and Integrated Construction of LCS Bondowoso. The subject of the research is done to the 6 early childhood parents who have children ages 2-4 years and 2 informants, namely early childhood educators and community leaders. This research using qualitative research approach. The data collection method used is the method of interviewing, observation, and documentation. Research results on the implementation of the education of KesPro AUD influenced by 10 benchmark penmas i.e. citizens studying yeast, learning, learning resources, learning activities, teachers ' associations, places of learning, learning tools, learning, learning programs, and learning outcomes . So concluded the implementation of activities on early childhood education KesPro in OLD and Integrated Construction of LCS Bondowoso has not been fully implemented by either. Factors impeding the course of the implementation of the activities of the tutorials, namely (a) the old leaders of the citizens learn difficult split time to keep her son's learning activities with work, and (b) the limitations of the information and knowledge Organizer and mother on the implementation of the learning activities of KesPro early childhood so that required the presence of training or direction from the parties concerned.

Abstract

This study aims to describe the application of brain age in the subtle development of early childhood in Indonesia's great children's educational institution unit 1418 Plunturan Ponorogo Village. This research is a type of qualitative descriptive research. Located at the AHE Institution Unit 1418 Plunturan Village, Pulung District, Ponorogo Regency using the Purposive Area technique. informants used purposive sampling technique. Data collection techniques using interviews, observation and documentation. The technique of checking the validity of the data uses observation, persistence and triangulation of sources, techniques and time. Data analysis went through four stages, namely data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and data verification. The results of the study stated that the number 8 sleep brain exercise applied at the AHE institution really helped early childhood in learning motor skills, especially in reading and writing. through brain exercises that are applied to institutions can help develop children's development to suit the stages that are passed by children so that they are able to achieve the level of mastery of skills spontaneously.

Abstract

Kabupaten Jember khususnya kecamatan Ambulu merupakan daerah wisata, disekitar pesisir desa Sumberejo kacamatan Ambulu memiliki banyak kearifan local seperti hasil laut dan kios-kios di tempat wisata yang belum termanfaatkan dengan baik, kreatifitas dan inovasi masyarakat masih sangat minim menjadi penyebab rendahnya keanekaragaman produk yang dipasarkan, padahal potensi sebagai daerah wisata tentunya menjanjikan dengan menjual produk-produk berupa souvenir khas pesisir yang dapat dipasarkan pada kios-kios di daerah wisata pantai payangan, teluk love, watu ulo dan papuma
