Abstract

Women picking coffee workers have a big enough role in all lines. However, the level of education and knowledge is still relatively low. It occupies a subordinate and marginally positioned position. This research aims to find the empowerment of women’s coffee picking labourers through the process of functional literacy programs. The existence of the program is expected to improve women’s empowerment The study was designed with a qualitative approach. Researchers use two primary types of data (1) Primer, i.e. data obtained by researchers directly from speakers as informers who are directly related to the empowerment of the local potential coffee-picking labour. Primary data sources of research using interviewing techniques and observation techniques (2) secondary, are supplementary research data that will be obtained through reports in the form of learning activities, documents, and textbooks relevant to the purpose of research. Before processing, the collected primary data is checked for the validity of the data. In this case, it is used triangulation technique, to be processed and analyzed by the technique of Gender Analysis Pathway (GAP). Where the gender engineering pathway analysis is used to analyse the policy of development programs, in this case, is a functional literacy program. The results showed that there was an increase in the empowerment of female coffee picking labours through a functional literacy program based on local wisdom. Reading, writing and counting ability can realize women have an unworthy job. The re-formulation of the learning design conducted through functional literacy programmes became the main thing for working women picking coffee in recognizing local potentials designed in accordance with local characteristics. The design of attention-learning to local potentials has become a key thing in enhancing the power of women so that it can find the resources that are based in everyday life.

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh peran literasi media dalam perubahan perilaku belanja pada perempuan di Kabupaten Jember. Penelitian ini meggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif. Responden dalam penelitian ini sebangayak 30 orang yang tergabung dalam PKK RW 35 Kelurahan Sumbersri, Kabupaten Jember. Pemilihan responden menggunakan teknik purposive sampling. Analisis data sendiri menggunakan regresi linier sederhana yang dihitung penggunakan aplikasi SPSS versi 22. Berdasarkan hasil temuan pada penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa kemampuan literasi media perempuan dapat mempengaruhi perilaku belanjanya. Dibuktikan dengan hasil penghitungan melalui regreasi linier sederhana bahwa terdapat peningkatan sebesar 0,867 perubahan perilaku belanja perempuan pada setiap 1 % literasi media yang diberikan. Hal ini juga dapat dikatakan bahwa peran literasi media memiliki kontribusi terhadap perubahan perilaku belanja perempuan sebesar 64,3%, sedangkan 35,7% lainnya dipengaruhi oleh faktor lain. Hasil perhitungan menunjukkan nilai konstanta sebesar 14,996, dengan koefisien regresi sebesar 0,867 pada signifikansi 0,000 < 0,05. Sehingga dapat disimpulakn bahwa Ha diterima dan Ho ditolak. Artinya terdapat pengarh yang signifikan anatara peran literasi media terhadap perubahan perilaku belanja perempuan di Kabupaten Jember, khususnya di Kelurahan Sumbersari RW 35. Hasil analisis lapangan menunjukkan bahwa semakin tinggi pengetahuan serta kemampuan perempuan dalam bermedia, maka semakin bagus pula perempuan dalam memanfaatkan media tersebut. Seperti halnya pemanfaatan media sebagai sarana belanja, dimana dengan melakukan belanja online cukup membantu mempermudah kegiatan sehari-hari perempuan dengan tetap memiliki kotrol diri pada saat melakukan belanja online.

Abstract

The reasons Pusat Kegiatan Belajar Masyarakat (PKBM)/Community Learning Center especially in regency of Jember has low participation in proposing the accreditation is luck of understanding about accreditation and the luck of document that is needed to proceed accreditation. This community services activity is to provide the information about non formal education accreditation and to guide in compiling accreditation document. This activity is formatting into training and mentoring activity. The result of this activity is the readiness of PKBM in proposing the piloting program which is showed by the completion in compiling the document national education standard and the completion in full filling the document into the accreditation information and evaluation system called SISPENA. Moreover two of the PKBM that is become the object of this activity has success in become the target of accreditation instrument testing and piloting. Generally, it can be conclude that this community services activity has big success, so the number of PKBM that become the object of community services should be increased

Abstract

Dalam rangka meningkatkan ketrampilan dan kemandirian ibu-ibu warga masyarakat di PAUD AL-Hidayah Desa Tempurejo Kabupaten Jember maka perlu adanya pemberdayaan melalui pelatihan. Mengingat ibu-ibu sebagaian besar hanya sebagai ibu rumah tangga tidak mempunyai kegiatan yang dapat menunjang kebutuhan ekonomi mereka, sehingga dalam kesehariannya kegiatan rutinitas mengantar putra-putrinya sampai selesai pembelajaran tanpa ada kegiatan lain yang dilakukan. Oleh karena itu Tim Program Pengabdian Kemitraan berencana memberikan pemberdayaan kepada ibu-ibu dan masyarakat disekitar PAUD AL-Hidayah melalui pelatihan ketrampilan hantaran Clutch Bag sehingga diharapkan dengan mengikuti pelatihan tersebut dapat meningkatkan kesejahteraan dalam kehidupannya Adapun kegiatan program pengabdian kemitraan (PPK) ini mempunyai tujuan dan target khusus untuk meningkatkan kemandirian pada mitra. Dalam kegiatan program pengabdian kemitraan (PPK) ini solusi yang ditawarkan adalah 1) pemberdayaan Ibu-ibu warga masyarakat di PAUD AL-Hidayah melalui pelatihan pembuatan ketrampilan hantaran Clutch Bag dengan 3 model; 2) Pemberian parenting tentang motivasi berwirausaha dan pemasaran berbasis IT sebagai tindak lanjut dari hasil produk pelatihan selanjutnya dilakukan pendampingan. Sedangkan luaran dari kegiatan PPK berupa video pelaksanaan pelatihan pembuatan ketrampilan Clutch Bag model 1,2,3 dan produk hasil pelatihan serta Publikasi ilmiah pada Prosiding ber ISBN dari seminar nasional. Hasil dari kegiatan program pengabdian kemitraan di PAUD Al-Hidayah Desa Tempurejo Kabupaten Jember melalui pelatihan Clutch Bag Model 1,2,3 berjalan dengan lancar dan mendapat tanggapan yang positif dari sasaran mitra karena dengan mengikuti pelatihan adanya peningkatan pengetahuan dan ketrampilan. Abstract

Penyelenggaraan pelatihan kerja sama yang diselenggarakan oleh Sekolah Perempuan Puger Kreatif (SPPK) Jember dan TPAKD (Tim Percepatan Akses Keuangan Daerah) yang berkolaborasi dengan sejumlah stakeholder lainnya termasuk Otoritas jasa Keuangan (OJK), yaitu pelatihan membatik. Pelatihan membatik ini diberikan untuk meningkatkan pengetahuan, sikap, dan keterampilan perempuan-perempuan pesisir. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dampak pelatihan membatik dalam membentuk jiwa wirausaha masyarakat pesisir di Sekolah Perempuan Puger Kreatif (SPPK) Jember. Penelitian ini menggunakan jenis penelitian deskriptif dengan pendekatan kualitatif. Teknik penentuan informan menggunakan purposive sampling. Teknik keabsahan data menggunakan perpanjangan pengamatan, peningkatan ketekunan, dan triangulasi (sumber dan teknik). Analisis data yang digunakan menggunakan analisis Miles dan Huberman, yaitu reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil dari penelitian yang dilakukan, yaitu pelatihan membatik dapat meningkatkan pengetahuan, sikap, dan keterampilan warga belajar. Hal tersebut terbukti dengan adanya peningkatan taraf hidup yang merupakan salah satu aspek untuk melihat dampak. Terbukti dengan adanya kelompok usaha batik yang terbentuk. Lebih spesifik dari usaha batik dapat membentuk jiwa wirausaha warga belajar, yaitu percaya diri, berorientasi pada tugas dan hasil, dan pengambilan risiko

Abstract

Basic level education and training for early childhood educators in Cluster II of Early Childhood Education (PAUD) in Gondang District, Mojokerto Regency, revealed several gaps in the teaching process. These were evidenced by issues such as educators' insufficient application of teaching principles in managing classrooms during learning activities. Consequently, many students fail to pay attention when educators deliver material, resulting in a disruptive classroom atmosphere. Furthermore, there is a lack of effective lesson planning aligned with the curriculum. Thus, research was conducted to address the problem statement: Is there a correlation between hierarchical training for PAUD educators and the early childhood learning process in Gondang District, Mojokerto Regency?. It employed a quantitative approach with correlational research. The study area was purposively chosen within Cluster II of PAUD in Gondang District, Mojokerto Regency, with a total population of 25 educators. Data collection techniques involved questionnaires and documentation, with data analysis conducted using Pearson Product Moment correlation formula. The research's correlation coefficient yielded a result of 0.785, while the critical value r-table was 0.396 at a significance level of 0.05, with N=25. Consequently, the obtained result of r-value > r-table (0.785 > 0.396) led to the conclusion that there is a significant relationship between hierarchical training for PAUD educators and the early childhood learning process in Cluster II of PAUD in Gondang District, Mojokerto Regency, categorized as a strong or high-level relationship.

Abstract

As we know today there are many differences of opinion and controversy from the political elite of statesmen even Ulama in Indonesia about the feasibility of personnel character that must be owned by a leader. Al-Quran has talked a lot about the characteristics of leaders from various aspects. This matter shows that the urgency of character for a leader cannot be separated from Al-Quran values. This article is present to know the verses of the Al-Quran which discusses the characteristics of leaders and their specifications with the method interpretation that focuses on one character with his book of interpretation, namely Tafsir al-Misbah written by M. Quraish Shihab. This written belongs to research literature with a content analysis approach. With the source of primary data from the book of Tafsir and the Al-Quran. The techniques of data collection are carried out through studies literature by tracing the books of commentary that contain the theme, with using the library research method which is then described in written form (descriptive text) While the data analysis technique is carried out by content analysis method. After doing the research, the writer found the verses that related to the characteristics of leadership in the Al-Quran, which is found in the surah Ali Imran 159, At-Taubah 105, Al-Ahzab 70, At-Taubah 71. Relying on the 4 surah In this paragraph, specifically, this verse explains that to achieve a good leader, good should start with goodness that comes from the leader himself. Such as being gentle, fair, honest, telling the righteous, prevent the wrong, forgive when angry, and involve deliberation in every problem. In this way, a leader can lead and bring the world for the better "baldatun thoyyibatun wa robbun ghofur”.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan mendeskripsikan terkait peran kelompok sadar wisata (Pokdarwis) dalam pemberdayaan masyarakat pada Wisata Bahari Pancer Puger Desa Puger Kulon Kecamatan Puger. Penelitian ini menggunakan jenis penelitian deskriptif dengan pendekatan kualitatif. Tempat penelitian ini berlokasi di Kelompok Sadar Wisata (Pokdarwis) Pancer Lestari, Desa Puger Kulon, Kecamatan Puger, Kabupaten Jember. Penentuan informan dalam penelitian ini menggunakan teknik purposive sampling. Teknik  pengumpulan  data yang  digunakan  yaitu wawancara,  observasi,  dan dokumentasi.  Analisis  data  menggunakan  model  Miles  and  Huberman  yaitu  pengumpulan  data,  reduksi  data,  dan tahap  penarikan  kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Kelompok Sadar Wisata Pancer Lestari telah menjalankan perannya sebagai motivator, penggerak, dan komunikator. Peran tersebut mampu memberdayakan masyarakat pantai Puger dalam pengelolaan dan pengembangan wisata melalui pemberdayaan masyarakat yang meliputi upaya enabling, empowering dan protecting.

Abstract

Rural literacy is a container for improving society's human resources by studious interest in reading and knowledge. Where that increase can be felt in terms of education, technology and economics. Therefore, the existence of a local agency has been very helpful in boosting coastal knowledge to advance and expand. The goal of this study is to identify and describe the potential of local agencies on the payable coast known as the dolphin kub (group of joint venture groups). The research site is located on Joint business group “Lumba-Lumba” selected using a stringent area technique. The identification technique of the informer used is an integral sampling. Data collection techniques using observation, interview, and documentation techniques. The authentication technique of data involves extension of participation, persistence in observation, and triangulation. As for the triangulation used were technical triangulation, source triangulation, and time triangulation. Data analysis USES the miles and huberman theory by data collecting, data reduction, data presentation, and data verification. The result of this research is that local institutions' role is crucial to improving community knowledge to advance and expand. Increased public knowledge can be supported by rural communities through the potential of those around and also various forms of activities
