Abstract

The study is intended to determine The Role of Small Micro Enterprises in Production Snack and Product Innovation towards an Additional Community Economic in Tangerang City. Micro small and medium enterprises (MSMEs) have an important role in the economy of Indonesian society. Indonesia government also views the existence of MSME businessman as important. The existence of MSMEs can have an effect on increasing people's income and also with the innovation of snacks that can attract consumers. The method used quantitative which was taken, it can be conclude that Whereas t count is 6,453> t table is 1,985 and the sig o.oo value <0.05, this shows that the role of Micro and Small Enterprises in production snacks has a significant and positive effect on the addition of community economic income in Tangerang City. That t count is 5,568> t table is 1,985 and the sig o.oo value <0.05, this shows that product innovation has a significant and positive effect on the addition of community economic income in Tangerang City. Whereas F count is 161,927> from F table of 3.09 and sig value of 0,000 <0.05, this shows that the Micro and Small Entrepreneurs Production snacks together with product innovation have a significant and positive effect on the addition of community economic income in Tangerang City.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to define the factors that influence the Mixed Mutual Funds including the Jakarta Interbank Offered Rate and the Composite Stock Price Index. The research method used is purposive sampling by taking data on price movements of mutual funds published by PT Ashmore Asset Management Indonesia Tbk where Mutual funds originating from the period January 1, 2021 to December 31, 2021 and listed on the IDX, consist of 245 daily data. The test method used is descriptive statistical method using sample data from JCI and JIBOR where the results obtained from the calculation of this analysis are JCI and JIBOR have a positive and significant effect on the performance of the Net Asset Value of Mutual Funds, with a coefficient of determination close to 0.6526 or 65, 26%, which means that NAV is influenced by the movement of JCI and JIBOR. While the remaining 34.74% is explained by variables not included in this study.

Abstract

Technological developments that occur today are growing rapidly. All aspects of human life in their activities use information technology as a tool to facilitate and speed up the activities carried out. On the other hand, competition in the economic field is also getting tougher. All manufacturers are competing in marketing their products to consumers. Electronic Commerce (E-Commerce) is the process of doing business through a computer network which in general is a business activity that is closely related to: Consumers (Consumers), Manufacturing, Internet Service Providers (ISPs), Intermediaries (Intermediateries), using electronic media and facilities Internet to buy or sell its products. Unlike traditional trade which is done physically with someone trying to go & come to get the product. E-Commerce which started in the early 1990s has taken a big leap in the world of computers, but the fact that hinders the growth of e-commerce is the security factor. Security is a challenge facing e-commerce today and much progress is still being made in the area of security. The main advantage of e-commerce over traditional commerce is that users can browse online stores, compare prices, and order merchandise from home via their personal computers, and receive orders for the goods they buy also at home, making it much more convenient, easy, effective with higher quality. can compete with traditional trade in which the physical goods can be seen and touched. To increase the use of e-commerce in developing countries like Indonesia, B2B e-commerce is implemented to increase access to global markets. The research strategy shows the importance of e-commerce in developing countries for business applications
