Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah: Untuk menganalisis pengaruh kepuasan kerja terhadap produktivitas kerja pada PT. Sinar Surya Baja Profilindo. Untukmenganalisis pengaruh stres kerja terhadap produktivitas kerja karyawan pada PT. Sinar Surya Baja Profilindo. Untuk menganalisis pengaruh kepuasan kerja dan stres kerja secara simultan terhadap produktivitas kerja karyawan pada PT. Sinar Surya Baja Profilindo.Metode analisis dalam penelitian ini menggunakan regresi linier berganda. Sampel penelitian adalah 80 karyawan menggunakan simple random sampling.Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan menyebarkan kuesioner dan dibudidayakan dengan menggunakan SPSS 25.0. Hasil uji t pada variabel kepuasankerja adalah 2.205, dengan nilai signifikansi 0,000. Artinya kepuasan kerja memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap produktivitas kerja. Hasil uji t pada variabel stres kerja adalah 3,018 dengan nilai signifikansi 0,000. Ini berarti stres kerja memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap produktivitas kerja. Hasil uji F adalah 154,526, itu berarti kepuasan kerja dan stres kerja memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap produktivitas kerja. Nilai koefisien determinasi (R2) untuk X1 dan X2 adalah 0,700, itu berarti turnover intention dapat dipengaruhi oleh kepuasan kerja dan stres kerja sekitar 70,0%, kemudian faktor lain sekitar 30,0%. Rumus regresi linier untuk hipotesis 1 adalah Y = 0,507+0,203 X1. Rumus regresi linier untuk hipotesis 2 adalah Y = 0,507 + 0,518 X2. Rumus regresi berganda untuk hipotesis 3 adalah Y = 0,507+0,203 X1 + 0,518 X2

Abstract

This research was conducted based on researchers’ will to find out the Roles of Small and Micro Enterprises of Snack and Pastry Productions, and Product Inovation toward the Increase of Economy Income of Periuk People – Tangerang City. There are many factors influencing the increase of economy income of UMKM People. Some of them are the lack of policy program on foster father, which was identified to affect the increase of people’s economy income. There was also a shift on the business pattern, which is from conventional into digital. This was why the number of enterpreneurs of micro and small enterprises grew so rapid and massive that it affected the increase of people’s economy income. The lack information on UMKM programs for the people was identified to affect the increase of people’s economy income. The small number of innovation on snack products produced was suspected to influence the increase of people’s economy income. The independent factors studied were the Roles of Small and Micro Enterprises (X1) and Product Innovation (X2), and the dependent factor was People’s Income (Y). Based on the results of correlation coefficient analysis, it was found out that coefficient correlation for X1 is 0.750 and for X2 was 0,805. This means that the roles of micro and small enterprises and product innovation strongly influenced the people’s income. The positive impact showed that the better the roles of micro and small enterprises and product innovation, the higher the people’s income. To find out how much they influenced, Simple Linear Regression was used as analysis tool. It was found out that the results of Variable (X1) and the value of tcount (8.253) was higher than ttable (1.984) and it rejected Ho. So, the hypothesis is Ho was rejected and Ha was accepted. This showed that there were significant influences between roles of micro and small enterprises and the product innovation with the people’s income. The variable X2 with the value of Tcount 4.862 was higher than Ttable and it belonged to the rejection scope of Ho. So, the hypothesis was Ho was rejected and Ha was accepted. This indicated that there were significant influences between product innovation and people’s income.

Abstract

The study is intended to determine The Role of Small Micro Enterprises in Production Snack and Product Innovation towards an Additional Community Economic in Tangerang City. Micro small and medium enterprises (MSMEs) have an important role in the economy of Indonesian society. Indonesia government also views the existence of MSME businessman as important. The existence of MSMEs can have an effect on increasing people's income and also with the innovation of snacks that can attract consumers. The method used quantitative which was taken, it can be conclude that Whereas t count is 6,453> t table is 1,985 and the sig o.oo value <0.05, this shows that the role of Micro and Small Enterprises in production snacks has a significant and positive effect on the addition of community economic income in Tangerang City. That t count is 5,568> t table is 1,985 and the sig o.oo value <0.05, this shows that product innovation has a significant and positive effect on the addition of community economic income in Tangerang City. Whereas F count is 161,927> from F table of 3.09 and sig value of 0,000 <0.05, this shows that the Micro and Small Entrepreneurs Production snacks together with product innovation have a significant and positive effect on the addition of community economic income in Tangerang City.

Abstract

Untuk mengetahui seberapa besar baik /sendiri-sendiri maupun bersama-sama antara variabel bebas (independent) (inovasi produk,harga dan promosi) berpengaruh terhadap variabel terikat (Penambahan Pendapatan Ekonomi Masyarakat di Kota Tangerang). Penelitian ini dilakukan pelaku UKM makanan ringan dan snack, di Kota Tangerang, dengan menyebar kuesioner pertanyaan sedangkan sampel penelitian digunakan dengan Random Simpel Sampling Pengumpulan data dengan studi lapangan (interview, observasi, kuesioner) ditunjukkan kepada pelaku usaha kecil UMKM di Kota Tangerang dengan jumlah 100 konsumen pelaku ukm makanan ringan dan snack. Analisis data stastitik menggunakan uji realibilitas, validitas, normalitas, autokorelasi, heterokesdatisitas multikolinearitas, determinasi koefisien, uji sendiri-sendiri (uji-t) dan uji bersama-sama (uji-f) , dengan alat stastitik SPSS 25. Uji t menunjukkan variabel bebas (independent) baik sendiri-sendiri mempunyai pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap variabel terikat (dependent) Studi Kasus Peran UKM Pembuatan Makanan Ringan Dan Snack dengan hasil yang diperoleh (nilai t hitung inovasi produk 7.420. >ttabel 1,966 dan tingkat signifikan 0000 < 0.05, nilai t hitung harga 3.119. >ttabel 1,966 dan tingkat signifikan.0000 < 0.05 dan nilai t hitung promosi 3.778. >ttabel 1,966 dan .0000 < 0.05). Hasil F hitung sebesar 221.640 tingkat signifikansi 0,000 maka F hitung > F tabel (221.640 > 3.09 tingkat signifikasi 0,000 <0.05, variabel bebas (independent) secara simultan nenpunyai pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap variabel terikat (dependent) variabel pada Studi Kasus Peran UKM Pembuatan Makanan Ringan dan Snack dan nilai koefisien determinasi berganda R2 adalah 80,7 % diterangkan faktor-faktor variabel bebas (independent) (inovasi produk, dan promosi) dan sisanya 100%-80.7% = 19,3% hasil yang diperoleh dari variabel lain tidak termasuk dari variabel bebas (independent).

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengilustrasikan pengabdian kepada masyarakat yang telah diimplementasikan oleh Tim Dosen Fakultas Bisnis Universitas Buddhi Dharma yang mengambil topik ekonomi lingkungan. Dalam rangka menjalankan salah satu fungsi tridharma tersebut, Tim Dosen Universitas Buddhi Dharma didukung oleh Dinas Lingkungan Hidup Pemerintah Kota Tangerang dalam implementasi program pemberdayaan masyarakat di Kelurahan Periuk RW 09. Adapun tema pada pengabdian masyarakat, yakni pengelolaan limbah rumah tangga berupa limbah makanan menjadi minuman yang sehat dan memiliki nilai Ekonomi. Berdasarkan program pengabdian pada masyarakat, terdapat beberapa identifikasi masalah, yakni sebagai berikut : (1) Warga RW 09 Kelurahan Periuk belum memiliki pengetahuan mengenai ekonomi sirkular dan pengolahan limbah rumah tangga, (2) Warga RW 09 belum memiliki mitra yang mumpuni dalam melakukan pengolahan limbah rumah tangga secara berkelanjutan, (3) Warga RW 09 Kelurahan periuk belum memiliki infrastruktur ataupun peralatan dalam praktik pengolahan limbah rumah tangga. Adapun ditinjau dari program pengabdian kepada masyarakat yang telah dilaksanakan, yakni memiliki hasil sebagai berikut : (1) Warga RW 09 merasakan manfaat yang signifikan dari adanya program pengolahan limbah rumah tangga, (2) Warga RW 09 memiliki mitra dalam program ekonomi sirkular dan pengolahan limbah rumah tangga serta hilirisasi produk, (3) Warga RW 09 dibekali dengan peralatan untuk membuat pupuk kompos, akses terhadap pengelolaan bank sampah, serta komunitas dengan RW di kelurahan lain dalam hal kerjasama ekonomi sirkular.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the Effect of Product Quality and Digital businesses on the Income of Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises during the COVID-19 Post Pandemic. Micro, small and medium enterprises (MSMEs) have an important role in the Indonesian economy. The government of Republic Indonesia also views the importance of the existence of MSME entrepreneurs. The existence of MSMEs can have an impact on increasing people's income and also with service innovations that can attract consumers. The method used is quantitative which is taken, it can be ascertained that t-statistics 8.453> t table 1.985 and the value of sig o.oo <0.05, indicates that the effect of product quality has a positive and significant effect on increasing the income of MSME actors. T-statistics is 6.568 > t table 1.985 and sig o.oo <0.05, this indicates that product quality has a significant and positive effect on increasing the income of MSME actors. While F-statistics 153,927 > from F table 4.09 and sig value 0.000 <0.05 this shows that digital business and product quality criteria have a significant and positive effect on increasing the income of MSME actors during the COVID-19 post pandemic.

Abstract

This research aims to investigate the role of digital cafes in accelerating economic recovery in Tangerang City after the COVID-19 pandemic. Using a mixed method of interviews, surveys and analysis of local economic data, this research found that the adoption of digital stalls provides significant benefits in increasing market access, operational efficiency and consumer reach for stall owners, while consumers also benefit in terms of ease of shopping and access to a wider variety of products. The challenges and obstacles faced by digital shop owners are also identified, and efforts to support the development of digital shop owners as a motor for post-pandemic economic recovery are also discussed. In conclusion, this research provides valuable insight into the important role of digital cafes in supporting local economic recovery in Tangerang City, which is expected to become the basis for more effective policies in supporting the micro and small economic sectors in the future.
