Abstract

The topic of this research is the design of a model of agricultural information systems based on (IOT) or the Internet of Things that is used as a medium to improve the precision of the quality of agricultural products. For the compiler of this information system data is in the form of tabular data and spatial data. Tabular data in the form of numerical data from land, plant, and water availability data. Spatial data contains area data, position of agricultural land. The method used in the analysis in this study is Farming System Analysis (FSA) and approach system method used is object oriented. The purpose of this study is based on the frequent changes in the level of harvest feasibility in the agricultural sector, where the current level of yield feasibility does not only occur on unproductive land but also encroaches on land with good productivity. It is necessary to provide an information system that can support the observation of the feasibility of the yields to be produced by the agricultural sector. By integrating this system into the agricultural sector, it will result in increasing the quality, quantity, resilience and cost effectiveness of agricultural production, and shifting the paradigm of application from Object Oriented to Smart Object Oriented based on the Internet of Things (IoT).

Abstract

This study aims to analyze, design and build psychotes information systems at PTInfomedia Humanika Bandung so that the process of taking data psychotes can be faster,accurate and efficient.Data collection methods was using observation, intervie andliterature study, while the method of this information system design was using objectorientedapproach with UML modeling (Unified Modeling Language).Softwaredevelopment method using prototype method, whichis implemented with PHPprogramming language and MySQL as database.The main problem is the length of the scanning process due to the large numberof data and inconsistencies in the procedure of charging test answers, the inefficiency inrecording the data because it must be input into Microsoft Excel application. Toovercome these problems then made e-psychotes information system with software testingmethods blackbox method.The suggestions given is: Performing system maintenance regularly, doing systemdevelopment, Held training for User and Admin about system usage procedure.

Current technological progress was progressively quick its developing. Along with perkembanganya therefore requirement will process data processing rapid fire and accurate beginning being felt by an organization or governance institution. Abstract

This study aims to provide a solution by designing and applying an employee attendance system workflow based on an existing manual attendance and payroll system at PT. Tunas Utama Computer Bandung, which is still less effective and efficient, and computerized attendance applications with both the database system, user interface, and the user itself. The research method used is descriptive method, which is a method that only describes and summarizes various conditions, situations or various variables. The development or approach to information systems used in this Final Project uses the Waterfall development method. While the tools used in the analysis of system design are Flowmaps, context diagrams, Data Flow Diagrams & UML, while the implementation of system design is the PHP programming language and MySQL Server as a database. The creation of an employee payroll information system is integrated with an employee attendance system that can help the performance of PT Tunas Utama Computer especially in the field of HR management and financial management to be more organized, computerized and Web-based. Research results employee payroll system that is integrated with a web-based attendance system can overcome problems that often arise in the previous system. For example, data duplication, damage and data recap errors, so that the implementation of a web-based payroll system from MySQL as a place to store data or documents so that existing data will not be lost. Financial management has become more effective and efficient.

Abstract

Perkembangan teknologi IT yang pesat dapat membantu manusia dalam menyelesaikan pekerjaan manusia di segala bidang. Sebagai contoh, dalam bidang pendidikan terdapat pengelolaan administrasi siswa yang perlu dikelola dengan tepat. Pengelolaan administrasi yang baik berdampak pada peningkatan kinerja dari sebuah instansi. Microsoft Word merupakan bagian dari Microsoft Office yang sering digunakan untuk menangani administrasi perkantoran. Pemanfaatan fitur yang maksimal dapat membantu mempermudah dan mempercepat dalam menangani pengelolaan administrasi. Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat ini bertujuan agar peserta dapat memahami secara komprehensif materi Ms Word yang disampaikan, sehingga dapat diimplementasikan secara aplikatif dalam dunia pendidikan dan memiliki kemampuan professional mengoperasikan Microsoft Word serta mengantarkan peserta mendapatkan Sertifikasi Internasional Microsoft Office Specialist Word. Metode yang dilakukan dalam pelaksanaan kegiatan ini adalah pengajaran di laboratorium komputer, tutorial (pendampingan) dengan menggunakan modul Microsoft Word 2013, diskusi dan tanya jawab. Kegiatan dilakukan di Laboratorium SMK Puragabaya Bandung. Berdasarkan kegiatan yang dilakukan diperoleh hasil bahwa dari 18 orang peserta yang didaftarkan untuk mengikuti pelatihan dan ujian sertifikasi internasional, hanya 16 orang peserta yang mengikuti pelatihan. Dari 16 peserta yang dapat mengikuti ujian sertifikasi internasional hanya sebanyak 11 peserta. Peserta yang dinyatakan lulus ujian sertifikasi sebanyak 69% sehingga memperoleh sertifikat MOS.
