Abstract

The rapid development of the computer world that brings every individual or group of people will use information and communication technology in every activity. Likewise in the world of education, including libraries that utilize information and communication technology in managing the process of borrowing and returning library books. The benefits of making a web-based library information system include being able to save time where there is no need for manual recording, making it easier to find book data or library members, making it easier in making book loan reports and other reports and other benefits. The research method used is Research and Development (R&D). The making of software is done by a waterfall model consisting of: (1) needs analysis, (2) design, (3) implementation, and (4) testing. Then UML visual modeling is used which is the standardization of modeling language for object-oriented software development. The expected results of this study produce a web-based library information system using the YII Framework with MVC (Model View Controller) method in SMA Karya Pembangunan Ciwidey that can solve existing problems. The formulation of the problem of this research is how to build a library information system in SMA Karya Pembangunan Ciwidey so that it can present accurate and efficient information. The purpose of this research is to produce a library information system.

Abstract

Information systems at this time will continue to grow from various aspects, to take advantage of the progress in this era of information systems into a need that must be owned by every agency.One of them is the filing information system, each agency needs to keep documents as important records of various activities.Therefore, the archive must be managed properly so that it is not difficult when searching for the required information.In addition, the archive system can be used in the long term so as to avoid some obstacles that often occur in the management of archives such as damaged, scattered or lost.This archive system was created to facilitate the filing process, because Kasda BKAD archiving is still manually.Therefore, in this study was carried out the design of a filing information system for Disbursement Warrants (SP2D) in Regional Cash (Kasda) in BKAD West Bandung Regency. The development of this system uses waterfall methods and functional design using UML (Unified Modelling Language), the results of black box system testing are obtained valid results..This research produces a web-based information system that is expected to make it easier to manage archives.

Abstract

[Id]Penerimaan peserta didik baru (PPDB) merupakan salah satu proses yang ada di instansi pendidikan seperti sekolah yang berguna untuk menyaring calon siswa yang terpilih sesuai kriteria yang ditentukan oleh sekolah tersebut untuk menjadi siswa didiknya. Pada umumnya proses PPDB dilakukan melalui tahapan pendaftaran, tes seleksi, dan pengumuman penerimaan siswa. Dalam penelitian ini penerapannya pada SMP BPPI Baleendah yang selama ini dilakukan secara manual atau sudah terkomputerisasi tetapi menggunakan Microsoft Office Excel. Pendaftaran secara manual masih menggunakan formulir yang menimbulkan antrian. Formulir pendaftaran tersebut akan dimasukkan oleh komite PPDB ke dalam komputer. Dengan semakin banyaknya calon siswa baru, maka proses memasukkan, mengolah dan memberikan informasi hasil PPDB memerlukan waktu.Hasil yang diharapkan dari penelitian ini adalah menghasilkan sistem PPDB berbasis web menggunakan pendekatan YII Framework dengan metoda MVC (Model View Controller) pada SMP BPPI Baleendah yang dapat menyelesaikan masalah yang ada. Manfaat dari penelitian ini adalah memberikan kemudahan bagi admin maupun siswa itu sendiri. Langkah-langkah pengembangan sistem ini adalah studi pustaka, observasi, wawancara, analisis, perancangan, uji coba dan implementasi. Kesimpulan hasil dari penelitian ini adalah diharapkan dapat terbangunnya sistem informasi penerimaan siswa baru yang berbasis web.Kata kunci : Perangkat Lunak, Penerimaan Peserta Didik Baru, Berbasis Web[En]The admission of new students is one of processes within educational institutions like school which is used to select candidate according to stated criteria by related school. Generally, the process of acceptance of new students began with registration, selection, and announcement steps of new student. This research was taken place at Junior High School (SMP) BPPI Baleendah which during the time has practiced the admission of new students manually or computerized but used Microsoft Office Excel only. The manual registration that are still using the form that led to long queues. The registration form hereinafter be recapitulated in the ledger by the committee PPDB into the computer. Because the number of applicants who pretty much and continues to grow, so that the input process, data processing and delivery of information resulting from the admission requires substantial time. The expected outcome of this research is to produce PPDB system web-based using YII Framework with MVC method on SMP BPPI Baleendah which can solve problem. The benefit of this research is to provide an ease for administrator and student. The steps of development system are literature study, observation, interview, analysis, schematization, trial, and implementation as its method. The conclusion from research result hopes installed an information system of new student acceptance in web-based. The author suggested that these applications can grow more, as in the use of Mobile-based or Website.

Abstract

[Id]Sistem infomasi rekam medis pasien rawat jalan adalah sistem informasi yang bertujuan mengelola data pasien yang berobat hingga pasien tersebut keluar dari rumah sakit atau klinik pada periode tertentu. Sistem informasi yang dirancang sangatlah penting untuk mencegah terjadinya kesalahan prosedur dalam pelaksanaan pendaftaran dan pengelolaan data. Sistem informasi dalam klinik kesehatan ini adalah sistem informasi yang berisikan data pasien, data obat, data transaksi dan rekam medis pasien. Adapun sebelumnya kinerja sistem dalam pelayanan pasien yang berjalan pada klinik kesehatan secara umum belum optimal karena masih pada pengolahan data pasien dan data rekam medis masih menggunakan media pembukuan atau manual. Pengelolaan data pasien di Klinik Sehat Margasari masih belum efektif karena sistem yang digunakan kurang lengkap sehingga pelayanan pasien menjadi lambat dan rekam pasien sering hilang atau tidak ditemukan. Maka pelayanan pasien menjadi tidak efektif dan efisien, karena sistem manual pembukuan memperlambat pembuatan laporan atau pencarian data pasien. Sistem informasi pelayanan pasien dirancang bertujuan untuk membangun sistem informasi yang terkomputerisasi, sehingga memudahkan pihak klinik kesehatan mengolah data pasien, obat, transaksi, rekam medis, tindakan medis pasien hingga pencetakan laporan.Hasil yang diharapkan dari penelitian ini yaitu terbangunnya sistem informasi rekam medis berbasis web untuk memudahkan Klinik Sehat Margasari dalam membantu pengolahan data pasien, obat, transaksi, rekam medis, tindakan medis pasien hingga pencetakan laporan. Rumusan masalah dari penelitian ini adalah bagaimana membangun sistem informasi rekam medis di Klinik Sehat Margasari sehingga dapat menyajikan informasi yang akurat serta efisien. Adapun tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah menghasilkan suatu sistem informasi rekam medis pasien rawat jalan.Kata kunci : Sistem Informasi, Rekam Medis, Pasien Rawat Jalan[En]Medical record outpatient information system is a system that aims to manage the data of patients who register for treatment until the patient is discharged from the hospital or health center in a given period. The information system is important because it is designed to prevent errors in the execution of the procedure of registration and data management so that it can be done as well as possible. This information systems in health clinic is an information system that has patient data, drug data, transaction data and medical records of the patient. As before for the performance of the system in patient care in health clinic in generally not optimal because it is still in the processing of patient data and medical records are still using books or manuals. Management of patient data at the Health Clinic Margasari Bandung is still not effective because the system used is less complete so that the patient's service to be slow and patient records are often missing or was not found. Therefore care patients at health clinic become ineffective and inefficient, because manual system making slow reporting or searching data patient. Patient care information system designed aiming to establish a computerized information system, making it easier for the health clinic process patient data, drugs, transaction, medical records, medical actions to patient until print out of reports. The expected outcome of this research is to build information system web-based to facilitate Health Clinic Margasari Bandung making it easier for the health clinic process patient data, drugs, transaction, medical records, medical actions to patient until print out of reports. Fundamental problem of this research is how to install information system for medical record patient information system at Health Clinic Margasari that make information representation accurately and efficiently. The aim of this research is to produce a information system of medical record outpatient.

Abstract

Software testing is a critical and time-consuming element of the software development life cycle (SDLC). Software testing determines the quality of a software before it is used by end users. The main goal is to find software errors or defects so that these errors or defects can be corrected in this testing phase. There are two general techniques for detecting software errors, namely: Black Box and White Box Testing. Black Box testing technique is used for validation, namely whether you have built the right software and White Box testing is used for verification, namely whether the software made is correct. This study aims to test the value index software using three methods of Black Box testing techniques, namely Equivalence partitioning (EP), Boundary Value Analysis (BVA) and Error Guessing. The testing process is carried out to find out how much error occurs in the value index software. The research method is qualitative descriptive and analytical. The results of this study indicate that the value index application has no shortcomings (error of 0%) both with BVA, EP and Error Guessing techniques.

Abstract

Abstract-. The use of information technology, computers and internet technology has penetrated in all areas of life, including the business world, including the processing of financial transactions such as online payments. Loan payments still often experience problems, they are still manual and less efficient for customers, especially when the customer is out of town. With the technological advances mentioned above, various innovations have been made to facilitate business interactions, including financial technology (fintech), which means financial technology, which is a technological innovation (breakthrough) carried out in the financial sector so that financial services can be carried out quickly, efficiently, and efficiently. and have a positive impact. This payment application contains company information, company terms and policies regarding lending, view the time and amount of online loans agreed between the customer and the company, make payments and view proof of payment and make investments and withdrawals of money. The design of this software is done with the freeware phpMyAdmin which supports MySQL database. This system development methodology is the classic waterfall method with object-oriented design using UML. This application has been used and helps the finance department in recording online loan payments and the customer can see proof of the transfer of the payment.

Abstract

Nowadays technology is developing very fast, including information and communication technology. For that we need fast steps in following it. Information and communication technology has entered all aspects of life, including the business world. This is because the work assisted by information technology can minimize errors and even losses that will occur. Warna Print is a company engaged in the printing sector, which serves banner designs and banner printing and is currently facing problems in the field of ordering. The banner ordering system used in Warna Print is still done conventionally. For example, in recording orders, making order invoices to taking orders and transaction reports, they still rely on recording on notes. This of course can cause loss or damage to the order data and sales transactions. With the design of this application will be able to help expedite the transaction process on Color Print. The design of this application uses the Netbeans IDE with the Java programming language and the MySQL database program. This application has guaranteed security, because only owners and employees who have a username and password can access this application. In addition, the error rate in recording orders is very small, because each customer receives a different transaction number, so as to minimize errors on the transaction report.

Abstract

Security is the most challenging aspects in the internet and network application. These days the applications like Internet and networks are growing very fast, thereby the importance and the value of the exchanged data over the internet or other media types are increasing. While transmitting any confidential information across network, some unauthorized user tend to steal or corrupt the data. To prevent this interruption, security of data is needed. As data security is needed for protecting data from unauthorized users and destructive forces, some security techniques are used. Encryption is one such technique which is used to protect the database from unauthorized accesses and unwanted actions of external clients. It is used to secure the confidential information from unauthorized user by converting the data in to that format that is only understandable by the authorized receiver that knows the respective decryption to obtain the original data or information. In this paper, our focus will be on Database Security, as databases are considered as the storehouses of data. Generally, data of an organization or a company is stored in databases and is very crucial to the organization. Today, most of the organizations allow their clients to use their services (online banking, online shopping etc) by accessing their databases. This leads to a requirement of high level security to deal with information attackers. An information attacker tries to illegally acquire or modify the highly confidential data of the organization. An innovative approach for database security using Hill Cipher encryption & decryption method is proposed. This cryptography based approach provides an additional level of security to the database systems. Important data or information crucial to the organization should be secured from illegal theft and attacks. This encryption scheme completely is based on key matrix that a organization decides before encryption and decryption. In this proposed scheme a common key is used to encrypt the data items. Abstract

The archive is a recording of activities that must be managed properly and carefully. Management archive of incoming letters or outgoing letter at the Bandung District Diskominfo still managed manually, by collecting files relating to all activities at the Bandung District Diskominfo in one place and stored in a storage closet. Management of this kind causes the lack of rigor according to the classification and archiving based on the type and importance, consequently officer had difficulty in finding the necessary documents. One of the other problems that arise is the specially for incoming letters which must include a disposition sheet from the Head of Service, so if at any time the Head of Service is not in place, it will hamper the follow-up. And when making a report in the manual system, it must record the report of the incoming and outgoing mail. It required an information system archiving of incoming mails or outgoing mails web-based that can facilitate the work of. This information system is designed using the programming language PHP and uses an object-based modeling techniques to describe the analysis and design of the system. The results of this software can be used in the Bandung District Diskominfo environment so that the new system can make it easier to search, faster and secure file archives stored. The Service Head can be when not in place, further instructions for incoming mail are not hampered. Making Reports easier without having to re-record the data of incoming and outgoing mail.
