Abstract

مستخلص .هذا البحث هو أبحاث المكتبيّة . وفى هذا فالبيانات المبحوثة من كتاب فتح المعين فى بابالكفاءة باستعمال منهج النوعيّة . وفى هذا البحث يستعمل منهج الو ثاقيّة . وطريقة تحليل البيانات المستعملةفى هذا البحث .هو تحليل الاِسْتِنْتَاجِ. يستعمل هذا المنهج لتحليل مفهوم الكفاءة عامّة ثمّ يستنتج خاصَّةً.ونتيجة البحث , أنّ مفهوم الكفاءة فى النّكاح هو شيئ مهمّ لأنّه مشروع فى النّكاح الإسلاميّ وذكر فىالحديث أنّه كان أربعة معابير مهمّة وكانت معيارا فى الكفاءة وهي المال والنّسب والجمال والدّين ولكنّ الدّينهو الأهمّ . واختار الإسلام الدّين وفضّله على غيره لأنّه الأساس المهمّ لنيل مقاصد شريعة النّكاح وهي عائلة السّكينة والمودّة والرّحمة . أمّا الشّيخ زين الدين ابن عبد العزيز المليباريّ فى كتابه فتح المعين وفهورأى أنالكفاءة معتبرة فى النّكح ولكن لاتؤثّر على صحّة عقد النّكاح . ثمّ يصنّف مراتب المستويات الإجتماعيّةبالنّسبة إلى الكفاءة . وهناك بعض المعابير الّذي يجعل الزّوج والزّوجة تعتبران بالكفاءة عند الشّيخ المليباريّومنها الحالة الإجتماعيّة ولأخلاق وانّسب والمهنة والعلم ولكنّ المال لاتعتبر لأنّه يفنى ولا يعتبر فخرا عند أهلالمروءة .

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to find out Qiyas in Islamic law and Qiyas in ibn Taimiyah thought. This research method is a qualitative method used so that research activities can be carried out in a directed and rational way to achieve optimal results. The type of research carried out is library research, with the approach used in this study is a normative approach. The result of this research is that the Sahih Qiyas are Qiyas that are in line with the texts, the texts never contradict Qiyas, in the Shari'ah there is no case that contradicts the Qiyas, ijtihad must be carried out correctly, in accordance with standard rules, so that the law produced can be accounted for. From the discussion in the previous chapters it can be said as follows: Qiyas in Islamic law is a solution offered for various legal cases that are not explicitly stated in the arguments in Islamic law sources. In order to fulfill the needs of Islam as a true and perfect teaching, obey the scholars to carry out and carry out everything, as well as judge by law and give everything to Allah and fatwas through everything through fatwas of various levels of ijtihad which are carried out continuously with full sense of responsibility.

Abstract

The purpose of this paper is to answer the problem, namely, how the mystical dimension in Islam and how the mystical thought of Ibn Sina and its relevance to the world of Islamic education? The approach used in this paper, among others, the historical approach, hermeneutic, and phenomenological. Discussion of this paper is descriptive-analytic. The conclusion of this paper include that mysticism or Sufism has strong roots of the sources of Islam (Qur'an and Sunnah) and a little more receptive to the influence of outside Islam, especially from Greek philosophy and spiritual traditions of Persia. Ibn Sina as shown in the lives, works and thoughts have a tendency of Sufism. Thoughts on knowledge 'Irfani, mystical love, spirituality, prayer, and ascetic, indicating that spirituality of Ibn Sina not only be at a theoretical level, but also practical. Mystical Dimensions of Ibn Sina can be a thirst quencher in the midst of spiritual aridity due to materialism and pragmatism that swept people today

Abstract

Artikel ini akan menggali konsep manusia dalam filsafat pendidikan Ibn Sina. Pandangan Ibn Sina tentang kesatuan jiwa dan raga ini diuraikan dalam karyakaryanyadi antaranya Al-Shifa, Al-Najat, dan Risalah al-Quwa al-Nafsiah. Dalam artikel ini diuraikan bahwa manusia dalam pemikiran Ibn Sina merupakan kesatuan jiwa dan raga. Selain teori kesatuan jiwa dan raga, Ibn Sina juga menjelaskan bahwa manusia merupakan makhluk sosial (social being). Kesimpulannya bahwa menurut Ibn Sina dalam jiwa manusia itu terletak kekuatan berfikir, memahami, dan membedakan sesuatu. Inilah daya atau kekuatan jiwa yang paling substansial dan esensi. Dalam hal ini Ibn Sina membedakan antara akal dan jiwa. Karena kekuatan jiwa antara yang positif dan yang negatif saling berlomba maju dan hendak menjadikan dirinya paling depan, maka jiwa berfikir (nafsu al-nathiqah) yang positif perlu di bina dan di latih terus menerus melalui proses pendidikan.

Abstract

The purpose of this paper is intended to explain human existence in the philosophy of education. This paper explores on human existence according to Western philosophy and the Islamic philosophy. This paper uses the method-comparative analysis. This paper shows that problems of human existence (the problem of human being) are an important issue in the philosophy education because education as human needs cannot be separated from the human himself. Humans are “homo educandum”, the creature that can educate and be educated. Education itself is related to the existence of teachers and students as human beings. In this paper, the experts note that western philosophy and Islamic philosophy has a great attention to human existence in which human existence is discussed in the branch of philosophy that both ontology and anthropological philosophy. The thought of Western philosophy is not holistic, very mechanistic, and pragmatic. The thought of Islamic philosophy is eclectic, integral and holistic. In the field of Islamic education which is characterized by an emphasis on the importance of all aspect/dimensions of human being: physical, spiritual, intellect, soul, and mind.

Abstract

Artikel ini akan mendiskusikan tentang posisi etika dalam ilmu pengetahuan, tujuan etika, tentang kebaikan dan keburukan dan fungsi etika dalam kehidupan social dan pendidikan. Kajian dimensi etika dalam pandangan Ibn Sina memakai studi banding dengan pemikiran para ahli falsafah yang lain seperti al-Kindi, al-Farabi, al-Ghazali, Ibn Miskawayh, Ikhwan al-Shafa, dan Nasir al-Din al-Thusi.
