Abstract

Behavioral Contract as an attempt to change certain behaviors in counseling. This technique is used to help solve the problem of maladaptive behavior in clients / counseling who want to change the behavior for the better at State Elementary School I Kediri. The focus is on motivating students to complete homework. Efforts to complete this research using observation techniques and in-depth interviews with stakeholders at State Elementary School I Kediri. The result is that the application of the behavior contract technique for students who have this problem has seen a good change. Students feel happy doing homework from all subjects given at State Elementary School I Kediri teachers. [Behavioral Contract sebagai suatu usaha mengubah perilaku tertentu pada konseling. Teknik ini digunakan untuk membantu menyelesaikan permasalahan perilaku maladaptif pada diri klien/konseling yang berkeinginan merubah perilaku tersebut menjadi lebih baik di MIN I Kota Kediri. Fokusnya adalah memotovasi siswa dalam menyelesaikan pekerjaan rumah. Usaha menyelesaikan penelitian ini dengan menggunakan teknik observasi dan wawancara mendalam kepada stakeholder di MIN I Kota Kediri. Hasilnya penerapan teknik behavior contract siswa yang memiliki masalah tersebut sudah terlihat perubahan yang baik. Siswa merasa senang mengerjakan pekerjaan rumah dari seluruh mata pelajaran yang diberikan guru-guru MIN I Kota Kediri]

Abstract

Distance learning is an alternative to learning in the Covid19 era by using the Whastapp Group application. Where the educator plays a major role, namely the lecturer. Lecturers who are given the mandate to guide students must have specific skills, including pedagogical competence, professional competence, personality competence, and social competence. Learning by lecturers is like services provided to consumers or college students. In providing services, of course, what must be considered is the quality of the service itself. The level of service quality can only be seen by consumers or college students. When the quality of service exceeds the expectations thought by college students, a sense of satisfaction will arise. The description of student satisfaction related to distance learning performance by lecturers is very satisfying for all indicators of personality and social competence.

Abstract

The COVID-19 pandemic has brought major changes to the teaching and learning process, including activating Madrasah Ibtidaiyah (MI) students in Akidah Akhlak subjects through bold media. So the researcher aims to analyze the efforts made by the teacher in realizing student learning activities in the Akidah Akhlak subject through the PAKEM method at MI Ulumiyah Tertek Pare Kediri, the application of the PAKEM method in learning Akidah Akhlak to realize student learning activities at MI Ulumiyah Semanding Tertek Pare Kediri, and The background that supports and hinders the efforts made by the teacher in realizing student learning activities in the Akidah Akhlak subject through the PAKEM method at MI Ulumiyah Semanding Tertek Pare Kediri. This type of research is qualitative, the data collection method uses observation, interviews/interviews, and documentation. The results of the study show that the teacher's efforts in realizing student learning activity in the moral aqidah subjects by applying PAKEM learning, namely, the intrinsic effort that is different and depends on each individual, while the extrinsic effort is to activate students in learning and create long-term memories in students. The application of PAKEM in learning includes differences in tools and media used because the learning process is carried out through courage, so students practice at home according to the general equipment in their respective homes. The background is a strong commitment, the creative attitude of the teacher, and a reliable managerial head of the madrasa [Pandemi COVID-19 membawa perubahan besar dalam proses belajar mengajar, termasuk mengaktifkan siswa Madrasah Ibtidaiyah (MI) pada mata pelajaran Akidah Akhlak melalui media bold. Maka peneliti bertujuan untuk menganalisis upaya yang dilakukan guru dalam mewujudkan aktivitas belajar siswa pada mata pelajaran Akidah Akhlak melalui metode PAKEM di MI Ulumiyah Tertek Pare Kediri, penerapan metode PAKEM dalam pembelajaran Akidah Akhlak untuk mewujudkan aktivitas belajar siswa di MI Ulumiyah Semanding Tertek Pare Kediri, dan Latar belakang yang mendukung dan menghambat upaya yang dilakukan guru dalam mewujudkan kegiatan belajar siswa pada mata pelajaran Akidah Akhlak melalui metode PAKEM di MI Ulumiyah Semanding Tertek Pare Kediri. Jenis penelitian ini adalah kualitatif, metode pengumpulan datanya menggunakan observasi, wawancara/ wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa upaya guru dalam mewujudkan aktivitas belajar siswa pada mata pelajaran aqidah akhlak dengan menerapkan pembelajaran PAKEM yaitu, upaya intrinsik yang berbeda-beda dan tergantung pada masing-masing individu, sedangkan upaya ekstrinsik adalah mengaktifkan siswa dalam belajar dan menciptakan ingatan jangka panjang pada siswa. Penerapan PAKEM dalam pembelajaran meliputi perbedaan alat dan media yang digunakan karena proses pembelajaran dilakukan melalui keberanian, sehingga siswa berlatih di rumah sesuai dengan perlengkapan umum di rumahnya masing-masing. Abstract

Fundamental problems are also very complex at the child's education or primary school level. Most of the implementation is oriented to hone memorization skills in order to develop thinking skills. Children are not oriented to the ability to understand the material to solve the problems they face. In this context, the application of multiple intelligences-based learning is needed SDI AL Azhar Kota Kediri. In order to obtain data, this study used a qualitative approach. As a result, the implementation of intracurricular learning based on the development of multiple intelligences is carried out in three stages, namely a) Implementation of Multiple Intelligences Research (MIR); b) Lesson Plans; c) Talent and Interest Mapping. While the models developed are daily activities, weekly activities, moonly activities and 4 learning models which are then also applied in various extracurricular activities. So that through these activities can help develop 9 intelligences in students. As a result, daily activities and learning models can have an impact on the intelligence of students, as well as participating in extracurricular activities so that they can develop the potential in students.

Abstract

This study wants to see the effect of BK on overcoming student learning difficulties at MTs Daruth Tholibiin Nganjuk. Learning difficulties are naturally experienced by all students, but not all schools or teachers are able to help students overcome these problems. Almost all schools also have counselling guidance teachers. However, in practice, BK teachers also have differences in dealing with student problems. Because of different cultures, habits and situations. In this study using a qualitative approach, because the qualitative approach has characteristics including natural setting and researchers as key instruments, descriptive research and inductive data analysis. In collecting data using the method of observation, interviews and documentation. While the data analysis uses descriptive qualitative techniques. From this study, it can be concluded how the teacher guidance and counselling strategy in overcoming the learning difficulties of MTs Daruth Tholibiin students. Guidance and counselling (BK) teacher strategies in helping students overcome learning difficulties are carried out through classical learning orientation and information during one hour of learning, holding counselling in a special room for guidance and counselling services, conducting case conferences and holding follow-up in collaboration with teachers in the field of study and parents of students.
