Behavioral Contract as an attempt to change certain behaviors in counseling. This technique is used to help solve the problem of maladaptive behavior in clients / counseling who want to change the behavior for the better at State Elementary School I Kediri. The focus is on motivating students to complete homework. Efforts to complete this research using observation techniques and in-depth interviews with stakeholders at State Elementary School I Kediri. The result is that the application of the behavior contract technique for students who have this problem has seen a good change. Students feel happy doing homework from all subjects given at State Elementary School I Kediri teachers. [Behavioral Contract sebagai suatu usaha mengubah perilaku tertentu pada konseling. Teknik ini digunakan untuk membantu menyelesaikan permasalahan perilaku maladaptif pada diri klien/konseling yang berkeinginan merubah perilaku tersebut menjadi lebih baik di MIN I Kota Kediri. Fokusnya adalah memotovasi siswa dalam menyelesaikan pekerjaan rumah. Usaha menyelesaikan penelitian ini dengan menggunakan teknik observasi dan wawancara mendalam kepada stakeholder di MIN I Kota Kediri. Hasilnya penerapan teknik behavior contract siswa yang memiliki masalah tersebut sudah terlihat perubahan yang baik. Siswa merasa senang mengerjakan pekerjaan rumah dari seluruh mata pelajaran yang diberikan guru-guru MIN I Kota Kediri]

Fenomena masuknya radikalisme di lembaga pendidikan dasar Islam melalui berbagai bentuk media dan cara. Alhasil, tidak sedikit lembaga pendidikan dasar Islam yang terkena virus radikalisme. Karenanya, peran prinsipal melawan radikalisme menjadi sangat penting. Di Kediri, banyak lembaga pendidikan dasar Islam dipimpin oleh pemimpin perempuan yang dianggap sebagai kelas dua. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan perspektif feminisme. Objek penelitian adalah SDI AL Huda Kota Kediri (NU), SDI Wahidiyah Kota Kediri dan SD Plus Ar Rahmat Kota Kediri (Muhamadiyah). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa semua kepala sekolah menggunakan pendekatan formal dan nonformal dalam memerangi radikalisme (eks-HTI). Pendekatan formal menggunakan program pembelajaran dan kegiatan ekstrakurikuler. Sedangkan pendekatan nonformal memanfaatkan pertemuan orang tua. Ini membuktikan, peran perempuan sangat signifikan dalam memperjuangkan pemahaman eks-HTI di lembaga pendidikan dasar Islam di Kota Kediri.

The role of Islamic religious extension agents as da'wah actors is obliged to guide and invite the public to understand religious teachings and their implementation. The target is common people, especially social pathology groups such as bitch in the ex lokalisasi Bong Cina, Kediri Regency. The method this research used Participatory Action Research (PAR) with three main pillars, namely research methodology, action dimensions, and participation dimensions. The perspective used to make sex workers as friends who are affected by economic pressure and Islamic teachings that were rahmatal lil a'lamin. The impact of this program was that the bitch previously felt that they were victims of injustice to the Kediri Regency Government shifted to accept as destiny to return to work that is blessed by Allah. Muslims are under pressure to elaborate rationales for their growing sense of nationalism within the context of the pesantren community. The three-volume National Jurisprudence Book was created by Pesantren Lirboyo in response to this occurrence. The researcher adopted a qualitative hermeneutic viewpoint to better understand the pesantren community's patriotic ideals. In-depth interviews with long-term validity checks, document analyses, and meeting observations are the data sources. While the developed analysis criticizes Antonio Gramsci's ideological hegemony's underpinnings. The results of the investigation indicated that problem-solving efforts employ the yellow book study method and contemporary legal studies (contactability). Thus, fiqh can acquire a broader (contextual) meaning without excluding fundamental values such as patriotism from the realm of faith. In conclusion, Pesantren Ma'had Aly Lirboyo contributes to the formulation of Fiqh Kabangsaan values recognizing the existence of the Indonesian nation. In this manner, the community of Pondok Lirboyo opposes all movements that reject Pancasila as the foundation of the Unitary State of the Republic of Indonesia.

Tujuan penelitian untuk mendeskripsikan pengelolaan perilaku individu dan pengelolaan perilaku kelompok di SMAN 5 Taruna Brawijaya Kota Kediri. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif-deskriptif, pengumpulan data menggunakan metode wawancara, observasi dan dokumentasi. Analisa data kualitatif menggunakan reduksi data, penyajian data, penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pengelolaan perilaku individu SMAN 5 Taruna Brawijaya Kota Kediri dilakukan berdasarkan kriteria pengelolaan sikap kerja, dan persepsi kerja serta pengelolaan perilaku kelompok berdasarkan pengelolaan kelompok dan tim kerja serta pengelolaan komunikasi dalam organisasi. Kepala sekolah diharapkan dapat meningkatkan pengelolaan perilaku indidvidu dan perilaku kelompok dalam suatu organisasi dalam rangka pencapaian tujuan satuan pendidikannya.

This study discusses the epistemological reasoning of nationalism and national fiqh at Islamic boarding schools, especially at the Lirboyo Islamic Boarding School, Kediri, East Java. Lirboyo Islamic Boarding School was chosen purposively as the research location. With a case study approach, this article reveals the epistemological reasoning of nationalism that occurs and develops in the research location. The results of the study show that there has been a shift in the epistemology of nationalism. This epistemological shift can be seen from the inconsistency of meaning and choice of action taken. From the theory of social transformation, certain social constructions will also affect specific cognitions or awareness—likewise, the epistemology of nationalism at the Lirboyo Islamic Boarding School. During the phase of the struggle against Dutch colonialism, nationalism was interpreted as a form of jihad against non-Muslims, along with the emergence of an awareness of establishing an Islamic state. However, since the establishment of Ma'had Aly Lirboyo, which has the peculiarities of nationalism, nationalism has shifted in meaning to become a form of awareness against radicalism movements born of Islamic Group, such as Hizb at-Tahrir Indonesia (HTI) and the Islamic Defenders Front (FPI). The assertion that the State of Indonesia is a state whose government is legitimate and opposing it is a prohibited action further confirms this shift in the epistemology of nationalism.

Distribution of Leadership in Higher Institution; A Case Study at Tribakti University, Kediri. This study focuses on the distribution of leadership in Lirboyo Islamic Boarding School, Kediri City, to the scope of UIT Kediri. Charismatic leadership shows modern leadership, which certainly impacts the shift from the pesantren culture to the academic culture (campus). This study uses a qualitative-phenomenological method, extracting data from interviews with key informants and documenting studies according to focus and documentation. The data obtained were compiled and analyzed according to the research focus. The results of this study indicate that since the establishment of the Tribakti Islamic University (UIT), the practice of distribution of leadership at UIT Kediri is a reflection of the courage of PP Lirboyo's caregivers in carrying out leadership transformation. The impact is the creation of academic culture in the UIT Kediri environment by not eliminating the treasures of the pesantren. It can be concluded that the practice of leadership transformation and distribution of leadership at UIT Kediri is not total or total. For example, in developing and accepting human resources at UIT Kediri, the Lirboyo community must involve the Lirboyo community and determine the formation of leaders

The Islamic Discourse of the Archipelago increasingly found its momentum in the struggle for the meaning of Islam. Many are pros and not a few cons. The pros, driven by the NU religious movement. While those who are cons, radical groups are identified. In this context, it is important to study more deeply about Islam Nusantara. This research uses the method of library research or Library Research. A literature study is a data collection technique by conducting a study of books, literature, notes, and reports that are related to the problem being solved. This article utilizes journals, materials and relevant information to be collected, read and reviewed, recorded as a guide or reference source. The results showed that the ability of Islamic da'wah to adapt to local culture made it easier for Islamic da'wah to enter the lowest strata of society. Inevitably, Islam as a religion that spreads throughout the world appears creatively in dialogue with the local community (local), is in a position to accept the traditions of the community, while modifying it into a new culture that can be accepted by the local community and still within the path of Islam. Therefore, the arrival of Islamic da'wah is enlightenment for the Southeast Asian region, especially Indonesia.
