Abstract

This study aims to determine the management strategy used in the development of SDI Al Huda, Kediri City. Al Huda can experience fairly rapid development in the last 2 periods by implementing total quality management. This is based on the strength of the team work to carry out continuous renewal by improving the quality of service both from the internal and external side of the institution. This is evidenced by the fact that in the last 2 periods, Al Huda has been increasing the number of extracurricular activities offered to the community, excelling, having quotas that have increased even beyond capacity, and starting this year, they have been given the mandate to become a driving school. Researchers used qualitative research and phenomenological approaches. The finding of the success of Al-Huda's development competitiveness is by implementing strategic management by reviewing 2 sides, namely internally and externally of the institution, with the application of TQM. The target of the quality of institutional services in the competitiveness of institutional development through two sides, namely: first, internally in the form of: a.) Quality system within the institution by implementing quality assurance; b.) Quality services between education personnel in schools; c.) Quality services between teachers and students; second, externally in the form of: a.) Quality services between schools and parents; b.) Quality service between school and community. [Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui manajemen strategik yang digunakan dalam pengembangan di SDI Al Huda Kota Kediri. Al Huda mengalami perkembangan cukup pesat dalam 2 periode terakhir dengan menerapkan total quality management dengan dilandasi kuatnya team work bagian dari kekuatan internal untuk melakukan pembaharuan dan meningkatkan kualitas mutu layanan. Hal tersebut dibuktikan dalam penambahan beberapa kegiatan ekstrakurikuler, pencapaian prestasi, penerimaan peserta didik yang senantiasa meningkat hingga melebihi kapasitas, dan tahun 2022 diberi amanah menjadi sekolah penggerak. Penelitian ini menggunakan jenis penelitian kualitatif dan pendekatan fenomenologi. Temuan keberhasilan daya saing pengembangan Al-Huda yakni dengan menerapkan managemen strategik dengan meninjau 2 sisi, yakni secara internal dan eksternal lembaga, dengan penerapan TQM. Sasaran mutu layanan lembaga dalam daya saing pengembangan lembaga melalui dua sisi, yakni: pertama, secara internal berupa: a.) Sistem mutu dalam lembaga dengan menerapkan penjaminan mutu; b.) Layanan mutu antara tenaga kependidikan di sekolah; c.) Layanan mutu antara guru dan peserta didik; kedua, secara eksternal berupa: a.) Layanan mutu antara sekolah dan orangtua; b.) Layanan mutu antara sekolah dan masyarakat]

Abstract

The course of the history of the Unitary State of the Republic of Indonesia (NKRI) as a mu'ahadah wathaniyah (nation consensus) to knit togetherness in the midst of diversity based on Pancasila and the 1945 Constitution, its existence is always and continues to be tested. Geopolitical conditions are broadly changing and increasingly dynamic, the struggle for influence of superpowers, violence and civil war in the Middle East region has not stopped since the Arab Spring tragedy in 2010 until now. It will directly or indirectly affect national political conditions, with indications of efforts to import Middle Eastern conflicts into the country with the slogan Indonesia Bersyariat. This study aims to explore the practice of the state as an effort to explore religious nationalism in national fiqh. The nature of this research is from the library (library research), which consists of books, yellow books, al-Qur'an and al-Hadith. The data analysis technique used is descriptive qualitative data analysis technique with inductive method. The results of the research that has been done, it is known that nationalism and love for the homeland are concepts that have long been taught by the Prophet Muhammad. to guard, care for and defend their homeland from enemies (colonizers). The concept above teaches us the attitude of patriotism which in Islam has a fairly universal meaning, which is projected to protect religion and the state.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the leadership of female school principals to improve teacher cooperation. The focus of the study on the application of the transformational leadership style in terms of its implementation phase. This research was conducted at Al-Huda Islamic Elementary School, for two reasons, namely the principal of the school is a woman and the image of the school is popular and very popular with the community. This study uses a qualitative method with a phenomenological approach. Data collection techniques using observation, interviews, and documentation studies. The data is then analyzed with cycles of data collection, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The results of the study revealed that the implementation of transformational leadership in Al-Huda Islamic Elementary School went through two phases namely, first the leader was able to carry himself and fully understand being a personal leader which was implemented through: leader awareness and understanding the epistemology of leadership. Both leaders are able to influence and form cooperation with followers which is implemented through: providing work motivation, effective communication, being able to set an example, stimulate, and establish friendships.

Abstract

This article discusses the implementation of contextual learning in fiqh subjects at MTsN 7 Kepung Kediri. This research is a qualitative research with a phenomenological approach that focuses on implementation, evaluation models, contextual learning outcomes in fiqh subjects. The results of the study, (1) The implementation of contextual learning in fiqh subjects was carried out in several stages, namely, constructing, inquiry, questionnaire, creating a learning community, modeling, reflection and authentic assessment; (2) The evaluation model uses the Stake's Countenance Model; (3) The learning outcomes of the study, namely, students can understand the principles of Islamic laws in detail regarding food and drink, and gain meaningful knowledge in fiqh learning, inculcate Islamic legal values such as the formation of spiritual values and skills, students can distinguish between halal and haram food and beverages, formed a strong learning motivation, become a student who is responsible, tolerant, and disciplined, and fosters honest, polite, and self-confident.

Abstract

This study aims to determine multicultural education carried out through the Pancasila student strengthening program and is based on the culture of students who are known to come from various regions in Indonesia in honing creativity. The conditions of students from various regions are diverse, especially reflected in their language, attitudes, and how they socialize, this is reflected in SMKS Al-Mahrusiah Lirboyo. This study uses a qualitative descriptive method with data sources from the principal, curriculum representative, and students in grades X and XI by taking 5 classes each with a total of 403 students. The data collection technique was carried out by in-depth interviews, documentation, observation. While the data analysis was carried out by data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and data verification. Data from observations and in-depth interviews with curriculum representatives, principals, teachers, and students have implemented multicultural education, it turns out that in the process of implementing P5 kumer it can create honing creativity. In the themes "build the soul and body" and "work", from both themes students are required to learn contextually. Through these activities, an attitude of mutual respect for differences, understanding the diversity of regional cultures, respecting social status, and being able to reflect back on the identity of the nation is reflected. Multicultural education from P5 is realized as a journey process that is able to bring students to hone their creativity. for example in the theme 1) build the soul and body: making 3D wall magazines related to the archipelago combined with presentations based on creations, regional dances, regional foods, and regional songs, depending on the theme of the wall magazine created; 2) work: processing used goods into usable goods, with different creations and making canva power points with various creations and innovations. Thus, multicultural education through P5 activities can be a bridge to hone students' creativity.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the implementation of SDI Al Huda conflict management through quality assurance, especially during the covid-19 pandemic. Al Huda, who was able to survive even during the pandemic, is even now experiencing growth from the acquisition of a total number of students with a total of 496. Through interviews with school principals during a pandemic with online learning, Al Huda often comes into contact with conflicts, especially the relationship with parents. This study concludes SDI Al Huda Kediri City has implemented conflict management and strategies within the organization. using a five-step strategy to achieve peace in conflict, a step that is as basic as that proposed by Stevenin. The conflict management model used by SDI Al Huda can be said to use an integrative model of organizational conflict management. with a formula that includes: 1.) rationale 2.) expected impact 3.) sources of conflict 4.) conflict management in increasing organizational productivity

Abstract

Pengelolaan layanan pendidikan, sarana dan prasarana pendidikan sesuai standar merupakan salah satu penunjang pembelajaran hasil di sekolah. Guru harus memperhatikan penggunaan sarana dan prasarana agar bermanfaat dalam kegiatan pembelajaran. Hasil pengamatan manajemen sarana prasarana sekolah dalam meningkatkan mutu layanan pendidikan di SDI Al Huda Kediri terdiri dari: a.) Diawali dengan observasi dan analisis terperinci untuk disimpulkan menjadi program kerja untuk didiskusikan pada forum. b.) Rapat kecil yang terdiri dari pimpinan dan wakil kepala sekolah untuk membahas program kerja yang sudah di jalani dan mencari solusi dari permasalahan. c.) Rapat sedang yang di hadiri semua jajaran guru untuk mengevaluasi program kerja yang sudah dijalankan. d.) Rapat besar yang melibatkan semua unsur pimpinan, guru dan staf sebagai asas musyawarah dan menjadi bahan pertimbangan jika terdapat masukan-masukan. e.) Implementasi program dan evaluasi
