Abstract

The STAH Negeri Mpu Kuturan Singaraja Hindu Philosophy Study Program is a new study program with minimal interest in prospective new students. Minimal in quantity, but the organization in the study program is currently complete, both lecturers, employees, and students. The minimum number of lecturers and students requires a form of communication that functions to unite study programs and minimize misunderstandings in interpreting orders or information. This research is a qualitative research with a phenomenological approach. Sources of data in this study were obtained by direct interviews and using several data sources that are helpful in analyzing such as books on communication. Data collection was carried out by observation, interviews with purposive sampling method, literature study, and documentation. The pattern of organizational communication in the Hindu Philosophy Study Program uses more top-down communication patterns, and bottom-up communication. The organizational communication function in the Hindu Philosophy study program STAHN Mpu Kuturan Singaraja is Informative Communication by using WhatsApp group chat Hindu Philosophy Study Programs to help lecturers and employees work on the Tri Dharma of Higher Education to be more focused, Regulatory Communication, namely the delivery of messages related to regulations in carry out the duties of the people who control the message of the organization, Persuasive Communication, namely changing attitudes and behavior as well as beliefs of a person, Integrative Communication functions and is useful for integrating all messages or information and communications that have been given by the leadership of the organization to members of the organization.

Abstract

Yak?a Pra?na is a question from Yak?a to Yudhi??hira. The Yak?a Pra?na as part of the Veda Sm?ti, namely the Itih?sa, consists of 34 lokas containing dialogues between Yudh??hira and the Yak?a about the Vedas and humans. The type of research used in this study is qualitative research, the type of data in this study is qualitative data. The primary data source in this study is the Yak?a Pra?na text.Studying or understanding the Veda cannot be done haphazardly, it must be started gradually from the Itih?sa and Pur??a, as described in Vayu Pur??a 1.20 and Sarasamuccaya verse 39, that the Veda should be perfectly studied by studying the Itih?sa and Pur??a.The dialogue between the Yak?a and Yudhi??hira regarding the teachings of dharma, the virtues of the Vedas, the obligations of Color Chess, the teachings of the yajas, humans and the dharma of life is very simple but Yudhi??hira is able to grasp the meaning of the question, so that the question is answered with meaning. The Yak?a is none other than the incarnation of the Dharma God in disguise to test Yudhi??hira's abilities regarding Vedic teachings and humans.Some of the topics discussed in human philosophy include human nature as a person, body and soul, freedom, knowledge, human social dimensions, culture, language, history, and work. Several streams in human philosophy include the flow of materialism, idealism, dualism, vitalism, existentialism, structuralism, and postmodernism.Keywords: Man, Yak?a, Yudhi??hira

Abstract

Balinese gamelan art is one of instrument to complete the worship of the God in the yajña ceremony. Lontar Aji Ghur?nita is one of the reference sources of the artist Balinese gamelan in make and serve Balinese gamelan, because Lontar Aji Ghur?nita contains about the history about Balinese gamelan, centain of the value of Hindu theology and purification gamelan, rules, moral, and abstinence for gamelan teachers. Lontar Aji Ghur?nita is a text about karawitan art or gamelan, depicts a knowledge in creating every gamelan and divinity aspects which serve as basic every sound being produced by every lath. The numbers of lath are undeniably the number of Gods and Goddesses which are explained in the manuscript of Aji Ghur?nita, showing that God comes from everything for real, been everywhere, but it is one. The philosophy of divinity inside is explained into the concepts of Catur Loka Phala and Dewata Nawa sanga.

Abstract

Edward Burnett Tylor view religion as faith is something spiritual. Religion is not just a theory, memorize, or only an activity, but every religious activity has a spiritual meaning. Edward Burnett Tylor opinion same with Hinduism concept in Bali, that everything all in universe, have a spirit that makes it have such power as man. The worship of Barong in Bali wasn’t worship an object having such a shape an Barong, the entity was created only for ring out God unthinkable to a sort of entity. On the whole, Edward Burnett Tylor opinion emphasize Hindu community confidence in Bali about veneration of Barong, that there is a force the soul a Barong, so that it able to protect people.
