Abstract

The STAH Negeri Mpu Kuturan Singaraja Hindu Philosophy Study Program is a new study program with minimal interest in prospective new students. Minimal in quantity, but the organization in the study program is currently complete, both lecturers, employees, and students. The minimum number of lecturers and students requires a form of communication that functions to unite study programs and minimize misunderstandings in interpreting orders or information. This research is a qualitative research with a phenomenological approach. Sources of data in this study were obtained by direct interviews and using several data sources that are helpful in analyzing such as books on communication. Data collection was carried out by observation, interviews with purposive sampling method, literature study, and documentation. The pattern of organizational communication in the Hindu Philosophy Study Program uses more top-down communication patterns, and bottom-up communication. The organizational communication function in the Hindu Philosophy study program STAHN Mpu Kuturan Singaraja is Informative Communication by using WhatsApp group chat Hindu Philosophy Study Programs to help lecturers and employees work on the Tri Dharma of Higher Education to be more focused, Regulatory Communication, namely the delivery of messages related to regulations in carry out the duties of the people who control the message of the organization, Persuasive Communication, namely changing attitudes and behavior as well as beliefs of a person, Integrative Communication functions and is useful for integrating all messages or information and communications that have been given by the leadership of the organization to members of the organization.

Abstract

The text of Rukmini Tatwa is a papyrus text that uses plant diversity to maintain body fitness. Rukmini Tatwa is a text that reviews women's beauty care in the Rukmini Tatwa text there is a text structure consisting of: 1) The incident contained in the Rukmini Tatwa text is when a conversation occurs between Rukmini and Bhatari Saci about how to take care of self beauty for women in the existence of its gender as a male companion as the wife of the husband, 2) The plot, the Rukmini Tatwa text is good because the cause-and-effect relationship is very clear in the formation of the story in the Rukmini Tatwa text, 3) The theme contained in the Rukmini Tatwa text is the theme of personal beauty care for women in their gender existence as male companions as wives of husbands. This can be seen in a short dialogue between Dewi Rukmini and Bhatari Saci, 4) Characterizations The main characters in the Rukmini Tatwa text are Dewi Rukmini and Bhatari Saci. Dewi Rukmini is one of the wives of Sri Kresna while Bhatari Saci is the wife of Dewa Indra, and 5) The mandate contained in the Rukmini Tatwa text can be seen when seeing Rukmini's efforts to bring Dewi Saci magically (ngredana) aimed at asking for knowledge that is very With the hope that after learning Dewi Saci's knowledge, Rukmini will be able to maintain the integrity of Krsna's love, so that the other wives no longer pose a serious threat to her existence in the eyes of Krishna. Abstract

Lontar Bubuksah is an imaginative story script about a religious literary work, as a religiously breathtaking story expressing the ideals and essence of liberating the soul towards pure nature, Moksa, in the Bubuksah text there is a text structure consisting of synopsis, incidents, plots, themes, characterization and mandate. The teachings of Shiva Buddha contained in Lontar Bubuksah are a) The value of Religion in Lontar Bubuksah tends to be Masteristic in nature which takes the source of the Shiva doctrine (Bhatara Guru) as the supreme deity. Gagakaking represents the Shiva doctrine while Bubuksah represents Buddhist doctrine. b) The value of Chastity in Lontar Bubuksah is played by Gagakaking with all its behavior based on spiritual purity (understanding sudha sridanta) c) The Lascarya value in Lontar Bubuksah played by Bubuksah by keeping the patinya and all kinds of behavior that carry out the brata  understand bherawa samyadnyana). The meaning of Shiva Buddha's teachings contained in Lontar Bubuksah are 1) Religious Meanings, 2) Happiness Meanings, 3) Liberation Meanings and 4) Shiva and Buddhist Meanings which can be seen through the two main figures namely Gagakaking is a refresentation of Shivaism and Bubuksah as a refresentation of Buddhism

Abstract

Hindu philosophy is one of the study programs of STAH Negeri Mpu Kuturan Singaraja which contributes to studying various philosophical thoughts both in general and about Hindu philosophy, as well as studying various religious phenomena. This is important to do so that people, especially Hindus, understand the philosophical or tattva values ​​of all religious activities carried out. To examine these matters, especially for students, of course, learning media are needed that can make it easier for students to understand certain concepts, especially those that are abstract. One of the courses that require concrete learning media is the Hindu Aesthetics subject. The choice of learning media that can be used in this course is the ornamens found in Dalem Segara Madhu Temple, Jagaraga Village, Sawan District, Buleleng Regency. This is due to the uniqueness of the carvings found on the paduraksa in this temple. By using a qualitative descriptive method, this paper examines the contribution of the ornamens in Dalem Segara Madhu Temple to the Hindu aesthetics subject at the Hindu Philosophy study program. The results of the study are that the ornamens found in Dalem Segara Madhu Temple can be included in learning about the concept of creating art in society. Thus, students can understand the theory of Hindu aesthetics and explain the relationship between aesthetic values ​​and philosophical values ​​contained in these ornamens.

Abstract

Learning that must be directed online in the midst of the Covid-19 pandemic situation has caused a lot of polemics in achieving active learning from students, especially in group discussions, so it is necessary to use materials that really help the learning process. From zoom meetings, jitsi meetings, edmudo, schoology, to the Kemendikbud and Google study houses, which include google (gmail) accounts, drives, google meet, google classroom, google forms, presentations, spreadsheets and documents. Zoom meeting online application is used to display group conversations. In this study, the authors used a literature review approach to collect textual materials and determine how best to use them. Students are given the freedom in the Zoom Breakout Room to speak in spoken language with the group to solve the challenges set by the teacher, and before the discussion begins, the teacher uses the Zoom Breakout Room to automatically determine the members of each group. In the case of Google Docs, this is used to communicate with group members so as to produce problem reports provided by the teacher in written language, as well as to demonstrate student participation in group discussions.
