Abstract

This study aims to determine the change in the profession of citizens to become sellers of illegal liquor in post the Covid-19 pandemic on Jalan Baru Abepura, Jayapura City. This is qualitative research with the paradigm of social phenomenology, by conducting observations and interviews, using flow chart analysis techniques from Milles B. Huberman. The results of the study: Sales of the liquor increased on holidays, Christmas and New Year. The rise of liquor sellers caused by the Covid-19 Pandemic. This happens because community activities have an impact on the lack of income in people's lives so that it is a way to find other business opportunities. The sale of liquor is carried out by immigrants from outside Papua who inhabit the area. They know each other and are managed together. The increase in the consumption of liquor has caused unrest among the people of the city of Jayapura. Unscrupulous officers unilaterally forced liquor sellers on the roadside to ask for money as a condition that must be met to avoid raids. Unscrupulous officials give the existence of raids on illegal liquor sellers so that they can continue to operate through agreements and agreements, so that raid officers can be identified, and sellers can carry out their trade without having to be with informed officers.

Abstract

The phenomenon that occurs in East Koya that there is an empowerment program implemented by the Jayapura City Fisheries Department to Pond Farmers through the Fish Cultivation Group in East Koya, is the basis for researchers to conduct research onthe empowerment, the thing to be gained from this research is the form of empowerment provided and measure the effectiveness of this empowerment to pond farmers through the Fish Cultivation group. This thesis research is located in Koya Timur Village, Muara Tami District, Jayapura City. This study uses qualitative research with a case study approach that uses secondary data and primary data obtained through observation, interviews, and documentation techniques. Data analysis techniques carried out several stages of data reduction, data presentation, conclusions and data verification. The resultsof this study are a form of empowerment given to Pond farmers through the Fish Cultivation Group, such as the provision of fish seedlings, fertilizer, feed, water pumps and fish germination, besides that they are also given training in how to properly cultivatefish, counseling about fish farming activities and giving risk protection for fish farming business through an insurance card. and providing infrastructure such as irrigation or water irrigation. While seeing the effectiveness of this empowerment has beeneffective in the field, although it has not been entirely done using indicators of effectiveness, namely understanding the program, on target, on time, achieving goals and real change. One of these indicators is on time that hasn't been done in the field.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui sistem pemasaran penjualan sagu tumpukan di Papua yang melakukan jual beli sagu dengan cara perkiraan takaran sehingga ketertarikan penelitian ini yaitu bahwa di zaman modern saat ini terdapat praktik jual beli secara tumpukan tanpa memerlukan ukuran baku atau timbangan hanya berdasarkan perkiraan. Penelitian yang ada hanya membicarakan tentang hukum yang berkaitan dengan takaran, sehingga dalam penelitian ini berfokus pada bagaimana pemasaran penjualan sagu dalam bentuk tumpukan dan apa yang menjadi penyebab eksis hingga saat ini. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif kualitatif dengan jenis penelitian lapangan (field research), mengumpulkan data dengan cara observasi, dokumentasi dan wawancara serta menganalisis dengan cara pengumpulan data kemudian mereduksi data yang telah diperoleh, setelah data direduksi kemudian dipaparkan serta disimpulkan hasil yang diperoleh. Hasil yang diperoleh bahwa strategi pemasaran penjualan sagu tumpukan mama-mama Papua menggunakan Produk, Harga, Tempat, Promosi, Orang, Proses, dan Bukti Fisik. Tetapi dalam hal ini strategi yang digunakan masih menggunakan cara tradisional seperti halnya poduk yang dijual yaitu sagu yang terkadang sulit didapatkan karena bahan baku mengandalkan dari sumber daya alam (SDA) yang ada tanpa melakukan pembudidayaan pohon sagu sehingga bahan produk atau bahan baku terkadang sulit untuk ditemukan, sedangkakn harga menggunakan persamaan harga jual dengan pedagang lainnya meskipun takaran tidak sama berat ukurannya, terkait dengan tempat masih menggunakan lapak tradisional yang tidak tertutup, sehingga pruduk sagu tumpukan tidak higenis dan steril.
