Abstract

The application of the bankruptcy model using the Altman Z-score model is carried out to predict financial difficulties by using balance sheet analysis which can reflect the company's financial performance. Insurance companies are needed to minimize risks and uncertainties for futureprotection. Altman's Z-score model is analyzed through the calculation results if it is smaller than <1.1 it is concluded that the company is at high risk, if the calculation results are 1.1-2.6 it is concluded that the company is prone to bankruptcy, and if the calculation result is> 2.6 itcan be said that the company is healthy. So that the probability of bankruptcy can be estimated using the Z- score Altman method. This modeling can be used by insurance companies in making decisions. Abstract

The diversity of motor vehicle insurance products sold at PT Asuransi Central Asia cabang Cikini makes the choice of products can be tailored to the needs of each insurance buyer. This difference in needs is of course an important thing to be considered by the company in preparing a work plan in the future. By knowing market share and future market share changes, companies can more easily recognize the buying interest and selling power of the products they have. Market share and market share shifts between products in the future can be predicted using the Markov chain method. The result obtained is that insurance companies need to pay more attention to products that are still less desirable judging by the number of sales in a year. This aims to maintain the stability of product sales, especially the company's superior products to be more competitive when juxtaposed with conventional products sold also in other insurance companies.

Abstract

The quality of public services is an important factor in building public trust in government institutions, including the Office of Religious Affairs (KUA). This study aims to analyze the quality of public services at the KUA Bandung Wetan, Bandung City, using the Importance Performance Analysis (IPA) and Potential Gain in Customer Value (PGCV) methods. The IPA method is used to identify gaps between the level of importance and service performance based on public perception, while PGCV is used to measure the potential for service value improvement by identifying attributes that significantly impact customer satisfaction. This study employs a descriptive quantitative approach with a questionnaire distributed to 46 respondents. The IPA analysis results indicate two indicators that should be prioritized for improvement: Timeliness (KW2) and Transparency of Procedures (TP1), as they have high importance values but suboptimal performance. The PGCV calculations confirm that improvements in these two indicators have the potential to significantly enhance the perceived value of services by the public. This study contributes theoretically by integrating the IPA and PGCV approaches in public service evaluation based on ServQual, and practically by providing strategic improvement recommendations for KUA to sustainably enhance public satisfaction.
