Abstract

Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk melakukan penyuluhan tentang bagaimana menerapkan manajemen risiko berbasis ISO 31000 di masyarakat pengguna. Untuk mendapatkan data, dilakukan penyuluhan menggunakan platform zoom meeting, dengan sasaran pengusaha sektor industri jasa keuangan, UMKM, serta para pengajar di perguruan tinggi dan mahasiswa. Pembahasan mencakup pada penerapan manajemen risiko berbasis ISO 31000 dengan menghadirkan seorang pakar dan praktisi di bidang ini. Pembahasan dilengkapi dengan serangkaian kasus-kasus yang terjadi, tentang bagaimana menerapkan manajemen risiko versi ISO 31000 di industri terkait. Seperti industri logistik dan transportasi, asuransi dan industri keuangan non bank lainnya. Meskipun cara teraman dalam pengelolaan risiko adalah dengan menghindari risiko (risk avoidance), namun kegiatan pengabdian ini berupaya untuk memberikan penyuluhan bahwa sangat disarankan untuk mengalihkan risiko (risk transfer) ke badan usaha yang akan menanggung risiko tersebut. Abstract

This study aims to determine the risk management of the Online Exam Information System at the Trisakti Insurance Management College (STMA Trisakti). This study uses primary data obtained from data sources, namely deputy chairman I, the head of the Company division, lecturers, and students, analyzed the risk management process sessions namely Communication and Consultation, Context Determination, Risk Assessment, Risk Treatment, monitoring, and review. The sampling technique used is non-probability sampling (purposive sampling) and risk will be analyzed using a probability impact matrix. Based on the results of the risk analysis of the Online Exam Information System, there are 3 risks in the medium category: Online exam information system according to online exam procedures, Manageable online exam risk management by KOMPTI, and High system maintenance.

Abstract

This research is quantitative research with an exploratory approach, namely using a number of studies related to Celebrity Congruence, Pruchase Decision, and Brand Quality as the main reference and basic material to create novelty in the research carried out. This research uses primary data obtained from sellers of kebuli rice as many as 150 MSMEs and 150 consumers who have purchased kebuli rice. This data can be categorized as primary data because it was obtained directly. The instrument for obtaining this data uses an online questionnaire which contains 5 statements, namely strongly agree, agree, normal/so-so statement, disagree and strongly disagree which are used as validity test material. The data in this study was analyzed using the smart PLS 4.0 analysis tool. The result in this research show that the researcher's first hypothesis regarding the Celebrity Conguruence variable can have a positive relationship direction and a significant influence on Purchasing Decisions can be proven and accepted because the P-Values value is below the 0.05 significance level, namely 0.011. This is due to the promotional influence of Sleebriti which has the main tasks of knowledge, skills, markets and so on which are in line with the products being marketed which can significantly influence purchasing decisions However, this research shows more significant results than previous research. Apart from that, in the second row of the third table the path coefficients show similar results if the Brand Quality variable can strengthen the influence of the Celebrity Congurence variable on Purchasing Decisions because the P-Values value is below the 0.05 significance level, namely 0.000, which is more significant than the direct test of 0.001. This is because Brand Quality is the most important thing to maintain and become the attention of buyers after seeing promotions from Celebrity Congruence. Abstract

The purpose of this paper is to analyse the implementation of risk management in higher education at Sekolah Tinggi Manajemen Asuransi Trisakti. The research method uses exploratory research design, because the purpose of this research is to understand the problems of risk management at STMA Trisakti. Data was obtained by conducting interviews and barinstorming with the head of the study programme, head of section, and Head of Centre, also by using secondary data, namely the number of students, number, lecturers, and other data. The stages of analysis are carried out through risk identification, risk assessment and evaluation, risk mitigation planning and data analysis and interpretation. Based on the results of risk identification, there are 7 inherent risks that can have a significant impact on the sustainability of STMA Trisakti. Based on the risk profile of the seven identified risks, risks 1 and 6 have a qualitative impact on reducing accreditation ratings, risks 2, 3 and 7 have an impact on not achieving performance targets, risks 4 and 5 can have an impact on reducing the National Higher Education clustering. Quantitative impact Risks 1, 2, 3 and 6 have an impact on institutional losses, risks 4, 5 and 7 have an impact on low budget absorption (cost centre). Some risks require handling in a short time such as risks 2, 4 and 7 can result in residual risk not in accordance with the expected risk target (risk appetite), so that continuous risk handling is needed. This study has limitations, namely risk identification is not carried out in depth in all work units. Future research is expected that risk identification is carried out in all work units in Higher Education, so that existing risks can be immediately mitigated and improvements made immediately. Abstract

The purpose of this research was conducted to obtain data/information about what problems exist in research locations that require assistance through PKM activities for lecturers and students. This is done to meet the requirements for obtaining PKM funds through Dikti grants. The study used a survey method conducted in Sukaratu village, Banyuresmi sub-district, Garut district with 25 respondents by filling out a questionnaire. From the results of filling out the questionnaire it was concluded that: 1) the community needs skills education for teenagers; 2) skills education for housewives; 3) skills for the head of the household in marketing their agricultural products. Suggestions from elders from the research area needed assistance to make the Sukaratu assisted village area a fruit-producing center.

Abstract

New technologies, like ChatGPT, are changing the way we learn in school. Some people really like it, but others don't like it as much. Many people are talking about how ChatGPT affects education. The purpose of this study is to examine how the use of ChatGPT in the learning process can increase student independence at STMA Trisakti. This is really important because students are one of the people who use ChatGPT. The type of research used is descriptive-quantitative. The sample used is the pre-test and post-test results of all STMA Trisakti students in digital marketing courses, totaling 34 respondents. The data analysis techniques used in the study were a validity test, a reliability test, a prerequisite test, and a hypothesis test (a paired sample test) to see which one had the biggest increase. The results showed that there was a significant difference between the pre-test and post-test scores on whether the use of Chat GPT in the learning process can increase student independence at STMA Trisakti. These results can be used to conclude that the knowledge score in the learning process increases student independence at Stma Trisakti.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh premi asuransi umum terhadap penetrasi asuransi di Indonesia dengan memediasi variabel pendapatan pialang asuransi dan penilai kerugian asuransi. Metode yang digunakan adalah kuantitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif analisis dan analisis jalur. Data sekunder diambil dari Otoritas Jasa Keuangan (OJK) dan Asosiasi Asuransi Umum Indonesia (AAUI) untuk periode 2016-2021. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa premi asuransi umum berpengaruh signifikan terhadap pendapatan pialang asuransi dan penilai kerugian asuransi. Namun, premi asuransi umum tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap penetrasi asuransi secara langsung maupun melalui variabel mediasi. Kontribusi premi asuransi umum terhadap penetrasi asuransi secara langsung lebih besar dibandingkan kontribusi tidak langsung melalui mediasi variabel pendapatan pialang asuransi dan penilai kerugian asuransi. Penelitian ini diharapkan dapat memberikan manfaat bagi industri asuransi dalam meningkatkan penetrasi asuransi di Indonesia.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of compensation, work motivation, compensation on employee performance, motivation on employee performance and to determine the effect of job satisfaction on employee performance at Trisakti School of Insurance (TSI). This study uses a saturated sample by using all employees as many as 35 respondents at TSI. Data collection techniques using questionnaires and literature study. This research uses quantitative analysis with validity, reliability, correlation coefficient, determination coefficient, t test, F test, path analysis and Sobel analysis to test the effect of intervening variables. Based on the results of the study, it shows that compensation and motivation partially have a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction, compensation and motivation partially have a positive and not significant effect on employee performance, job satisfaction has a positive and insignificant effect on employee performance, job satisfaction mediates compensation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. significant effect on employee performance, and job satisfaction mediating motivation has a positive and not significant effect on employee performance. The advice given in order to improve employee performance is to consider employee input regarding the policy on the amount of basic salary that must be adjusted to the employee's work ability, as well as determining the amount of individual achievement incentives. To increase work motivation, it is necessary to apply a sense of openness between employees and high school leaders and establish brotherly relationships between each employee, and it is necessary to hold periodic training to improve the ability of employees to provide services so that it will affect employee job satisfaction which in turn affects employee performance.

Abstract

This study evaluates member satisfaction with Mobile SIMARI services at Mambaul Rizki Investama Sharia Services Cooperative, Karawang Branch, West Java. In the era of digitalization, Sharia Services cooperatives are adopting technology to simplify financial transactions. The SIMARI Mobile service was launched to provide easy transactions for cooperative members through features such as cardless cash withdrawals, credit top-ups, and bill payments. Using the Importance Performance Analysis (IPA) and Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) methods, this study measures member satisfaction with Mobile SIMARI services. IPA results show that KJ2 and KJ6 services need to be improved, while other services are satisfactory. The CSI results show that the member satisfaction level reached 83.95%, indicating that this service is very satisfying. This research makes a significant contribution to the development of marketing strategies for Islamic services cooperatives, emphasizing the importance of digital technology integration in increasing member satisfaction and loyalty. The findings can serve as a reference for other cooperatives looking to adopt similar technologies to improve their service quality. Thus, Mambaul Rizki Investama Islamic Services Cooperative can be a pioneer in innovative and socially responsible business practices.

Abstract

Di era digital, pemasaran digital menjadi kunci utama dalam pengembangan usaha, termasuk bagi Ibu Rumah Tangga (IRT) yang menjalankan usaha kecil. Namun, masih banyak IRT yang menghadapi kendala dalam mengadopsi strategi pemasaran digital karena keterbatasan pengetahuan dan akses terhadap teknologi. Oleh karena itu, program Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat (PKM) ini bertujuan untuk mengedukasi IRT di Kelurahan Pedurenan, Bekasi Timur, mengenai pemasaran digital sebagai strategi pengembangan usaha. Kegiatan ini menggunakan metode pelatihan partisipatif yang melibatkan webinar interaktif serta studi kasus untuk memberikan pemahaman yang aplikatif. Materi yang diberikan mencakup dasar-dasar pemasaran digital, strategi pemasaran melalui WhatsApp, serta teknik pengelolaan konten untuk meningkatkan daya tarik dan jangkauan pasar. Hasil dari program ini menunjukkan peningkatan signifikan dalam pengetahuan dan kepercayaan diri peserta dalam menerapkan digital marketing untuk usaha mereka. Para peserta tidak hanya memahami konsep pemasaran digital, tetapi juga mampu mengaplikasikan strategi yang diajarkan untuk meningkatkan visibilitas dan penjualan produk mereka. Dampak dari program ini tidak hanya dirasakan dalam aspek pemasaran usaha, tetapi juga dalam pemberdayaan ekonomi keluarga dan masyarakat. Penerapan pemasaran digital oleh IRT di Pedurenan diharapkan dapat menjadi model bagi pengembangan usaha kecil lainnya di Indonesia, menegaskan pentingnya integrasi teknologi digital dalam strategi bisnis.
