Abstract

This paper aims to describe the normative theological approach to religious pluralism in Indonesia. Research methods are used with the library study approach through library sources from various sources of literature on normative theological approaches in religious pluralism. Then analyzed and presented the data findings objectively. The result of this research is the implementation of normative approaches in religious pluralism in Indonesia through two elements, namely; first, uphold religious tolerance by respecting each other and respecting each other among other religions according to the practice of pancasila. second, the attitude of help in religion manifested in the form of mutual gotong royong in helping others in order to realize the welfare of each other's lives. This means that religious pluralism is an important point in people's lives in Indonesia that have different populations of different races, tribes, ethnicities, and religions.

Abstract

Seiring perkembangan ilmu pengetahuan dan teknologi menuntut guru untuk membuat sebuah inovasi dalam kegiatan belajar mengajar, salah satunya yaitu dengan penggunaan strategi dan model pembelajaran. Tujuan penelitian ini yaitu untuk mendesripsikan penggunaan metode blended learning dalam meningkatkan motivasi belajar siswa. Metode yang digunakan yaitu pendekatan studi pustaka (library research) melalui sumber pustaka yang berhubungan dengan metode blended learning dalam meningkatkan motivasi belajar serta berbagai sumber literatur lainnya. Kemudian dianalisis dan disajikan hasil temuan data secara objektif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Blended Learning merupakan pembelajaran yang mengkombinasikan antara pembelajaran secara konvensional, belajar mandiri dan belajar mandiri secara online. Dalam meningkatkan motivasi belajar dengan metode Blended Learning di sekolah dasar dapat dilakukan dengan beberapa langkah, yaitu 1) mempersiapkan silabus dan Rencana Program Pembelajaran (RPP), 2) membuat rancangan penilaian 3) menentukan metode yang cocok, dan 4) melaksanakan proses pembelajaran yang berlangsung secara efektif. Dengan ini, proses belajar mengajar bisa berlangsung dengan baik dan menghasilkan generasi yang terdidik, yang mampu bersaing dan menjawab tantangan masa depan, serta berprestasi.

Abstract

This study aims to describe the theory of learning cognitivism in learning according to the views of David P. Ausebel and Robert M. Gagne. This research uses a qualitative approach to content analysis and descriptive research design. The results of this study show that cognitive learning theory is more concerned with the learning process than the learning outcomes themselves. Ausubel's theory of meaningful learning occurs when a person learns by associating new phenomena into the structure of their knowledge. In the process of learning a person constructs what he has learned and associates new experiences, phenomena and facts into the structure of their knowledge. According to Rober M. Gagne, learning is a set of processes that are internal to each individual as a result of the transformation of stimuli derived from external events in the environment of the individual concerned (conditions). According to Robert Gagne, learning should be able to give rise to learning events and cognitive processes.

Abstract

The world education ranking which positions Indonesia at the bottom of world education indicates that the quality of education in Indonesia is low. Whereas education is a sector that is an important spear for the development of each generation. The difficulty developing educations is certainly something that cannot be denied, especially without coopration with other institutions. Therefore, to facilitate the development and improve the quality of education it is necessary to build networks and collaborations that can provide benefits and reduce risks to an institution. This research is a type of descriptive qualitative research. The result of this study indicate that the implementation of the Fastabiul Khoirot Islamic boarding School in Munggu Village is in the development and implementation of learning programs through collaboration with the local community, student guardians and several other Islamic boarding schools. Holding the principle of mutual trust, being open to each other, consistently communicating, trying to provide good service, and honing and nurturing each other. The benefits of building networks and cooperation are felt for student, educators and schools or madrasah such as reducing risk, experiencing social benefits, increasing welfere, encouraging program sustainability, establishing inter-institutional communication, developing internal and external achievements of the institution, increasing institutional motivation in competence. ABSTRAK Peringkat pendidikan dunia yang memposisikan Indonesia berada di papan bawah pendidikan dunia mengindikasikan bahwa rendahnya mutu pendidikan di Indonesia. Padahal pendidikan merupakan sektor yang menjadi tombak penting bagi perkembangan setiap generasi. Sulitnya dalam mengembangkan pendidikan tentu hal yang tidak dapat dipungkiri, apalagi tanpa adanya jalinan kerjasama pada lembaga lain. oleh karena untuk memudahkan dalam pengembangan dan meningkatkan mutu pendidikan perlu dibangun jaringan dan kerjasama yang dapat memberi keuntungan dan mengurangi resiko pada suatu lembaga. Penelitian ini merupakan jenis penelitian kualitatif deskriptif. Hasil dalam penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa dalam penerapan yang dilakukan Pondok Pesantren Fastabiqul Khoirot Desa Munggu yakni dalam pembangunan dan melaksanakan program pembelajaran  melaui jalinan kerjasama dengan  masyarakat setempat, wali murid dan beberapa pondok pesantren lain. memegang prinsip saling percaya, saling terbuka, konsisten melakukan komunikasi, berusaha memberi pelayanan yang baik, dan saling asah asih dan asuh. Manfaat membangun jejaring dan kerjsama dirasakan bagi peserta didik, pendidik dan sekoah atau madrasah seperti mengurangi resiko, merasakan manfaat sosial, meningkatkan kesejahteraan, mendorong keberlansungan program, terjalin komunikasi antar lembaga, menumbuhkembangkan prestasi internal dan ekternal lembaga, meningkatkan motivasi lembaga dalam berkompetensi. Kata Kunci: Membangun Kerjasama, Pendidikan, Madrasah.
