Abstract

Extracurricular activities are one of the containers in coaching and developing students' potential. This study aims to find out the management of extracurricular activities in improving the non-academic achievement of students in Madrasah Aliah Negeri 1 Tulang Bawang Barat. The method used is descriptive analysis using qualitative approach. This research conducts data collection techniques by observation, interviews, literature studies, and internet media. This study used primary data sources obtained through interviews and secondary data sources obtained through online media. The results showed that several steps in the management of extracurricular activities, such as planning, organizing, direction / implementation and evaluation as well as evaluation. Planning is carried out by investigating the number of extracurricular activities. Organizing is carried out by coordinating all components involved in the management of extracurricular activities. The implementation is carried out by arranging and arranging in writing so that the activities carried out can be directed and run smoothly in accordance with the guidelines. And the evaluation is done through member meetings and final assessments.

Abstract

Pendidikan berkualitas merupakan harapan bagi seluruh elemen pendidikan. Harapan tersebut merupakan investasi mahal yang harus didukung dengan pembiayaan yang menunjang. Tujuan penelitian mengkaji manajemen pembiayaan pendidikan berbasis bebas sumbangan pembinaan pendidikan. Penelitian ini digunakan untuk mengetahui gambaran pelaksanaan progam manajemen pembiayaan pendidikan. Jenis Penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini kualitatif deskriptif dengan pendekatan Ethologi Kemanusiaan. Subjek penelitian berjumlah 3 orang, kepala sekolah, pengawas manajerial, guru dan tenaga administrasi pendidikan. Pengumpulan data dengan menggunakan teknik observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Penelitian ini menggunakan uji validitas dengan menggunakan teknik triangulasi sumber yang dilaksanakan dengan cara membandingkan informasi berbagai sumber dalam penilitian.  Teknik analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini antara lain: pengumpulan data, reduksi data, penyajian data, serta penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pembiayaan pendidikan berbasis bebas sumbangan pembinaan pendidikan di SMK Cendekia Madiun dilakukan dengan cara mengelola manajemen pembiayaan, berdasarkan 3 langkah metode konseptual manajemen pembiayaan pendidikan. Tahapan pertama yakni perencanaan dengan melakukan penyusunan RKaS. Tahapan kedua yakni pengaplikasian dengan pengelolaan penerimaan dana dari BOS, BPOPP, serta UNIPMA, dan pengelolaan hasil unit usaha sebagai sumber dana pendidikan lain. Tahapan ketiga yakni pengawasan dengan membentuk tim SPI (Sistem Pengendalian Itern), melakukan pelaporan berupa LPJ (Laporan Pertanggungn Jawaban), serta melakukan pengecekan 3 bulan sekali.

Abstract

Pendidikan yang diatur oleh suatu lembaga membutuhkan seorang pemimpin yang memiliki standar kepemimpinan yang ideal. Seorang pemimpin dituntut untuk mampu menjadi agen perubahan suatu lembaga yang dipimpinnya. Perubahan yang dimaksud diatur dalam sebuah manajemen perubahan, sehingga dapat membawa organisasi yang dipimpinnya dapat mencapai tujuan yang ditargetkan. Pondok pesantren sebagai salah satu lembaga pendidikan Islam memiliki sosok seorang kyai atau pengasuh yang bertanggung jawab atas pondok pesantren yang dipimpinnya secara berkesinambungan. Pondok Pesantren Tegalsari dibawah asuhan KH Asyhari Abta menghadapi sebuah fenomena baru pandemic covid-19. KH Asyhari Abta memiliki sebagai pengasuh Pondok Pesantren Tegalsari memiliki peran sebagai catalyst, solution givers, process helpers, resources linkers.

Abstract

The study aims the strategy for managing ZIS funds (Zakat, Infaq, and Sadaqah) for carried out to finance education in NU CARE-LAZISNU DIY. The research uses observation data collection methods, interviews, literature studies, and media internet information. In-depth interviews take for as primary data sources and online media as secondary data sources. The results show that NU CARE-LAZISNU DIY collects zakat, infaq, and sadaqah with various methods. The manual payment is the NU CARE-LAZISNU DIY office management. The internet system uses kitabisa.com portal. The aid method develops with the following increasingly cellular devices. The interface official NU CARE-LAZISNU DIY portal is the access to calculate zakat in philanthropy. The user of the NU CARE-LAZISNU DIY education is LP Ma'arif NU DIY as a fellow funding from PWNU DIY. However, NU CARE-LAZISNU DIY puts the engagement philanthropy for scholarships apply. The donator put the trust for management aid that is balanced for increasing statistic for aid fundraising zakat philanthropy scholarship education.

Abstract

Penelitian ini menguraikan analisis evaluasi model CIPP (context, input, process dan product) pada program bimbingan KIBAR dalam pembelajaran baca tulis Al-Qur’an di SD Muhammadiyah Condongcatur Yogyakarta di masa covid-19. Jenis penelitian ini yaitu kualitatif deskriptif analitis. Data dalam penelitian ini diperoleh dari hasil wawancara, observasi dan dokumentasi. Data dianalisis dengan tiga tahap yaitu pengumpulan data, reduksi data, penyajian data, serta penarikan kesimpulan. Sumber data dalam penelitian ini yakni Kepala Sekolah, Ustadz/Ustadzah, dan Siswa. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa model evaluasi CIPP dilakukan dengan cara, pertama, pada tahap context dilakukan analisis permasalahan yang terjadi terkait kemampuan siswa dalam baca tulis Al-Qur’an dan perumusan solusi. Kedua, pada tahap input dilakukan kajian mengenai hambatan dan faktor-faktor penyebab rendahnya kemampuan siswa dalam baca tulis Al-Qur’an siswa dan menerapkan metode KIBAR seagai solusi. Ketiga, pada tahap proses dilakukan analisis efektivitas pelaksanaan program KIBAR yang secara umum dinilai sudah berjalan baik sesuai konsep namun terdapat hambatan. Selama covid-19, para guru mengalami kesulitan mengajar karena tidak tatap muka secara langsung. Keempat, pada tahap evaluasi produk dilakukan penilaian terhadap keberhasilan Program KIBAR yang secara umum sudah cukup baik. Namun masih terdapat kekurangan dalam hal keaktifan dan keseriusan beberapa siswa karena pembelajaran daring tidak efektif. Kekurangan-kekurangan yang terjadi dievaluasi dan menjadi bahan penyempurnaan program KIBAR secara terus-menerus. Melalui Evaluasi model CIPP, pendekatan KIBAR dinilai dapat membantu peningkatan kefasihan peserta didik dalam membaca Al-Qur'an namun di masa covid-19 tidak semaksimal pembelajaran tatap muka.

Abstract

This study aims to describe the theory of learning cognitivism in learning according to the views of David P. Ausebel and Robert M. Gagne. This research uses a qualitative approach to content analysis and descriptive research design. The results of this study show that cognitive learning theory is more concerned with the learning process than the learning outcomes themselves. Ausubel's theory of meaningful learning occurs when a person learns by associating new phenomena into the structure of their knowledge. In the process of learning a person constructs what he has learned and associates new experiences, phenomena and facts into the structure of their knowledge. According to Rober M. Gagne, learning is a set of processes that are internal to each individual as a result of the transformation of stimuli derived from external events in the environment of the individual concerned (conditions). According to Robert Gagne, learning should be able to give rise to learning events and cognitive processes.

Abstract

The research that the researchers conducted had the aim of knowing and describing the role of a principal's leadership in shaping religious character and to find out how the implementation of the principal's role in shaping the religious character of students at SMK Cendekia Kota. Madison. The research uses descriptive (qualitative) research and uses a technique or method of purposive sampling. There are six roles of a principal in shaping the religious character of students. From the research, the researcher shows that the principal of SMK Cendekia Madiun carries out the role as a leader by carrying out the principal's leadership function; as an educator by providing knowledge or teaching, encouragement and direction to teachers, employees and students; as a manager by planning activities to realize religious character building activities; as administrator with the preparation, financing and documentation of all school programs. The school principal provides support for religious activity programs, starting from the provision of funds in the form of fees; as a leader by formulating and determining the goals to be achieved and deciding the planning of religious character building activities; being a motivator providing a motivation to all teachers, employees, students and managing the physical environment and work atmosphere; as a supervisor by carrying out various observations, supervision and control, in the implementation of religious character building activities.

Abstract

Keuangan merupakan komponen penting dalam lembaga pendidikan. Pengelolaan keuangan yang baik berdampak positif terhadap kualitas sebuah lembaga. Sebuah lembaga pendidikan yang berkualitas tentunya pengelolaan keuanganya baik guna mencapai tujuan pendidikan. Tujuan penelitian mengkaji implementasi manajemen keuangan lembaga pendidikan pondok pesantren pada masa covid-19. Penelitian ini mengkaji manajemen keuangan di MTs Ali Maksum yang merupakan lembaga pendidikan Islam dibawah naungan Yayasan Ali Maksum Pondok Pesantren Krapyak Yogyakarta. Responden terdiri dari kepala madrasah dan jajaran waka serta kepala TU dan bendahara madrasah. Jenis penelitian merupakan penelitian kualitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data meliputi observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa implementasi manajemen keuangan lembaga pendidikan pondok pesantren masa pandemi covid-19 meliputi tahapan : Pertama, perencanaan dengan pembuatan RKAM awal tahun ajaran yang dirumuskan oleh pengurus yayasan, komite dan kepala sekolah beserta Waka. Kedua, dalam pelaksanaannya MTs Ali mengacu pada kebijakan darurat covid yaitu pembiayaan darurat covid-19. Ketiga, evaluasi dilakukan dengan laporan pertanggungjawaban.

Abstract

This research conducts a juridical analysis of the Full Day School (FDS) policy in Indonesia, focusing on its impact on teacher welfare and children's rights. The primary objective is to evaluate how the policy aligns with legal frameworks such as Law Number 14 of 2005 on Teachers and Lecturers and Law Number 35 of 2014 on Child Protection. This study utilizes an analysis of specific legal documents and policy regulations, including Ministerial Regulation Number 23 of 2017 on School Days and Presidential Regulation Number 87 of 2017 on Strengthening Character Education. The findings indicate that the policy’s extended school hours may infringe upon children’s rights to rest and play, as guaranteed under Law Number 35 of 2014, and exacerbate teacher workloads, potentially conflicting with labour rights under Law Number 13 of 2003. Teachers report heightened stress and reduced work-life balance, while students face mental fatigue and diminished extracurricular opportunities. To comply with legal mandates and international conventions such as the United Nations Convention on the Rights of the Child (UNCRC), the policy must be revised to balance instructional goals with the well-being of both educators and learners. Recommendations include reducing school hours, ensuring adequate rest periods, and aligning the policy with legal and international standards. Further exploration of the policy's long-term legal and social implications is essential for sustainable educational reform.
