Abstract

A Visitor Management System (VMS) is a sophisticated application created to monitor the comings and goings of visitors at a particular location. Interlink Data Center Sejahtera's lobby is an important space that welcomes many visitors including employees, business associates and outside guests. To maintain a high level of security and efficiency in visitor management, an all-encompassing system is essential to meet the unique demands of the lobby. The purpose of this design is to create a VMS application that can automate the registration process, security checks, and recording of visitor visits at the Interlink Data Center Sejahtera Lobby. The Research and Development method can be used to develop the Visitor Management System (VMS) application in the Interlink Data Center Sejahtera lobby. By designing this VMS application, it is hoped that visitor management at the Interlink Data Center Sejahtera lobby can be more efficient, safe and well documented. This application can increase security, provide a good visitor experience, and facilitate overall visit management.

Abstract

Pengembangan sistem inventaris barang pada PT Alpha Romeo Teknologi bertujuan untuk meningkatkan efisiensi operasional perusahaan melalui penerapan inovasi teknologi. Sistem ini dirancang untuk mengelola pergerakan barang secara otomatis, mulai dari barang yang masuk hingga barang yang keluar, guna mengoptimalkan pemantauan stok dan mengurangi kesalahan dalam pencatatan. Dengan implementasi sistem ini, perusahaan dapat memantau persediaan barang secara real-time, mempercepat proses transaksi, serta meminimalkan risiko kekurangan atau kelebihan stok. Penggunaan teknologi dalam sistem inventaris ini juga meningkatkan akurasi data, mempercepat proses pengambilan keputusan, dan mendukung pengelolaan sumber daya yang lebih efektif. Inovasi ini diharapkan dapat memperbaiki efisiensi operasional secara keseluruhan, memberikan dampak positif terhadap produktivitas, serta meningkatkan pelayanan kepada pelanggan.

Abstract

This research documents the implementation process of a desktop-based inventory information system at PT Haadi Wahana Jaya with the aim of increasing the efficiency and accuracy of inventory management. Through a research and development approach, this system is designed to meet the company's specific needs. With an intuitive user interface design, the system provides easy access and navigation for users. The login form allows users to access inventory information securely, with the implementation of additional security features such as CAPTCHA. In addition, integration with financial and production systems ensures interdepartmental connectivity and better coordination. Implementation results show increased operational efficiency, optimization of inventory levels, and accurate real-time reporting. Although some challenges in terms of culture change were encountered, user feedback indicated a higher level of satisfaction. The conclusion of this research underlines the positive contribution of desktop-based inventory information systems to PT Haadi Wahana Jaya's inventory management.
