Abstract

This study aims to determine the differences in the stimulus marketingincludes product, price, promotion, distribution channels and service in the purchase decision smartphone Blackberry and Samsung in the city of Pekanbaru. This study was carried out in the city of Pekanbaru. Population in this study is the consumer smartphone in Pekanbaru.This research is use non-probability sampling method. The population is quite large and can not be known with certainty the actual amount, then to determination of the number of samples by using the method of Hair, wich is the number of samples is the number of indicator variables (questions). There were 15 questions, so the number of samples is 5 x 15 = 75 respondents. While the data analysis using the paired t-test (t-test). The results showed that there are differences in marketing stimulus of Samsung and Blackberry Smartphone. The differences between the two smartphone product are quality and price. It can be seen from the value of t-count > t-table and the Sig <0.05. Thus the hypothesis (Ha) research is acceptable. The results also showed that there are differences in consumer decision of Samsung and Blackberry smartphone. The difference lies in the quality of products which include, brand and model as well as the amount of the purchase. It can be seen from the value of t count> t-table and the Sig <0.05. Thus the research hypothesis can be accepted.Keywords: Stimulus Marketing, Purchasing Decisions, Smartphone

Abstract

artikel ini adalah kajian tentang praktik komersialisasi nikah siri di Desa Pekoren Kecamatan Rembang Kabupaten Pasuruan Provinsi Jawa Timur. Nikah siri dilakukan masyarakat dengan menggunakan jasa makelar. Dalam menjalankan tugasnya, makelar meminta bayaran berupa uang mahar untuk biaya operasional dan membayar jasa kyai yang menikahkan. Kasus ini dilihat menggunakan kacamata hukum Islam dan yuridis. Sedangkan metode yang digunakan adalah metode penelitian deskriptif kualitatif dengan cara menghimpun data melalui pembacaan atau kajian dari ungkapan dan tingkah laku yang diobservasi dari narasumber di lapangan. Dari lapangan dideskripsikan, bahwa komersialisasi nikah siri di Desa Pekoren merupakan pematokan harga mahar sebagai biaya operasional yang menggunakan jasa kiai dan makelar mencarikan tipe perempuan yang diinginkan peminat. Dalam Hukum Islam, nikah siri merupakan pernikahan yang sah dengan terpenuhinya rukun dan syarat perkawinan. Broker dalam hal ini dapat dikategorikan jual beli karena berbisnis, namun tetap tidak diayariatkan dalam Islam. Dalam Hukum Positif, nikah siri tidak sah karena tidak terpenuhinya salah satu unsur, yaitu pencatatan perkawinan. Sejalan dengan kesimpulan tersebut, maka kepada pemegang kebijakan pencatatan nikah agar membuat tegas peraturan dicatatkannya perkawinan. Bagi tokoh agama atau Kiai seharusnya tidak mempermudah pelaksanaan nikah sirrῑ yang bermotif sebagai penyenang.

Abstract

Dalam hal ini pembelajaran digunakan untuk penelitian adalah pengaruh model pictutre and picture terhadap hasil belajar. Karena dengan pembelajaran ini untuk mengetahui hasil belajar PKn. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui ada atau tidaknya pengaruh model pembelajaran picture and picture pada mata pelajaran pkn Kelas VII di SMPN 1 SRESEH. Adapun jenis penelitian ini saya menggunaka jenis penelitian eksperimen dengan pendekatan kuantitati. Sampel dari penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas VII di SMPN 1 SRESEH. Instrumen yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini berupa soal essay.&nbsp; Teknik analisis data ini menggunakan uji t. Hasil nilai t = hitung tersebut kemudian di bandingkan dengan nilai t tabel dengan derajat kebebasan (d. b) 30 - 2 = 28 nilai t = terhitung yang di peroleh nilai sebesar 12,42 dan nilai t tabel dengan taraf soignifikan 5% di peroleh nilai sebesar 2,048 dan pada taraf signifikan 1% di peroleh nilai 2,763 yang ternyata nilai lebih kecil dari dari pada nilai t = hitung artinya ada pengaruh model picture and picture pada mata pelajaran pkn kelas VII Di SMPN 1 SRESEH.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the development of  domestic direct investment (DDI) with lending rates level and to determine the effect of lending rates and economic crisis on domestic direct investment (DDI) in Indonesia in 1990-2010. Based on the result of regression analysis found that the coefficient value of determination (R2) is 0.499. It means the ability of the independent variables consist of lending rates level and economic crisis which is able to explain 49 % of the dependent variable that is domestic direct investment (DDI). From the t test results obtained the level of lending rates have a significant influence on domestic direct investment (DDI) this is proved by t count > t table is amounted to -4.235 > 2.101. On the other hand, the economic crisis has the value t count is 2.432, therefore, the economic crisis also significantly influence the domestic direct investment (DDI). Obtained from the F test that both of lending rates level and economic crisis significantly influence on domestic direct investment (DDI). This is proved by the value of F count (8.972) > F table (3.55).

Abstract

This paper aims to understand how the phenomenon of the dancing body art Ale - ale. This art appears in the middle of the Sasak , Lombok , 1999. The three elements of this art , the music , song , and dance reflects the idea of resistance against the establishment . Demolition of the single truth Tuan Guru and cultural as the dominant group in society Sasak looked at the expression of dance dancing . Therefore , to understand the dimensions of the dancing resistance used qualitative - interpretative methods research design paradigm of cultural studies . The theory used is critical social theory , such as social practice theory of Bourdieu , Derrida deconstruction theory , and postmodern aesthetics in addition . Data acquisition is done by in-depth interviews , observation paratisipatoris , and documentation . An important finding of this study include first , dancing body memerlihatkan wealth dimensional art Ale - ale resistance due to the body , dancing can liberate ourselves from the reality of their urgency , urgency both in economic and social dimensions is constructed by an elite group of Sasak community . In this context , the body dancing is not only a personal expression of dancing , but also can be a practice arena power of dominant groups in society Sasak , namely Mr. Guru and culture . Second , not only the dancing body can be seen as a mere aesthetic expression but as a form of battle between the marginalized groups dancing with the dominant group , namely Mr. Master in religious and cultural problems in the context of culture

Abstract

Cooking oil was necessary of household to used when processed food ingridients. Waste cooking oil was contained free radicals can potentially oxidize organs. This problem overcome with rice straw and waste of pineapple which waste cooking oil was recycled by them. The utilization cellulose component on rice straw and waste of pineapple as natural active carbon can helped this problem. The absoption of subtances in waste cooking oil used paper from rice straw which heat together with Na2SO3 solvent while grinding processed with waste of pineapple to made pulp.

Abstract

This study focused on examining mythology and history of tomb for a person who was considered sacred by the society. The sacred tomb is the place where person factually buried or the last location seen by others according to the local people beliefs of a past figure based on the relationships of ancestral, great name, extraordinary advantages, historical traces, his services, and values and traditions inherited by the figure which is believed by the most people to grant the wishes. The sacred tomb is the tomb of a figure in the past such as wali Allah, king, and so on. The purpose of this study was to know the history of the tomb of Ramban Biaq in East Lombok, to understand the people perception of the tomb of Ramban Biaq, to know the factors influencing people to make a pilgrimage to the tomb of Ramban Biaq, and to understand the procedures of pilgrimage to the tomb of Ramban Biaq. This study used a qualitative method with a phenomenological approach. Data were collected by observation, interviews, and literature study. The result study explained that the person who was featured in the mythology of the tomb of Ramban Biaq did not die, but still alive and lived in another world. The other myth was that this tomb can grant a pray to God.

Abstract

This study aims to look at the role of differences in innovation between Indonesia and sixty selected partner countries in encouraging bilateral intra-industrial trade (IIT) in the 2009-2017 period with the fixed effect model estimation method (FEM). The innovations in other research generally use RnD spending, number of patents, and other cost-based variables. Whereas in this study using the Global Innovation Index score with the hope of capturing the level of innovation of each country more comprehensively. The results showed that the difference in innovation (DGII) was proven positively and significantly in encouraging IIT Indonesia and partner countries. Control variables, Economic openness (OPEN), GDP average (AGDP), differences in per capita income (DGDPC), and foreign direct investment (FDI) are known to have a positive and significant role in driving IIT. While another control variables, trade cost (TC) have a negative and significant effect in encouraging IIT.

Abstract

Bayesian Spatial Modeling Using Integrated Nested Laplace Approximation (INLA) is an advanced statistical technique that can be used to model and analyze occurrences in geographic areas. Landslides are one of natural disasters that occur due to natural and human factors and pose a serious threat to East Java Province which has complex natural conditions. The disaster brings various losses, including economic, infrastructural, human life, and environmental. This study investigates the factors contributing to landslides across 29 districts and 9 cities in East Java, Indonesia, using spatial regression modeling by Integrated Nested Laplace Approximation (INLA). The factors include the number of seaside villages, the number of slope topography villages, and the area of temporarily uncultivated gardens and fields in 2021. The modeling results show that the number of seaside villages, the number of slope topography villages, and the area of fields that are temporarily uncultivated have a significant influence on the occurrence of landslides so that efforts to mitigate and prevent such disasters can be focused on the contributing factors. We conclude that the model might be able to identify potential landslide risk areas through mapping.

Abstract

The aim of the activity to socialize the dangers of drug abuse at Wahidiyah Samarinda Junior High School (SMP) is so that participants can understand the impacts of drug use, both physical, psychological and socio-economic impacts, and what the P4GN Movement is. Socialization activities use participatory methods, lectures and questions and answers. The socialization activity was carried out on July 11 2023 with the number of participants taking part in the socialization activity consisting of 45 students and 2 teachers located in the Wahidiyah Samarinda Middle School hall. For this reason, through this socialization activity on the dangers of drug abuse, it is hoped that it will be able to increase the understanding of Wahidiyah Samarinda Middle School students regarding the types of narcotics that are usually used by teenagers, the impact of narcotics abuse from physical, psychological, educational, social and economic aspects, the P4GN program, as well as ways to prevent and control drug abuse among teenagers.
