Abstract

Educational leadership is the ability to drive the implementation of education, so that educational goals can be achieved effectively and efficiently. In fostering fraternity and being responsible for making decisions, developing, and maintaining the existence of an organization, the leadership function must play a role. Competition between SDITs in Bandung Regency, especially in Baleendah District, will have an impact on how the principal should be the captain in carrying out school leadership, as has been done by SDIT Al-Ihsan Baleendah. The focus of this research is the implementation of intrapreneurship educational leadership at SDIT Al-Ihsan Baleendah. This study aims to capture the leadership implementation carried out by the principal at SDIT Al-Ihsan Baleendah. This type of research is a qualitative descriptive study. In the data collection technique, various techniques were used in this study, namely interviews, observation and documentation. The data analysis procedure used in this study was qualitative analysis. Based on the findings from the research results, it is concluded that the implementation of intrapreneurship educational leadership at SDIT Al-Ihsan Baleendah can be implemented and has a positive impact on the implementation of SDIT Al-Ihsan Baleendah.

Abstract

Karakter disiplin adalah bagian dari nilai pendidikan karakter. Dengan mempunyai karakter disiplin bisa menjadi pendorong untuk menumbuhkan karakter-karakter baik yang lainnya. Maka dari itu perlu adanya pembentukan karakter disiplin di lingkungan sekolah. Pembentukan karakter disiplin di lingkungan sekolah merupakan usaha pemberian tuntunan kepada peserta didik agar dapat mengontrol diri untuk menaati segala peraturan dan tata tertib yang berlaku di lingkungan sekolah, serta meninggalkan segala penyimpangan dan pelanggaran yang dapat merugikan peserta didik maupun sekolah secara keseluruhan, sehingga hal tersebut dapat diterapkan juga dalam kehidupan sehari-hari. Tujuan pendidikan karakter disiplin bagi peserta didik bukanlah untuk memberikan rasa takut atau pengekangan, namun untuk mendidik peserta didik supaya dapat mengatur dan mengendalikaan dirinya dalam berperilaku. Selain itu, dengan adanya pendidikan karakter disiplin, peserta didik juga dapat memanfaatkan waktu dengan sebaik-baiknya. Adapun proses pembentukan karakter disiplin di lingkungan sekolah. Salash satu metode yang dianggap tepat dalam pembentukan karakter disiplin ialah metode pembiasaan.

Abstract

Planning is carried out not only to solve the problems at hand, but also to plan ahead in terms of improving school performance or to anticipate changes and demands of the times. In general, schools prioritize physical development, even though non-physical development is much more important, because one of the main goals of schools is to produce quality students. Planning can be distinguished based on the time period, including long-term planning, medium-term planning, and short-term planning. In this regard, strategic planning plays an important role in achieving the targets of education providers in the midst of competition. The focus of this research is the school development plan at SDIT Al-Ihsan Baleendah. This study aims to capture the school development plan carried out by SDIT Al-Ihsan Baleendah. This type of research is a qualitative descriptive study. In the data collection technique, various techniques were used in this study, namely interviews, observation and documentation. The data analysis procedure used in this study was qualitative analysis. Based on the findings from the research results, it was concluded that development planning at SDIT Al-Ihsan Baleendah was carried out with the baseline analysis stage, forming a vision and mission, translating it into strategic planning and operational plans.
