Abstract

Educators and education personnel are one of the most important elements in improving the quality of education. Human resources are important in achieving the goals of an institution or organization, because HR is the driving force of other resources. Competition between Integrated Islamic Primary Schools in Bandung Regency, especially in Baleendah District will have an impact on the quality of recruitment of Educators and Education Personnel, as has been done by SDIT Al-Ihsan Baleendah. The focus of this study is the analysis of the recruitment of teaching staff and education personnel at SDIT Al-Ihsan Baleendah. This study aims to capture the recruitment strategy carried out by SDIT Al-Ihsan Baleendah. This type of research is a qualitative descriptive study. In the data collection technique, various techniques were used in this study, namely interviews, observation and documentation. The data analysis procedure used in this study was qualitative analysis. Based on the findings from the research results, it was concluded that the implementation of recruitment at SDIT Al-Ihsan Baleendah was carried out through administrative tests, interviews and practice stages.

Abstract

Mathematical problems are generally closely related to daily life. The problem is very important given to elementary school students because in general the story can be used to train students in solving problems. Solving stories can be used as a problem-solving strategy, although the question of mathematics is not necessarily a problem-solving question. The ability needed to solve the story problem is not only skill ability and maybe certain algorithm but also other ability that is ability to make plan and strategy that will be used in reaching completion. In addition, learning about the mixed story can also train the learners in their learning ability related to the three aspects of cognitive, affective, and psychomotor. Therefore, the ability of teachers as educators either personal or professional should take precedence. However, in reality, the teaching-learning process that is implemented tends to passively, where the concepts obtained by learners are still centered on the teacher. So it is necessary to find an alternative learning that can improve student learning outcomes. The constructivism approach is one of the proper approaches used in mathematics learning about mixed counts. Because, according to the expert view of constructivism, every learner has a role in determining what is learned. Emphasis is given to learners in order to form skills and knowledge by linking past experience with future use. Learners are not only given emphasis on facts or concepts but also given emphasis on the process of thinking and communication skills.

Abstract

Abstrak: Tujuan dilakukanya penelelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui keterlaksanaan penerapan strategi Reading Aloud dalam kegiatan pembelajaran di dalam kelas. Penelitian ini juga dilakukan untuk mengetahui kemampuan membaca siswa sebelum dan sesudah diterapkan startegi Reading Aloud. Hasil penelitian yang telah dilakukan selama dua siklus menunjukkan bahwa aktivitas siswa dan guru selama proses pembelajaran mengalami peningkatan, sehingga penerapan strategi Reading Aloud terlaksana dengan baik. Kata kunci: Reading Aloud, cara membaca, siswa, hasil belajar, siswa SD.

Abstract

Community service aims to provide insight into the knowledge of the work of professional development in elementary school teachers in Pameungpeuk Subdistrict, Garut, by providing insight into the importance of professional development work to improve professionalism for teachers, especially development work in the form of reporting class action research and scientific articles in the field accounting and education for teachers as well as providing the ability to develop works in the form of reporting class action research and scientific articles. The target of service is elementary / MI / equivalent teachers in Pameungpeuk Sub-District, Garut. Problems are solved in three stages of activities, namely preparation, implementation and evaluation. The results of the training show the level of success with an indication of the suitability of the material to the needs of elementary / MI / equivalent teachers, positive responses from participants, and most (75%) participants have understood the concept of professional work development, the importance of professional development work, the importance of improving the quality and quantity of professional development works in the form of class action reports and articles.

Abstract

This community service aims to provide insight into knowledge about education through local cultural wisdom in Cigalontang Tasikmalaya District, by providing insight into knowledge about the importance of education from primary to secondary education. The problems that arise in these areas are resolved in three stages of activities, namely preparation, implementation and evaluation. The results of the service activities show the level of success with an indication of the similarity in the mindset of educators in the Cigalontang District environment, a positive response from the community service participants related to an understanding of education that must synergize with local life in the local area and most of the community has understood the concept of local cultural development. as an icon of community growth.

Abstract

This community service aims to provide insight into knowledge about learning strategies during the AKB period in Elementary School Malangbong Garut District, by providing insight into the importance of solving learning problems related to professional development to increase professionalism for educators during the adaptation of new habits. The problem is resolved in three stages of activities, namely preparation, implementation and evaluation. The results of community service activities show the level of success with an indication of a similar mindset of SD / MI / equivalent educators, a positive response from community service participants related to solving learning problems during the AKB period, and most (75%) participants have understood the concept of developing learning strategies what to do during the Covid-19 pandemic.

Abstract

This study aims to describe the related planning, implementation, assessment, and obstacles the webbed type integrative thematic learning approach. This research uses a qualitative approach. Data collection techniques using observation, interviews, and documentation. Data analysis used the Miles and Huberman model, namely data reduction, data display and conclusions. The results showed that (1) the webbed type integrating thematic learning planning that was carried out was in accordance with the Indonesian Minister of Education and Culture Regulation No. 22/2016 on Basic and Secondary Education Process Standards. (2) the implementation of webbed type integrative thematic learning the teacher has carried out the three stages, namely preliminary activities, core activities and closing activities. (3) assessment of the webbed type of integrated thematic learning in the teacher learning process using observation sheets and assessment reflections, while the assessment at the end of teacher learning uses written tests and oral tests. (4) the obstacles experienced by the teacher, namely the determination of time allocation, the delivery of material in class I that is not in accordance with the situation and condition of the students, the teacher must be able to understand the methods and strategies

Abstract

This study was a qualitative descriptive study design which aims to find out the analysis results of the implementation of Jerome S. Bruner's learning theory in learning concept of addition count operations of whole numbers in the first grade of elementary school. Jerome S. Bruner's learning theory is one of the learning theories that emphasizes the learning process using mental, namely the individual who learns to experience what he is learning for himself, so that the process can be recorded in his mind by his own way. The stages of Bruner's learning theory are: (1) the enactive stage, (2) the iconic stage, and (3) the symbolic stage. Data collection techniques in this study used student worksheets, observation, interviews and documentation. Based on the results of the study, it can be concluded that the process of applying Jerome S. Bruner's learning theory can have a good effect and increase students' understanding and learning ability in learning addition count operations of whole numbers in the first grade of 1 Mekarsari Elementary School.

Abstract

Educational leadership is the ability to drive the implementation of education, so that educational goals can be achieved effectively and efficiently. In fostering fraternity and being responsible for making decisions, developing, and maintaining the existence of an organization, the leadership function must play a role. Competition between SDITs in Bandung Regency, especially in Baleendah District, will have an impact on how the principal should be the captain in carrying out school leadership, as has been done by SDIT Al-Ihsan Baleendah. The focus of this research is the implementation of intrapreneurship educational leadership at SDIT Al-Ihsan Baleendah. This study aims to capture the leadership implementation carried out by the principal at SDIT Al-Ihsan Baleendah. This type of research is a qualitative descriptive study. In the data collection technique, various techniques were used in this study, namely interviews, observation and documentation. The data analysis procedure used in this study was qualitative analysis. Based on the findings from the research results, it is concluded that the implementation of intrapreneurship educational leadership at SDIT Al-Ihsan Baleendah can be implemented and has a positive impact on the implementation of SDIT Al-Ihsan Baleendah.
