Educators and education personnel are one of the most important elements in improving the quality of education. Human resources are important in achieving the goals of an institution or organization, because HR is the driving force of other resources. Competition between Integrated Islamic Primary Schools in Bandung Regency, especially in Baleendah District will have an impact on the quality of recruitment of Educators and Education Personnel, as has been done by SDIT Al-Ihsan Baleendah. The focus of this study is the analysis of the recruitment of teaching staff and education personnel at SDIT Al-Ihsan Baleendah. This study aims to capture the recruitment strategy carried out by SDIT Al-Ihsan Baleendah. This type of research is a qualitative descriptive study. In the data collection technique, various techniques were used in this study, namely interviews, observation and documentation. The data analysis procedure used in this study was qualitative analysis. Based on the findings from the research results, it was concluded that the implementation of recruitment at SDIT Al-Ihsan Baleendah was carried out through administrative tests, interviews and practice stages.

Mathematical problems are generally closely related to daily life. The problem is very important given to elementary school students because in general the story can be used to train students in solving problems. Solving stories can be used as a problem-solving strategy, although the question of mathematics is not necessarily a problem-solving question. The ability needed to solve the story problem is not only skill ability and maybe certain algorithm but also other ability that is ability to make plan and strategy that will be used in reaching completion. In addition, learning about the mixed story can also train the learners in their learning ability related to the three aspects of cognitive, affective, and psychomotor. Therefore, the ability of teachers as educators either personal or professional should take precedence. However, in reality, the teaching-learning process that is implemented tends to passively, where the concepts obtained by learners are still centered on the teacher. So it is necessary to find an alternative learning that can improve student learning outcomes. The constructivism approach is one of the proper approaches used in mathematics learning about mixed counts. Because, according to the expert view of constructivism, every learner has a role in determining what is learned. Emphasis is given to learners in order to form skills and knowledge by linking past experience with future use. Learners are not only given emphasis on facts or concepts but also given emphasis on the process of thinking and communication skills.

Abstrak: Tujuan dilakukanya penelelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui keterlaksanaan penerapan strategi Reading Aloud dalam kegiatan pembelajaran di dalam kelas. Penelitian ini juga dilakukan untuk mengetahui kemampuan membaca siswa sebelum dan sesudah diterapkan startegi Reading Aloud. Hasil penelitian yang telah dilakukan selama dua siklus menunjukkan bahwa aktivitas siswa dan guru selama proses pembelajaran mengalami peningkatan, sehingga penerapan strategi Reading Aloud terlaksana dengan baik. Kata kunci: Reading Aloud, cara membaca, siswa, hasil belajar, siswa SD.

Community service aims to provide insight into the knowledge of the work of professional development in elementary school teachers in Pameungpeuk Subdistrict, Garut, by providing insight into the importance of professional development work to improve professionalism for teachers, especially development work in the form of reporting class action research and scientific articles in the field accounting and education for teachers as well as providing the ability to develop works in the form of reporting class action research and scientific articles. The target of service is elementary / MI / equivalent teachers in Pameungpeuk Sub-District, Garut. Problems are solved in three stages of activities, namely preparation, implementation and evaluation. The results of the training show the level of success with an indication of the suitability of the material to the needs of elementary / MI / equivalent teachers, positive responses from participants, and most (75%) participants have understood the concept of professional work development, the importance of professional development work, the importance of improving the quality and quantity of professional development works in the form of class action reports and articles.

The problems that arise in these areas are resolved in three stages of activities, namely preparation, implementation and evaluation. The results of the service activities show the level of success with an indication of the similarity in the mindset of educators in the Cigalontang District environment, a positive response from the community service participants related to an understanding of education that must synergize with local life in the local area and most of the community has understood the concept of local cultural development. as an icon of community growth.

This community service aims to provide insight into knowledge about learning strategies during the AKB period in Elementary School Malangbong Garut District, by providing insight into the importance of solving learning problems related to professional development to increase professionalism for educators during the adaptation of new habits. The problem is resolved in three stages of activities, namely preparation, implementation and evaluation. The results of community service activities show the level of success with an indication of a similar mindset of SD / MI / equivalent educators, a positive response from community service participants related to solving learning problems during the AKB period, and most (75%) participants have understood the concept of developing learning strategies what to do during the Covid-19 pandemic.

Tujuan penelitian ini (1) untuk mengetahui pengaruh model pembelajaran (CTL) terhadap kemampuan pemecahan masalah matematika siswa kelas V SDN 11 KK. (2) untuk mengetahui penerapan model pembelajaran (CTL) dikelas V SDN 11 KK. Metode yang digunakan adalah ekpost facto dengan desain causal research. Jumlah sampel adalah 48 siswa terbagi menjadi dua kelompok, kelompok eksperimen menggunakan model CTL dan kelompok kontrol menggunakan metode konvensional. Instrument penelitian ini menggunakan tes essay dengan indicator tes sebanyak 4 indicator. Tes yang dilakukan adalah tes awal & tes akhir kemampuan pemecahan masalah matematika siswa. Teknik pengolahan data yang digunakan pengolahan statistic uji t & uji Wilcoxon karena salah satu data tidak berdistribusi normal. Berdasarkan hasil analisis data pretest dan posttest kelas eksperimen didapat bahwa tidak terdapat kemampuan awal yang signifikan antara kelas eksperimen & kelas kontrol. Berdasarkan hasil analisis data posttest kelas eksperimen dan posttest kelas kontrol didapat bahwa terdapat pengaruh model pembelajaran CTL terhadap kemampuan pemecahan masalah matematika siswa kelas V SDN 11 KK.The purpose of this study is (1) to determine the effect of the learning model (CTL) on the mathematics problem-solving abilities of the fifth-grade students of SDN 11 KK. (2) to determine the application of the learning model (CTL) in class V SDN 11 KK. The method used is ex post facto with a causal research design. The number of samples was 48 students divided into two groups, the experimental group used the CTL model and the control group used conventional methods. The research instrument used an essay test with 4 indicators of the test. The test is a pre-test & a final test of students' mathematical problem-solving abilities. Data processing techniques used statistical processing t-test & Wilcoxon test because one of the data is not normally distributed. Based on the results of the pretest and posttest data analysis for the experimental class can be concluded that there is no significant initial ability between the experimental class and the control class. Based on the results of the posttest data analysis of the experimental class and the posttest control class, it can be concluded that there is an effect of the CTL learning model on the mathematics problem-solving abilities of the fifth-grade students of SDN 11 KK.

In today’s information age, the ability for creativity is one of the competencies that every student must have. However, science learning in elementary schools has not provided many opportunities for students to develop this ability. Therefore, it is necessary to make efforts to improve students' creative abilities, one of which is by using herbarium learning media. The purpose of this study was to analyze the feasibility of herbarium learning media in increasing students' creativity in science learning in elementary schools. The method used in this research is descriptive qualitative. The research instrument consisted of a questionnaire, observation sheets, and interviews. The results of the questionnaire data processing show that the creativity of students when seen in general in science learning using herbarium learning media, as well as from each indicator, and the attitude scale of each individual shows creative interpretation with 70% of students getting the creative category and 30% of students getting the very category creative. Overall, the quality of herbarium learning media is very suitable to be used to support learning in increasing student creativity in science learning in elementary schools.Keyword: Herbarium Learning Media, Student Creativity Ability, Science Learning. Pada era informasi sekarang ini, kemampuan kreativitas merupakan salah satu kompetensi yang harus dimiliki setiap siswa. Namun demikian, dalam pembelajaran IPA di sekolah dasar selama ini belum banyak memberikan kesempatan kepada siswa untuk mengembangkan kemampuan ini. Oleh karena itu, perlu upaya dalam meningkatkan kemampuan kreativitas siswa salah satunya dengan menggunakan media pembelajaran herbarium. Adapun tujuan penelitian ini yaitu menganalisis kelayakan media pembelajaran herbarium dalam meningkatkan kreativitas siswa pada pembelajaran IPA di Sekolah Dasar. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah kualitatif deskriptif. Instrumen penelitian terdiri dari angket, lembar observasi, dan wawancara. Hasil pengolahan data angket menunjukkan bahwa kreativitas siswa jika dilihat secara umum pada pembelajaran IPA dengan menggunakan media pembelajaran herbarium, maupun dari masing-masing indikator, dan skala sikap tiap individu menunjukkan interpretasi kreatif dengan 70% siswa mendapat kategori kreatif dan 30% siswa mendapat kategori sangat kreatif. Secara keseluruhan kelayakan media pembelajaran herbarium sangat layak digunakan untuk menunjang pembelajaran dalam meningkatkan kreativitas siswa pada pembelajaran IPA di Sekolah Dasar.Kata kunci: Media Pembelajaran Herbarium, Kemampuan Kreativitas Siswa, Pembelajaran IPA.

ANALISIS KETERAMPILAN SOSIAL SISWA DALAM PEMBELAJARAN DARING DI KELAS V SDN 2 MEKARASIH Neng Intan Nurhilma Citrasari; Neni Nadiroti Muslihah; Hendra Permana

Based on the results of pre-observations, that the social skills of fifth grade students of SDN 2 Mekarasih in interacting, communicating, building teams / groups and solving problems are still low (lacking). This can affect student activity in the online learning process which is also a new challenge for teachers to be able to develop students' social skills. This study aims to determine the development of these four students 'social skills in online learning and to determine the contribution of online learning activities to the development of students' social skills. This research is a qualitative descriptive study with a naturalistic approach, using questionnaires and interviews as data collection tools. The results showed that the social skills of fifth grade students of SDN 2 Mekarasih in these four aspects were included in the strong category with a total score of 76.47%, as for the contribution of online learning activities, the results obtained were able to assist teachers in developing students' social skills by based on learning activities carried out in groups can develop these four aspects of social skillsKeywords: Student Social Skills, Online Learning Berdasarkan hasil pre-observasi, bahwa keterampilan sosial siswa kelas V SDN 2 Mekarasih dalam berinteraksi, berkomunikasi, membangun tim/kelompok dan menyelesaikan masalah masih rendah (kurang). Hal ini dapat mempengaruhi aktivitas siswa dalam proses pembelajaran daring yang juga menjadi tantangan baru bagi guru untuk dapat mengembangkan keterampilan sosial siswa. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui perkembangan empat keterampilan sosial siswa tersebut dalam pembelajaran daring serta untuk mengetahui kontribusi kegiatan pembelajaran daring dalam pengembangan keterampilan sosial siswa. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian deskriptif kualitatif dengan jenis pendekatan naturalistic, menggunakan angket dan wawancara sebagai alat pengumpulan data. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa keterampilan sosial siswa kelas V SDN 2 Mekarasih dalam ke-empat aspek tersebut termasuk ke dalam kategori kuat dengan total skor sebesar 76,47%, adapun untuk kontribusi kegiatan pembelajaran daring diperoleh hasil yakni mampu membantu guru dalam mengembangkan keterampilan sosial siswa dengan didasarkan pada kegiatan belajar yang dilakukan berkelompok dapat mengembangkan keempat aspek keterampilan sosial tersebut.Kata Kunci: Keterampilan Sosial Siswa, Pembelajaran Daring
