Abstract

Educators and education personnel are one of the most important elements in improving the quality of education. Human resources are important in achieving the goals of an institution or organization, because HR is the driving force of other resources. Competition between Integrated Islamic Primary Schools in Bandung Regency, especially in Baleendah District will have an impact on the quality of recruitment of Educators and Education Personnel, as has been done by SDIT Al-Ihsan Baleendah. The focus of this study is the analysis of the recruitment of teaching staff and education personnel at SDIT Al-Ihsan Baleendah. This study aims to capture the recruitment strategy carried out by SDIT Al-Ihsan Baleendah. This type of research is a qualitative descriptive study. In the data collection technique, various techniques were used in this study, namely interviews, observation and documentation. The data analysis procedure used in this study was qualitative analysis. Based on the findings from the research results, it was concluded that the implementation of recruitment at SDIT Al-Ihsan Baleendah was carried out through administrative tests, interviews and practice stages.

Abstract

This community service aims to provide insight into knowledge about education through local cultural wisdom in Cigalontang Tasikmalaya District, by providing insight into knowledge about the importance of education from primary to secondary education. The problems that arise in these areas are resolved in three stages of activities, namely preparation, implementation and evaluation. The results of the service activities show the level of success with an indication of the similarity in the mindset of educators in the Cigalontang District environment, a positive response from the community service participants related to an understanding of education that must synergize with local life in the local area and most of the community has understood the concept of local cultural development. as an icon of community growth.

Abstract

This community service aims to provide insight into knowledge about the implementation of thematic learning in the Elementary School Wanaraja Garut District, by providing knowledge about the management of learning problems with professional development to increase professionalism for educators in elementary schools. Basic problems in three stages of preparation, implementation and evaluation activities. The results of community service activities show a level that shows an indication of the similarity in the mindset of participant, a positive response from community service participants related to the implementation of thematic learning in elementary schools

Abstract

This community service aims to provide insight into knowledge about learning strategies during the AKB period in Elementary School Malangbong Garut District, by providing insight into the importance of solving learning problems related to professional development to increase professionalism for educators during the adaptation of new habits. The problem is resolved in three stages of activities, namely preparation, implementation and evaluation. The results of community service activities show the level of success with an indication of a similar mindset of equivalent educators, a positive response from community service participants related to solving learning problems during the AKB period, and most (75%) participants have understood the concept of developing learning strategies what to do during the Covid-19 pandemic

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini yaitu menganalisis kesesuaian indikator pencapaian kompetensi, kesesuaian tujuan pembelajaran, dan kesesuaian materi pelajaran matematika buku guru dan buku siswa kelas III tema 2 revisi 2018. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kualitatif dengan metode yang digunakan yaitu metode deskriptif, menggunakan teknik analisis isi untuk mendeskripsikan secara objektif, sistematis, dan komunikatif. Penelitian ini menggunakan seperangkat instrumen penelitian untuk menarik kesimpulan dari sebuah buku atau dokumen. Subjek dalam penelitian ini adalah buku guru dan buku siswa kelas III tema 2 revisi 2018 berjudul menyayangi tumbuhan dan hewan. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian diperoleh bahwa kesesuaian indikator pencapaian kompetensi buku guru dan buku siswa tidak sesuai karena buku guru dan buku siswa kelas III tema 2 revisi 2018 tidak mencantumkan indikator pencapaian kompetensi, kesesuaian tujuan pembelajaran buku guru dan siswa kurang sesuai, tujuan pembelajaran hanya dicantumkan dalam buku guru saja sedangkan buku siswa tidak mencantumkan tujuan pembelajaran, kesesuaian materi pelajaran matematika dalam buku guru dan buku siswa dikategorikan sesuai karena dalam setiap mata pelajaran matematika yang ada dalam buku siswa sama dengan materi pelajaran matematika yang ada di buku guru. The purpose of this research is to analyze the suitability of the indicators of competence achievement, the suitability of learning objectives, and the suitability of the mathematics subject matter of the teacher's book and the third-grade student's book theme 2 revision 2018. This research is qualitative research with the method used, namely the descriptive method. Content analysis techniques to describe objectively, systematically, and communicatively. This research uses a set of research instruments to conclude a book or document. The subjects in this study were the teacher's and third grades students’ book theme 2 revision of 2018 entitled loving plants and animals. Based on the result concluded that suitability indicators of competency attainment to teacher’s and student’s books are not appropriate because in the 2018 revised theme 2 of the teacher's books and class 3rd student’s books do not include indicators of competency achievement, the suitability of learning objectives for teacher’s and student’s book are not appropriate, learning objectives are only listed in teacher’s book only while student’s book does not include learning objectives, the suitability of mathematics subject matter in the teacher's and student’s book is categorized accordingly because in every mathematics subject in student’s book is the same as mathematics subject matter in the teacher’s book.

Abstract

Penelitian ini untuk mengetahui pengaruh media pop-up book terhadap minat belajar IPA siswa kelas V . Jenis penelitian ini aalah penelitian kuantitatif dengan pendekatan eksperimen. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh siswa kelas V, peneliti menggunakan sampel dua kelas yaitu kelas VA berjumlah 16 orang sebagai kelas eksperimen dan kelas VB berjumlah 16 orang sebagai kelompok control. Teknik analisis data menggunakan Uji Normalitas, Uji homogenitas dan Uji t. Hasil posttest siswa kelas VA yang menggunakan media pop-up book yaitu memiliki skor tertinggi dengan rata-rata 80,00 sedangkan kelas VB yang tidak menggunakan media pop-up book. Dibuktikan juga dengan hasil perhitungan Uji t yaitu terdapat lower bernilai positif dengan skor  2.578 dan upper bernilai positif serta memiliki nilai 10.172 atau nilai Sig(2-tailed) = 0,002. Karena lower bernilai positif dan upper bernilai positif atau Sig.(2-tailed) = 0,002 <  α = 0,05 yang berarti Terdapat pengaruh signifikan media pop-up book terhadap minat belajar IPA siswa kelas V.Media Pop-up Book, Minat belajar

Abstract

 Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengatahui pengaruh media permainan tradisional congklak terhadap keterampilan membilang  di kelas 1 SDN 1 Sindangsari tahun ajaran 2021/2022. Desain yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah pre-Ekperimental Design tipe One Group Pretest – Postest Design. Sampel dalam penelitian ini  satu kelas yaitu siswa kelas I dengan jumlah 22 orang siswa. Instrument yang digunakan berupa test. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, diperoleh hasil perhitungan yang menunjukan bahwa nilai thitung = 4,203 sedangkan ttabel = 1,721 dengan taraf signifikan α = 0,05 karena thitung = 4,203 ≥ ttabel = 1,721 sehingga thitung berada di luar daerah penerimaan H0,  maka Ha  diterima dan H0 ditolak, dimana Ha berbunyi “media permainan tradisional congklak tidak berpengaruh terhadap keterampilan membilang”. Sedangkan Ha berbunyi “media permainan tradisional congklak berpengaruh terhadap keterampilan membilang”. berdasarkan hasil penelitian tersebut maka “media permainan tradisional congklak berpengaruh terhadap keterampilan membilang”.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui Pengaruh Model Pembelajaran Realistic Mathematics Education (RME) Terhadap Kemampuan Literasi Numerasi Matematika siswa kelas V DI SDN 13 Regol. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah Quasi Experimental Research dengan Non- Equivalent Control Group Design. Berdasarkan perhitungan yang dilakukan dengan menggunakan program softwere SPSS, didapatkan hasil sig.(2-tailed) sebesar 0,000.  Oleh karena itu, dapat disimpulkan bahwa nilai 0,000 < 0,05, artinya penggunaan model pembelajaran Realistic Mathematic Education (RME) memberikan pengaruh terhadap kemampuan literasi numerasi matematika siswa. Model RME memaksimalkan berbagai aspek literasi numerasi matematika dalam setiap tahapannya, sehingga selama proses pembelajaran siswa akan terbiasa dengan tahapan-tahapan yang bersifat literasi numerasi matematis.

Abstract

Geometry Ability is one of the mathematical abilities that must be mastered by students, this is because geometry ability is one part of learning mathematics. However, the reality in the field in junior high school students, students have difficulty in learning transformation geometry, namely in the material of reflection, rotation, translation and dilatation. This difficulty of students is caused by students not understanding the coordinate points on the cartesian plane. The difficulty of students in determining cartesian coordinates has the effect that students cannot determine straight-line drawings based on straight-line equations. Another thing that causes students difficulty in understanding the geometry of transformation is that students' ability to think abstractly is still very low, students cannot describe concepts from mirroring, turnover, shifting and dilatation. The purpose of this study is to understand the geometry of trasnsformas through the exploration of Jambi batik. The research method used is descriptive qualitative, the result of the research obtained is that there is a concept of transformation geometry in Batik Motik Jambi so that it can be applied in mathematics learning

Abstract

Ethnomathematics can be an option for teaching a more contextual mathematics which contributes to a successful mathematics learning. The present study highlighted ethnomathematics concepts that could be found in Sumedang’s local food, namely Sumedang Tofu, and the bamboo basket used as its container (bongsang).  Mathematical concepts in Sumedang Tofu and its bongsang are related to geometry. Geometry allows students to develop their abilities in presenting or describing the order in the world or their immediate environment. Geometry learning affects students’ ability to connect mathematical ideas, both in the discipline and to other disciplines as well as the real world. The results of this study show that Primary School students still had difficulties in learning and understanding geometry. Therefore, it was necessary to develop a method that would improve students’ understanding of geometrical concepts, which were important because they were highly relevant to students’ daily life. The present study aimed to explore geometrical concepts found in Sumedang tofu and bongsang. Descriptive qualitative approach was implemented, in which the data was gathered through observation, literature study, and interviews. The findings indicated that geometrical concepts could be found in Sumedang tofu and bongsang. Those concepts could be used in mathematics lessons in primary school to provide meaningful learning for students. The results of this study could be used as a foundation to develop an ethnomathematics learning in primary school level.
