Abstract

This study aims to examine the impact of Emotional Intelligence and Comprehension of the Accountant's Code of Ethics on the Ethical Sensitivity of Accounting Students. The sample of this research is active students from the accounting study program at the Batam State Polytechnic class of 2018-2019 who have received ethical learning through professional ethics courses totaling 90 students. This research includes the type of survey research, with the research instrument is a questionnaire. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear analysis. The results of the study prove that: Emotional Intelligence has a positive influence on the ethical sensitivity of accounting students at the Batam State Polytechnic, Understanding the Accountant Code of Ethics has a positive influence on the ethical sensitivity of accounting students at the Batam State Polytechnic, Emotional Intelligence and Comprehension of the Accountant Code of Ethics have a positive influence simultaneously on the ethical sensitivity of accounting students at the Batam State Polytechnic

Abstract

Appropriate and effective learning methods are needed that are truly able to develop sales skills, especially Business to Business (B2B) sales. This study aims to empirically test how effective the Project Based Learning B2B Sales Meeting organized by the Applied Business Administration Study Program is in improving student sales skills. The method used to answer research problems is Quasi Experiment method. The results of hypothesis testing using the t-test showed that there were significant differences in the pretest and posttest scores of the research subject's sales skills and the posttest scores showed a higher value than the pretest scores. Thus PBL B2B Sales Meeting is effective in improving sales skills of research subjects. With the proven effectiveness of the PBL method, it is recommended that this method be applied in other courses.

Abstract

This study report discusses the procedure for implementing time deposits at PT BPR Barelang Mandiri. The purpose of this research is to create and compile Standard Operating Procedures for Time Deposits in accordance with the banking application system that applies at PT BPR Barelang Mandiri KC Tembesi. This study uses data that has been analyzed using descriptive methods and the method of data collection is carried out by interview and documentation techniques. The results of the study stated that the Standard Operating Procedures were not in accordance with the applicable Application System so that implementation errors were found between Customer Service and related Marketing which caused losses to customers.
