Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of regional financial performance on poverty with economic growth as an intervening variable. The population in this study is 33 provinces in Indonesia for the period 2011-2019. This study uses the PLS-SEM (Partial Least Square-Structural Equation Modeling) model with the WARPPLS 7.0 application by measuring the outer model test, inner model test, model fit test, and variance accounted for (VAF). The results of the research that the ratio of regional independence and PAD effectiveness ratios have no effect on poverty, regional financial efficiency ratios and activity ratios have a significant positive effect and the PAD growth ratio has a significant positive effect. Economic growth has a significant positive effect on poverty. While the results of the indirect effect of economic growth variables do not mediate the effect of financial performance as measured by the ratio of regional independence, PAD effectiveness ratio, regional financial efficiency ratio, activity ratio, and PAD growth ratio to poverty

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to explain the role of job satisfaction and organizational commitment to mediate the efffect of organizational culture on employee performance. The population of this research is the employees of PT. Indomarco Prismatama (Indomaret) Pangkalpinang, totaling 115 people. The analytical tool used is path analysis using SEM method (struktural equation modeling) using SmartPLS 3. The results of the study indicate that organizational culture had a positive and significant effect on satisfaction. Organizational culture has a positive and significant effect on employee performance and organizational culture also has a positive and significant effect on organizational commitment. Furthermore, job satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on employee performance and organizational commitment has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Job satisfaction is able to partially mediate the influence of organizational culture on employee performance and organizational commitment is able to partially mediate the influence of organizational culture on employee performance. Therefore, it is important for leaders in the company to pay attention to and develop job satisfaction and organizational commitment so that organizational culture can improve employee performance.

Abstract

ABSTRACT Good regional financial management will affect the progress of an area. Thus an area whose financial performance is said to be good, could mean the region has the financial capacity to finance the implementation of regional autonomy following accordance with Indonesian Law Number 32 of 2004 concerning Regional Government and Indonesian Law Number 33 of 1999 concerning Financial Balance Between the Central Government and regions. This study aims to analyze the financial condition of the Bangka Belitung Islands Province and South Sumatra Province in the 2014-2018 fiscal year using the Mann-Whitney U Test. The results showed that the Province of Bangka Belitung Islands had better financial conditions than the Province of South Sumatra over the tax ratio, the ratio of capital expenditure to total regional expenditure, and the ratio of capital expenditure to the population while the Province of South Sumatra had a better level of the financial condition than the Province Bangka Belitung Islands for the ratio of indirect employee expenditure to total regional expenditure. The conclusion of this study is the Province of Bangka Belitung Islands can reduce indirect employee expenditure, the reduction is needed to increase capital expenditure because large capital expenditure has a significant influence on the economic growth of an area other than the private sector, households, and abroad. Keywords: Regional financial condition, ratio analysis         ABSTRAK Pengelolaan keuangan daerah yang baik akan mempengaruhi kemajuan suatu daerah. Dengan demikian daerah yang kinerja keuangannya dikatakan baik, dapat diartikan daerah tersebut memiliki kemampuan keuangan untuk membiayai penyelenggaraan otonomi daerah sesuai dengan Undang-Undang Nomor 32 Tahun 2004 tentang Pemerintahan Daerah dan Undang-Undang Republik Indonesia Nomor 33 Tahun 1999 tentang Perimbangan Keuangan Antar Daerah. Pemerintah Pusat dan Daerah. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis kondisi keuangan Provinsi Kepulauan Bangka Belitung dan Provinsi Sumatera Selatan pada tahun anggaran 2014-2018 menggunakan Mann-Whitney U Test. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Provinsi Kepulauan Bangka Belitung memiliki kondisi keuangan yang lebih baik dibandingkan Provinsi Sumatera Selatan atas tax ratio, rasio belanja modal terhadap total belanja daerah, dan rasio belanja modal terhadap penduduk sedangkan Provinsi Sumatera Selatan. memiliki tingkat kondisi keuangan yang lebih baik dibandingkan Provinsi Kepulauan Bangka Belitung untuk rasio belanja pegawai tidak langsung terhadap total belanja daerah. Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini adalah Provinsi Kepulauan Bangka Belitung dapat menurunkan belanja pegawai tidak langsung, pengurangan tersebut diperlukan untuk meningkatkan belanja modal karena belanja modal yang besar mempunyai pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap pertumbuhan ekonomi suatu daerah selain sektor swasta, rumah tangga, dan di luar negeri. Kata kunci : Kondisi keuangan daerah, analisis rasio

Abstract

This study aims to determine how much influence entrepreneurial characteristics and marketing strategies have on the success of MSMEs in the food and beverage sector in Koba District in the Digital Era. The sample of this study consisted of 82 respondents, determined using the Slovin formula and the sampling technique used was purposive sampling. The data collection technique was carried out using a questionnaire. The results of this study indicate that (1) Entrepreneurial characteristics have a partial positive effect on the success of MSMEs with a significance value of 0.001 <0.05 and a t-count value of 7.559> t-table 1.990. (2) Marketing Strategy has a partial positive effect on the success of MSMEs with a significance value of 0.001 <0.05 and a t-count value of 3.467> t-table 1.990. (3) Entrepreneurial Characteristics and Marketing Strategy have a simultaneous positive effect on the success of MSMEs with a significance value of 0.001 <0.05 and an F-count value of 49.937> F-table 3.112.

Abstract

Penelitian tentang penggunaan karbon aktif dari ampas teh sebagai adsorben telah dilakukan untuk mengadsorpsi -karoten yang terkandung dalam minyak kelapa sawit mentah. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendapatkan model isoterm dan kinetika yang sesuai untuk proses adsorpsi -karoten di dalam CPO. Kajian isoterm dilakukan pada suhu 60C menggunakan rasio karbon aktif terhadap CPO = 1:3, 1:4, 1:5, dan 1:6. Kajian kinetika dilakukan pada suhu 60C, rasio karbon aktif terhadap CPO = 1:3 dimana sampel diambil dengan interval waktu pengambilan 2 menit hingga 120 menit. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kemampuan karbon aktif dari ampas teh dalam menyerap -karoten dari CPO ini sangat memuaskan yakni lebih besar dari 99%. Persentase adsorpsi -karoten terbaik diperoleh pada rasio karbon aktif terhadap CPO = 1:3, yakni sebesar 99,61%. Model isoterm yang sesuai dengan data penelitian ini adalah model isoterm Freundlich. Sedangkan model kinetika yang sesuai adalah orde dua semu dengan nilai koefisien korelasi (R2) sebesar 0,996. Berdasarkan model kinetika tersebut diketahui bahwa laju penyerapan pada kesetimbangan adalah sebesar 3,5087 mg/g dan konstanta laju adsorpsi sebesar 0,0578 (L/menit).

Abstract

This research aims to determine the effect of Return on Equity (ROE), Current Ratio (CR), Debt to Equity Ratio (DER), & Earning per Share (EPS) on Share Prices of Mining Companies in the Coal Mining Sub-Sector Listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2016-2020 either partially or simultaneously. The number of samples used in this study were 8 coal mining sub-sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange from a total population of 28 companies. The type of data is secondary data sourced from the company's financial statements and annual reports. The data analysis method used is multiple linear regression analysis. The results of hypothesis testing in this research indicate that simultaneously Return on Equity (ROE), Current Ratio (CR), Debt to Equity Ratio (DER), & Earning per Share (EPS) have no significant effect on stock prices. Partially, Return on Equity (ROE) has an effect on stock prices. Meanwhile, Current Ratio (CR), Debt to Equity Ratio (DER), & Earning per Share (EPS) have no effect on stock prices.

Abstract

This study uses primary data with quantitative descriptive. The data used in this study is in the form of questionnaires to 52 employees. The sampling technique is the same as the total population at PT. Enseval Putera Megatrading, Tbk Pangkalpinang Branch. The data analysis method used is descriptive statistics with hypothesis testing using multiple linear regression processed with JASP. The results of the study show (1) Control Environment has no partial effect on employee performance with a significance value of 0.813. (2) Risk assessment has no partial effect on employee performance with a significance value of 0.239. (3) Control activities have no partial effect on employee performance with a significance value of 0.230. (4) Information and Communication has no partial effect on employee performance with a significance value of 0.968. (5) Monitoring has a partial effect on employee performance with a significance value of 0.020. (6) Control Environment, Risk Assessment, Control Activities, Information and Communication and Monitoring have a simultaneous effect with a significance value of 0.001.

Abstract

This research was entitled: “Analisis Pengaruh Kualitas Pelayanan, Lokasi, Harga service Terhadap Kepuasan Pelanggan di Bengkel Motor Coms”. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of direct marketing on purchasing decisions either simultaneously or partially. This research was conducted from January 2023 to June 2023. The method used in this study is descriptive with a quantitative approach with the aim of finding the relationship between the independent variables (Service Quality, Location, Service Price.) and the dependent variable (Customer Statisfaction) using a statistical formula. While the statistical formula used to test the hypothesis of Multiple Linear Analysis. The sample in this study amounted to 94 people. The results of the study prove that: (1) Service quality has an effect on Customer Statisfaction,tcount value is 2.704 greater than the ttable 1.98667.(2) Location does not affect Customer Statisfaction value of tcount -1523 is smaller than ttable 1.98667. (3) Service price has an effect on Customer Statisfaction,tcount value is 3.470 greater than the ttable 1.98667.

Abstract

The method used in this research is a descriptive method with a quantitative approach to find the relationship between the independent variables (service quality, corporate image, and satisfaction) with the dependent variable (loyalty) using statistical formulas. While the statistical formula used to test the hypothesis is multiple linear regression analysis, the sample in this study amounted to 67 people. The test results for the service quality variable (X1) where tcount (4.486) > ttable (1.669) mean that the service quality variable (X1) has a partial effect on loyalty (Y). The test results for the company image variable (X2) where tcount (-0.221) < ttable (1.669) mean that the corporate image variable (X2) has no partial effect on loyalty (Y). The test results for the satisfaction variable (X3) where tcount (7.121) > ttable (1.669) mean that the price variable (X3) has a partial effect on loyalty (Y).

Abstract

This research aims to find out how big the role of the Online Financial System (SISKEUDES) is in improving the quality of village financial accountability in Benteng Village, Pangkalan Baru District, Central Bangka Regency. The research method used in this research is qualitative with data collection techniques obtained from interviews and documentation. There were 4 informants in this research, namely the Village Head, Village Secretary, Finance Head and Planning Head. From the results obtained during the research, it can be concluded that the presence of SISKEUDES in Benteng Village helps the village accountability process to the local government and community with the village financial reports produced by this application. Then regarding the accountability of village financial reports, judging from the vertical and horizontal accountability indicators, the reporting and accountability of the Benteng Village Government has been said to be good or accountable. Benteng Village has implemented SISKEUDES which is adapted to Permendagri No. 20 of 2018 concerning Village Financial Accounting so that the quality of reporting can be accounted for based on applicable village accounting. Although there are still problems with the application which often causes errors.
