Abstract

The aim of this research is to examine the impact of PBI SEBI 14/27/DASP/2012 in Indonesia. The examination is using Panel Data Regression Methods and Different Test of Independent Samples Test. The purposes are to compare the compare the effect of the growth of credit cards before and after the implementation of PBI SEBI 14/27 / DASP / 2012. The research period was from year 2008 to year 2015. The sample populations used are four groups based on ownership of banks are: State Owned Banks, Foreign Exchange Commercial Banks, Foreign Owned Banks and Joint Venture Banks and PT Bank Bukopin Tbk in each period. The result of this research shows that PBI SEBI 14/27/DASP/2012 has significant impact on revenue growth of credit cards and a decrease in the credit card NPL by a group of banks, and the growth of credit cards at PT Bank Bukopin has a significant influence on the growth of cards credit Quantity, the credit card NPL and Annual Fee credit card.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menginvestigasi pengaruh edukasi pasar modal, modal investasi minimal, dan return terhadap minat mahasiswa Mahasiswa STIE – IBEK Pangkalpinang yang terdaftar dan aktif di POEMS pada pasar modal. Jenis penelitian ini adalah kuantitatif deskriptif. Populasi nya adalah mahasiswa STIE –IBEK Pangkalpinang yang terdaftar dan aktif di POEMS. Metode pengambilan sampel yang digunakan adalah metode proportiona test ratified random sampling. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah regresi linier berganda, uji F, uji t, dan koefisien determinasi. Temuan penelitian menunjukkan bahwa variabel edukasi pasar modal, modal investasi minimal, dan return secara simultan dan parsial berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap minat mahasiswa untuk berinvestasi di pasar modal.

Abstract

Berkembangnya era digitalisasi menjadikan ruang gerak lebih besar bagi para investor dalam berinvestasi, sebagai contoh investasi yang dilakukan semua kalangan di pasar modal. Masalah yang saat ini terjadi pada remaja zaman sekarang kurang memaksimalkan teknologi dengan hal yang lebih berguna. Hal ini yang melatarbelakangi pihak kampus memberikan seminar  mengenai  pasar modal menjadi faktor utama kesuksesan berinvestasi.  Adapun solusi yang bisa diberikan kepada SMK Negeri 1 Pangkalanbaru yaitu memberikan pendampingan dan pelatihan (Search Engine Optimization) dimulai pada tanggal 06 Februari sampai dengan 10 Februari  2023. Siswa-siswi diberikan gambaran cara melakukan investasi melalui aplikasi dari smartphone masing-masing. Metode pelaksanaan berupa persiapan, observasi sekolah dan serangkaian kegiatan. Setelah diadakan kegiatan pelatihan ini , sebagian besar peserta memahami alur transaksi pada saham dan obligasi pada pasar modal, dan pentingnya berinvestasi dan jiwa entrepreneur di kehidupan sekarang  ini dengan tujuan peningkatan penghasilan.

Abstract

Dalam rangka Proyek P5 pada kurikulum Merdeka praktik wirausaha selaras dengan tujuan dari pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini yaitu untuk mengetahui pengaruh dari hasil penyuluhan dan sosialisasi terkait pemahaman kepada siswa-siswi sebagai generasi muda bangsa dalam penyusunan laporan keuangan sesuai dengan SAK EMKM (standar akuntansi keuangan entitas mikro kecil menengah makro) bagi pelaku usaha UMKM. Hal ini dirasa, karena ilmu akuntansi sering mengalami perubahan dari waktu ke waktu sehingga sangat penting bagi guru maupun peserta didik mengetahui dan mengikuti perkembangan ilmu akuntansi terkini. Siswa-siswi SMK Bakti jurusan Akuntansi merupakan calon mahasiswa S1 akuntansi dan juga sebagai pelaku usaha sudah selayaknya diberikan penyuluhan serta pemahaman mengenai standar baku SAK EMKM agar menambah wawasan yang lebih luas pada saat membuka usaha dan siap menghadapi studi lanjut. Kegiatan ini dilaksanakan menggunakan pre test dan post test melalui google form, didapat hasil evaluasi akhir terjadi peningkatan secara signifikan antara pre test dan post test sebesar 80% mendapat nilai di atas 70 dengan responden 35 siswa-siswi kelas X. Serta dilanjutkan dengan presentasi tanya jawab diskusi di dalam kelas.

Abstract

This study examines the performance of two investment strategies, the Buy & Hold strategy and the MACD strategy, using data from 20 stocks in the Indonesian capital market over a six-year period. The results show that while the Buy & Hold strategy generally generates higher returns, the MACD strategy offers more stable returns and lower losses in certain cases. Statistical analysis using the Mann-Whitney U test showed no significant difference between the two strategies, but the Buy & Hold strategy outperformed MACD by 11.2% in terms of average return, indicating that it performed better than MACD strategy.

Abstract

Technological advances and disruptions in various fields of the economy have resulted in the existence of innovative work behaviors that are urgently needed for business actors. For business actors, understanding employee behavior is very important, with the hope that business actors can predict and create productive employee performance. Related to innovative behavior for employees, it is very crucial for business actors to understand and know the characteristics of each employee at work. The research's main objective is to analyze the effect of creative self-efficacy, organizational culture, and psychological empowerment on innovative work behavior. The sample in this study is 160 employees who work in SMEs which are determined by the convenience sampling approach. Data analysis used the SPSS application by displaying the results of data processing through research instrument tests with validity and reliability tests, multiple regression analysis, coefficient of determination and hypothesis testing. Based on the results of data analysis concluded that creative self-efficacy, organizational culture, and psychological empowerment have a positive and significant effect on innovative work behavior. The research implications inform that the behavior of employees working in the MSME sector can be more innovative, it requires high creative self-efficacy and business actors can provide motivation that encourages them to be enthusiastic at work. In addition, psychological empowerment also needs to be increased by providing psychological support for employees.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to determine the contribution of PBB P2 (Land and Building Tax) to the Regional Original Income of Pangkalpinang City in efforts to implement sustainable economic development. This research uses a qualitative approach. The data was collected through unstructured interviews with 5 respondents, consisting of the Village Head, Head of Development, and RT (Neighborhood Association) Chairman in Jerambah Gantung Village. The data analysis used Data Collection, Data Conclusion, Data Display, and Conclusion Drawing/Verification. The data analysis results show that the contribution of PBB P2 in Jerambah Gantung Village is 41.39% of the target of 321 million, which affects the Regional Original Income of Pangkalpinang City, exceeding the target by 101.96%, with a target of 122.2 billion. This income is then allocated to the Regional Budget (APBD), which is used for development in Pangkalpinang City.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the effect of Return on Equity (ROE), Current Ratio (CR), Debt to Equity Ratio (DER), & Earning per Share (EPS) on Share Prices of Mining Companies in the Coal Mining Sub-Sector Listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2016-2020 either partially or simultaneously. The number of samples used in this study were 8 coal mining sub-sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange from a total population of 28 companies. The type of data is secondary data sourced from the company's financial statements and annual reports. The data analysis method used is multiple linear regression analysis. The results of hypothesis testing in this research indicate that simultaneously Return on Equity (ROE), Current Ratio (CR), Debt to Equity Ratio (DER), & Earning per Share (EPS) have no significant effect on stock prices. Partially, Return on Equity (ROE) has an effect on stock prices. Meanwhile, Current Ratio (CR), Debt to Equity Ratio (DER), & Earning per Share (EPS) have no effect on stock prices.

Abstract

This research was entitled: “Analisis Gaya Kepemimpinan Kombinasi; Transactional dan Transformational Terhadap Kinerja Karyawan Pada Masa Pandemi Covid 19 di Klinik Intan Medika Pangkalpinang”. The purpose of this study was to determine and analyze the influence of leadership on the work performance of employees at the Intan Medika Clinic. Examine and analyze the influence of transformational leadership style on the work performance of employees at the Intan Medika Clinic. To examine and analyze the influence of transactional leadership style on the work performance of employees at the Intan Medika Clinic. To examine and analyze the dominant influence of the leadership style consisting of transformational and transactional or a combination on the work performance of employees at the Intan Medika Clinic. Either partially or simultaneously with a total of 90 pages without attachments. For the results of the coefficient of determination Adjusted R2 of 0.490 or can be defined as equivalent to 49%. It can be concluded that the influence of employee performance can be explained by a combination of leadership styles; transactional, and transformational during the Covid 19 Pandemic Period at the Intan Medika Clinic Pangkalpinang by 49%. There is a positive and significant effect of the combined leadership style variable on employee performance during the Covid 19 Pandemic Period at the Intan Medika Clinic Pangkalpinang H0 was rejected, and H1 was accepted. This is proven by the value of 4,078 and the p-value < .001, then the decision H1 is accepted. There is a negative and significant effect of transactional leadership variables on employee performance during the Covid 19 Pandemic Period at the Intan Medika Clinic Pangkalpinang H0 is rejected, and H1 is accepted. This is proven by the value of (-3.168) and p-value of 0.004, then the decision H2 is accepted. There is a positive and insignificant effect of transformational leadership variables on employee performance during the Covid 19 Pandemic Period at the Intan Medika Clinic Pangkalpinang H0 is rejected, and H1 is accepted. This is proven by the value of 2,399 and p-value of 0.024, then the decision H3 is accepted. There is a positive and significant influence, namely; combined leadership style; transactional, and transformational on employee performance during the Covid 19 Pandemic Period at Intan Medika Clinic Pangkalpinang This is proven by the value of 9962 and p-value <.001, the decision is H4 accepted.

Abstract

The foundation is a non-profit company, and financial management within the company is the main key to the company's operational activities. Foundations have an obligation to disclose information about the source and use of the funds that have been obtained so that accountability, transparency, and participation are maintained. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of accountability, transparency, and participation on financial management at the Santa Familia Foundation (Panti Bhakti Kasih Siti Anna). The approach used in this study uses a quantitative approach with the sampling technique used is purpose sampling. Methods of data collection with 46 respondents. Data analysis used multiple regression analysis. The results of the study indicate that accountability, transparency, and participation together have a positive and significant effect on financial management. The test results are proven by the F test where F count 15,068 > from F table 2.82 and partially accountability and participation have a positive effect on financial management as evidenced by the T-test where t count 2,129 > t table 1,682 for accountability variables and t count 5,132 > t Table 1.682 for the participation variable.
