This research model illustrates that each construct has a performance value and importance to competitive advantage. The test of this model uses a sample of 932 active student respondents at private universities with a non-probability sampling method with a purposive sampling technique. Data analysis using structural equation modeling and importance-performance map analysis, test analysis tool with SmartPLS. Based on the results of the analysis, it was found that the quality of the website has a low importance and performance value on competitive advantage compared to other variables.

This method is used to provide a systematic, actual and accurate description of the facts and the influence of the phenomena studied. To answer the research problem, the data analysis technique used is multiple partial regression analysis. The results showed that the variables of transformational leadership and work discipline together (simultaneously) had a significant effect on teacher work performance at SMA Negeri 18 Tangerang Regency by 77.8% while the remaining 22.2% were other factors not discussed in this study. The regression coefficient for transformational leadership (b1) is 0.575 and the regression coefficient for work discipline (b2) is 0.312, meaning that each addition of one unit of transformational leadership and work discipline will increase teacher work performance by 0.575 and 0.312 units. Abstract

The performance of Islamic mutual funds in Indonesia has fluctuated in recent years. Net Asset Value (NAV) reached its highest level in 2020, but declined sharply in 2021 and 2022. From 2023 to the present, NAV has not fully recovered despite showing an upward trend. Based on these conditions, this study aims to analyze the effect of inflation, exchange rate, interest rate (BI Rate), and GDP on the NAV of sharia mutual funds for the period 2019–2024. A quantitative method using the Vector Error Correction Model (VECM) approach was used to assess the short-term and long-term relationships. Monthly secondary data were processed through stationarity, cointegration, Impulse Response Function (IRF), and Forecast Error Variance Decomposition (FEVD) tests. The results show that inflation has a significant negative effect in the short and long term. The exchange rate has a significant positive effect, while interest rates are insignificant, indicating that Islamic investors are less interested in interest rates. GDP has a significant positive effect in the short term but not in the long term, meaning that economic growth only has a temporary impact on NAV.
