Abstract

After being explained about substitution by one of my lecturers, professor Sumarlam, I am interested in investigating the substitution on a famous novel. I choose “Ayat Ayat Cinta” a novel written by Habiburrahman Saerozi. It is very famous in Indonesia and it is not only interesting to read but also it gives us education and the way to love someone seen from Moslem side.  There are so many some moral values given there. The novel tells us about true love, honesty, pride, and struggle. The data which I analyzed was only in the sub title “Gadis Mesir Itu Bernama Maria”. The aim of this study is to describe the substitution used by the great writer. I am definitely sure that it will give good contribution on understanding about substitution. The ground theory which I use is from (Sudaryanto, 1993:15). He stated that there were four kinds of substitution, such as: equal quality substitution, definite readdressing substitution, nominal predicative substitution, pronominal substitution. I analyzed the data by describing the substitution used based on substitution theory. There are four findings which I can get after investigating the substitution used in the novel, namely: 1) there is no nominal predicative substitutions but the pronominal substitution is mostly used, 2) one word can substitute two words, 3) the writer differs the calling between friends and teachers to show respect, 4) aku (I) as subject sometimes are not fully written in Indonesian.

Abstract

Language style is operated to convey ideas and thoughts as well as to express intentions and to show who the speakers themselves. In the era of glory for You-tube, this research focuses on categorizing the language style used by the Indonesian Minister of Education in Najwa program uploaded in Najwa You-tube channel. The researcher used qualitative research to analyze and describe language style used in the transcript of video interview and document analysis. The data of this research is in the form of utterances. The data analysis technique was obtained through qualitative analysis by doing three steps; organizing and familiarizing, coding and reducing, and interpreting and representing. Researchers only found 3 styles, namely: casual style, intimate style and consultative. This research gives contribution in learning the character leadership shown by the Indonesian Minister of Education.

Abstract

Abstrak Dalam putusan mengenai pelaksanaan nafkah iddah, mut’ah serta nafkah untuk anak, eksekusi riil dilaksanakan oleh para pihak secara sukarela, atau oleh pengadilan melalui juru sita pengadilan setelah ada permohonan apabila salah satu pihak tidak bersedia melaksanakan putusan tersebut secara sukarela. Pengadilan tidak akan melaksanakan eksekusi apabila tidak ada permohonan eksekusi dari yang dirugikan. Untuk itu apabila permohonan eksekusi dilakukan maka terlebih dahulu mantan suami akan diberikan teguran agar memenuhi kewajibannya atas putusan pengadilan yang berkaitan dengan pemberian nafkah.Kata kunci:  putusan, perceraian, istri, anak AbstractIn the decision regarding the implementation of the living, mut'ah and income for the child, the real execution is carried out by the parties voluntarily, or by the court through the court bailiff after there is a request if one of the parties is not willing to implement the decision voluntarily. The court will not carry out the execution if there is no request for execution from the injured. For this reason, if the request for execution is carried out, the ex-husband will first be given a reprimand in order to fulfill his obligations on court decisions relating to the provision of income. Abstract

Education has essential role in delivering knowledge that makes society have broad insight. It can awaken society to move forward and awaken from backwardness. The language has essential role to demand the optimal effort in learning Indonesian at school, especially for senior high school. The technology development influences society’s life style and bring to the digital world. The purpose of the research is to improve the students’ speaking skill and make them love the local wisdom through media and teaching material ethnobotanical digital poster in the form of offers in literature performance as Indonesian teaching material with local wisdom base in improving tenth grade students’ speaking skill at SMK Darul Ulum 1 Peterongan Jombang. The problems are: how does the tenth-grade students’ speaking skill improvement process at SMK Darul Ulum 1 Peterongan Jombang through ethnobotanical digital media in the form of offers in literature performance of Jidor sentulan and how does the result of tenth grade students’ speaking improvement at SMK Darul Ulum 1 Peterongan Jombang through the form of offers in literature performance of Jidor sentulan. The research method uses action classroom research with two cycles. The data source of research are 17 students in the accountant department. The data show that there are 5 students who have low score based on the pre observation and the score is below the passing grade. The action class treatment is given to 17 students to improve the students’ speaking skill in the accountant class. The research result through teacher’s lesson plan in cycle I shows 85% of the students is enthusiastic and 95% of the students in cycle II of 17 students in accountant class can present their work in front of class. Besides, they want to introduce the developing culture in the original place by creating creative and innovative posters. The appearance of competitive and self-confidence feeling in speaking. The students show that they have positive impact in learning activities.
