Abstract

The application and implementation of student attendance conventionally using paper media in universities, especially STMIK Sumedang has several problems, including disruption of the lecture process with circulars of absent documents, students often taking advantage of loopholes and working together with other students to commit fraud, for example, students who attend classes. class, often sign the attendance of friends who are not present in lectures, then there is the possibility of damage and loss of absent documents, the occurrence of human errors in the process of recapitulating attendance data, and the amount of time wasted using this method and the difficulty of quickly and accurately getting attendance data for evaluation needs which are running. Attendance for lecturers is not much different from students because it is still done conventionally. The fingerprint-based employee attendance has several weaknesses, such as the possibility of employees forgetting to do a finger scan at the beginning of work or the end of work, the absence of details of the work carried out by employees during working hours. This study offers a solution to overcome these problems, namely by designing a Web-based application that can record attendance data more easily with an attendance intermediary device with a microcontroller-based IoT. The method used is the waterfall, the steps taken include the method of collecting data on the current system, identification and analysis of system and user requirements, system design based on studies, designed with the PHP programming language and MySQL database with the addition of Laravel Framework and Vue.js as application formation. The proposed. The Internet of Things (IoT) microcontroller is used as a reader and sender of data for validation that is integrated into the system. The test is planned to be carried out using the simulation method from several data from students, lecturers, employees, and course schedules so that it can be used as a reference for monitoring and evaluating the performance of the Academic.

Abstract

SatuSehat is a contact tracing application that replaces the PeduliLindungi application initiated by the Government of Indonesia with the aim of tracking the Covid-19 Virus. The success of the application can be known by analyzing sentiment reviews. In addition to the high number of reviews, there are also other things that need to be highlighted, namely the pattern of reviews that are not in accordance with refined spelling and diverse topics, so that identifying a topic from a collection of reviews is very difficult and takes a lot of time if done manually by humans. This research describes sentiment analysis and topic modeling on SatuSehat app user reviews. By applying Support Vector Machine (SVM) method for sentiment analysis and Latent Dirichlet Allocation (LDA) for topic modeling, this study reveals the views and trends expressed by users. The analyzed review data from Google Play Store includes 171,428 positive reviews and 131,246 negative reviews. The sentiment analysis results indicated the dominance of positive responses. LDA modeling resulted in 8 identified topics, from health concerns to app appreciation. However, negative topics included vaccination challenges, access issues, and app functionality. This research provides insight into users' perceptions of the SatuSehat app, providing a basis for further development and improvement of the app. Keywords: Sentiment Analysis; Topic Modeling; OneHealth App; SVM; LDA

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan mengimplementasikan WordPress sebagai platform pengelolaan informasi untuk mendukung aktivitas Pimpinan Daerah Muhammadiyah (PDM) Sumedang menggunakan metode Waterfall, yang meliputi perencanaan, analisis kebutuhan, desain, implementasi, pengujian, dan pemeliharaan. Website ini dirancang untuk menyebarkan informasi, berita, dan pembaruan kegiatan Muhammadiyah secara efektif. WordPress dipilih karena fleksibilitasnya dalam mengelola konten dan integrasi fitur seperti publikasi berita, kalender kegiatan, galeri foto, dan halaman informasi lainnya. Desain antarmuka responsif dan intuitif memberikan pengalaman optimal bagi pengunjung dan administrator. Pengujian dengan Black Box Testing memastikan fungsi berjalan sesuai kebutuhan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penggunaan WordPress memungkinkan pengelolaan konten secara terstruktur, integrasi fitur seperti berita kegiatan, pengumuman, dokumentasi program kerja, dan konten dakwah. Desain antarmuka yang responsif dan intuitif memberikan pengalaman pengguna yang optimal bagi pengunjung maupun administrator. Tahap pengujian dengan Black Box Testing memastikan semua fungsi sistem berjalan sesuai kebutuhan, termasuk navigasi antar halaman, responsivitas perangkat, dan integrasi dengan plugin pendukung. Implementasi ini berhasil meningkatkan efisiensi komunikasi internal dan eksternal, memperkuat citra digital organisasi, dan meningkatkan keterlibatan masyarakat.

Abstract

Online lending (pinjol) has become an important part of the digital transformation of the financial sector, offering people easy access to funds. However, the increasing reliance on user reviews as a decision-making factor raises concerns about their authenticity and credibility. This research aims to analyze the sentiments and topics that appear in the reviews of Akulaku, Kredivo, and EasyCash lending apps on the Google Play Store. Using text mining techniques, VADER sentiment analysis, and LDA topic modeling, this research reveals dominant positive sentiments related to ease of use, service speed, and customer support. However, there were also negative reviews regarding loan application difficulties, technical issues, and bad experiences with billing and payments. This research provides valuable insights into the preferences and concerns of pinjol users, which can serve as a reference for service providers to improve the quality of their products and services.

Abstract

Sistem Informasi Pegawai ASN Terintegrasi Sumedang adalah aplikasi berbasis web yang dirancang untuk mendukung pengelolaan data kepegawaian di Kabupaten Sumedang. Namun, aksesibilitas sistem ini terbatas karena hanya dapat digunakan melalui perangkat PC atau laptop. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk merancang desain UI/UX versi mobile SIPANTES guna meningkatkan kenyamanan dan efisiensi pengguna dalam mengakses sistem. Metodologi yang digunakan mencakup analisis kebutuhan, perancangan desain berbasis Design Thinking, serta evaluasi prototipe. Hasil dari penelitian ini diharapkan memberikan pedoman bagi pengembang dalam menciptakan aplikasi yang lebih inklusif dan ramah pengguna.
