Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah menganalisis kelayakan finansial, sensitivitas usaha, serta menganalisis model pengembangan usaha pengolahan kerupuk ikan di Kabupaten Seruyan.  Penelitian ini dilaksanakan mulai Bulan Maret sampai dengan Juli 2018, menggunakan data primer dengan metode sensus pada seluruh pengusaha kerupuk ikan di Kabupaten Seruyan. Kelayakan finansial dalam usaha pembuatan kerupuk ikan ini dianalisis menggunakan beberapa kriteria investasi yaitu Net Present Value, Internal Rate of Return,  Payback Period, Net B/C Ratio.  Sensitifitas usaha dianalisis dengan menggunakan switching value, sedangkan model pengembangan usaha di analisis menggunakan PLS SEM.  Berdasarkan hasil penelitian bahwa usaha kerupuk ikan di Kabuapten Seruyan layak untuk di usahakan berdasarkan 4 kriteria investasi yang digunakan dengan nilai NPV sebesar Rp 192.357.2999,43, IRR sebesar 60,94%, Net B/C sebesar 2,76 dan pay back period sebesar 3 tahun 18 hari.  Adapun hasil  analisis sensitifitas menunjukkan penurunan harga jual lebih sensitive jika dibandingkan dengan penurunan harga bahan baku, dan untuk kenaikan harga bahan baku batas tertinggi sebesar 37,80% dan untuk penurunan harga jual kerupuk batas terendah sebesar 24,30%, dan berdasarkan analisis model pengembangan usaha (Entrepreneurial Marketing)  diketahui bahwa  Entrepreneurial marketing  berpengaruh sangat signifikan (p value 0,000) terhadap pengembangan usaha kerupuk ikan di Kecamatan Seruyan Hilir Kabupaten Seruyan.

Abstract

Indonesia and in other developing countries. ICT has the ability to cut space and time limitations, especially access to communication and information, which has been a constraint to weak market access for entrepreneurs. One form of information technology that is developing and the current trend is the presence of social media (social media) that were built with the aim of connecting various people through internet media in various places without constraints of space and time. This study aims 1) to analyze the influence of social media as a marketing medium on the accessibility of fish cracker processing industries in Seruyan Hilir District, Seruyan Regency to the market. 2) analyze the relationship between market accessibility and business success. Respondents were taken from the region which is the center of fish cracker processing industry in Seruyan Regency, namely Seruyan Hilir Sub-district using the census method as many as 18 respondents. The analysis uses a partial structural equation model (PLS-SEM) with the main variables namely the use of social media, market accessibility, and business success. Each variable is then measured using several indicators. Based on the results of the analysis it is known that the use of social media has a significant effect on the accessibility of the fish cracker processing industry to the market. The business success is also significantly influenced by the accessibility of the fish cracker processing industry to the market

Abstract

Increased production of lowland rice from the Siam Epang variety  in Seruyan Hilir  Sub District is expected to increase income for farmer households, and in the production of each farmer - different because there are several influencing factors including land area, seeds, labor, amount of fertilizer, and the number of pesticides used, with the difference will affect the amount of income received by farmer households. The purpose of this study was to analyze the income distribution of households of Siam Epang rice farmers in Seruyan Hilir Sub District. This research method uses a survey method using a questionnaire to collect primary data, the number of respondents in this study were 86 respondents, to analyze family income distribution using the Gini Ratio coefficient and Lorenz curve to visually describe income distribution. Based on the results of the research described in the previous section, it can be concluded that the distribution of household income of rice farmers in the Siam Epang  variety in Seruyan Hilir  sub-district is 0.59, which means that farm household income is unevenly distributed and has high inequality.

Abstract

The objectives of the research were to analyze the characteristics and consumers preference towards shrimp paste. Faktors and level attributes used are size (5 gr, 10gr and 25gr), presentation (burned, and have not burned), packaging (wrapper leaf, jointly and severally plastic, and aluminum foil) and purity (pure shrimp, and mixed fish). Respondents taken as many as 50 people with accidental sampling that will be required to determine the ranking of a combination of faktors and levels (stimuli) from most preferred to least preferred. Consumer characteristics were analyzed using descriptive analysis, and consumer preferences were analyzed with conjoint analysis. The results showed that the respondents prefer the paste to the size of 10gr, had been burned, the packaging wrapper leaf, and pure shrimp paste. Based on the importance rate faktor, consumers prefer packing faktor for the first, and then the purity faktor, after that the size faktor, and the last is a representation faktor.Keywords: Consumers, Preference, Shrimp Paste

Abstract

Besarnya produksi bandeng yang dihasilkan pada tambak ikan bandeng di Kecamatan Seruyan Hilir akan menyebabkan terjadinya persaingan harga, dimana ketika hasil produksi yang berbarengan menyebabkan harga akan ditententukan oleh tengkulak, sehingga petani tidak dalam posisi menentukan harga selain harga yang ditentukan oleh tengkulak, adapun penelitian ini bertujuan  untuk menganalisis kelayakan finansial usaha tambak ikan bandeng  di Kecamatan Seruyan Hilir Kabupaten Seruyan.  Metode  yang digunakan adalah yaitu metode sensus, metode sensus merupakan metode penelitian yang menggunakan semua individu yang ada dalam populasi, adapun responden dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 29 orang petani ikan bandeng.  Analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis kuantitatif  untuk  menganalisis biaya-biaya yang dikeluarkan selama kegiatan mulai dari biaya investasi, operasional  produksi  dan Analisis finansial digunakan untuk mengetahui kelayakan usaha tambak ikan bandeng  dengan menggunakan kriteria-kriteria kelayakan investasi yaitu: Net Present Value(NPV), Internal rate of Return (IRR), Net Benefit Cost Rasio (Net B/C), Payback Period .  Adapun hasil penelitian ini adalah bahwa  usaha tambak ikan bandeng berdasarkan 4 criteria investasi yang digunakan di kecamatan seruyan hilir layak untuk usahakan, hal ini bisa dilihat dari nilai NPV positif yaitu sebesar Rp 114.513.540,11,  nilai IRR yang lebih besar dari tingkat suku bunga yaitu sebesar  160%,  nilai  net B/C sebesar  6,56 dan pay back period usaha tambak ikan bandeng ini 7 bulan.

Abstract

The objectives of the research were to analyze the characteristics and satisfaction of consumers towards the attributes of bananas Kepok in Kuala Pembuang, Sampit and Palangkaraya. The research method used is descriptive qualitative method and the sampling technique with accidental sampling of the 150 respondents were divided in Kuala Pembuang, Sampit and Palangkaraya each 50 respondents. Variable that will be analyzed include: attributes of price, taste, freshness, ripeness, size, shape, color, and skin hygiene using Importance-Performance Analysis (IPA) and Consumers Satisfaction Index (CSI). Based on the results of a study of the characteristics of the respondents in the city of Kuala Pembuang, Sampit and Palangkaraya in the range of ages is relatively uniform and still relatively productive age of 20-50 years of age. Different when viewed in terms of the education level of respondents in the city of Sampit and Palangkaraya more respondents who have been through higher education compared to respondents in the city of Kuala Pembuang. Moreover, if it is seen by the income level of the respondents in Kuala Pembuang inclined relatively lower income compared to respondents in the city of Sampit and Palangkaraya. The score of satisfaction index each city shows the satisfaction of respondents to attribute banana Kepok satisfied to the value in each city is 0,7151 (Kuala Pembuang), 0,7023 (Sampit) and 0,7439 (Palangkaraya).

Abstract

As the largest banana producing district in Central Kalimantan, currently most of the banana farmers in Seruyan Regency still  rely on middleman to collect their crops. There are several factors that allegedly influence farmers in determining the choice of selling their crops to middleman rather than selling directly to the market. The purpose of this research is to analyze the factors that influence the accessibility of farmers to the market and to analyze the relationship between farmer's market accessibility and the bargaining position of farmers toward middleman. The respondents were farmers from the largest producer of banana kepok namely Seruyan Hilir and Seruyan Hilir Timur sub-districts. The method usedwas purposive sampling method and the data was collected in July 2017. The data were analyzed using partial structural equation model (PLS-SEM) with the main variablesare motivation, knowledge, ability to access infrastructure, bond with the middleman, involvement in farmer group, negotiation ability, market accessibility, and bargaining position of farmers. Based on the results of analysis, the knowledge, motivation, ability to access infrastructure and bond with the middleman have significant effect on the accessibility of farmers to the market. The bargaining position of farmers is significantly influenced by the accessibility of farmers to the market.

Abstract
