Abstract

Abstrak – Perkembangan RS Islam Jakarta Pondok Kopi yang semakin banyak pasien yang berobat, maka pelayanan, yang efisiensi dan efektifitas dalam memberikan kepuasan layanan belum terjadi pada sistem yang berjalan saat ini, seperti rekam medik pasien yang masih berupa dokumen sehingga terjadi penumpukan berkas-berkas, dan pelayanan obat kurang terupdate secara cepat serta bentuk palaporan yang masih dicatat secara manual Dalam penelitian ini, kami merancang sebuah sistem aplikasi dengan menggunakan metode waterfall yang meliputi analisa dan rekayasa sistem, analisis kebutuhan, perancangan, pemrograman, pengujian dan pemeliharaan. Aplikasi ini dibangun menggunakan software Dreamweaver serta menggunakan bahasa pemrograman PHP dan MySQL untuk perancangan database. Hasil yang dicapai dari penelitian ini adalah aplikasi layanan rawat jalan yang lebih efektif dan efisien guna memberikan kepuasaan bagi pasien. Abstract

Informasi mengenai Rumah Makan Tosuka masih kurang diketahui masyarakat khususnya yang sering menggunakan akses internet dan yang ingin melakukan pemesanan katering secara online. Sistem informasi pemesanan yang masih bersifat manual sehingga untuk mendapatkan informasinya masyarakat harus datang langsung ke Rumah Makan Tosuka. Dengan memanfaatkan teknologi internet informasi-informasi yang ada di Rumah Makan Tosuka bisa didapatkan dengan mudah dan juga dapat  mempermudah pembeli dalam melakukan pemesanan katering. Berdasarkan hasil analisa pada penelitian ini penulis menggunakan metode pengembangan perangkat lunak menggunakan SDLC sedangkan tool yang digunakan berupa ERD (Entity Relationship Diagram) dan UML (United Modelling languange) sedangkan MySQL sebagai server database, Adobe Dreamweaver  untuk aplikasi PHP. Dengan adanya aplikasi pemesanan katering ini dapat memberikan kemudahan pada pembeli dan meningkatkan pelayanan pada Rumah Makan Tosuka.Kata kunci : Sistem Informasi Pemesanan, Rumah Makan, Waterfall Model, Web.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilakukan agar penulis dapat memecahkan rasa penasaran terhadap beberapa software manajemen bisnis dan keuangan, yang manakah yang paling diminati oleh pengguna. Dalam penelitian ini penulis mencoba membandingkan tiga buah software manajemen bisnis dan keuangan yaitu SAP, Zahir dan Limax sebagai alternatif pembanding. Tujuan dari dilakukannya penelitian ini untuk menemukan software manajemen bisnis dan keuangan yang paling mudah dan banyak peminatnya untuk menggunakan. Peneliti menggunakan metode Simple Additive Weighting (SAW) untuk melakukan pemilihan software. Abstract

Teknologi jaringan saat ini sudah bukan mencakup satu gedung, atau satu kantor atau satu area saja, tetapi saat ini perkembangannya beberapa convarege area beda propinsi, beda pulau bahkan bisa juga beda benua. Kementrian perhubunhgan merupakan kantor pemerintahan yang di mana keamanan dalam pengiriman data adalah suatu hal yang sangat penting. Permasalahan yang terjadi di Kementrian Perhubungan adalah belum amannya proses pengiriman data yang di lakukan dari kantor pusat ke kantor cabang. Hadirnya VPN memberikan suatu mediasi jalur komunikasi melalui jaringan publik dengan proses enkripsi pada data, sehingga data yang akan di transmisikan hanya dapat di akses oleh client dan terjaga kerahasiaannya. Dengan menggunakan infrastruktur VPN IPSecurity merupakan salah satu solusi untuk meningkatkan keamanan data pada jaringan komputer yang mendukung banyak metode otentikasi dan enkripsi. IPSec bekerja dengan melakukan enkripsi pada paket data secara otomatis sebelum dikirimkan. Dengan demikian walaupun data berhasil disadap oleh pihak ketiga maka data tidak akan berguna karena data telah terenkripsi. Permasalahan seperti ini pada dasarnya merupakan masalah umum yang biasa terjadi di banyak perusahaan diseluruh dunia. Kata Kunci: Virtual Private Network, Jaringan Skala Luas, IP Security

Abstract

The development of information technology is increasingly developing, so that makes the human mindset of the desired information needs can be accessed easily, quickly, and accurately. This boat booking is a type of booking that is rarely known by many people and almost everyone only knows about booking hotels, along with the many tourist attractions such as the islands that require tourists to go using the boat to the tourist site, an application is needed to make it easy for tourists to book a ship, from the existing problems for booking and chartering the ship is still done manually by contacting the shipowner directly and for the payment process that is done is still using a manual system that is done after completing using the ship which is feared the charterer can cancel the charter . In this study, the authors used a methodology with data collection techniques namely observation, interviews and literature study while application development uses SDLC (System Development Life Cycle) with a waterfall approach and in this study, the authors used the Fisher-Yates Shuffle algorithm while for modeling using UML (Unified Modeling Language). With the Android-based ship booking application, it can facilitate the tourists in getting information in booking a boat that can be done online.

Abstract

In this modern era, the use of electronics such as cellphones, computers, laptops and others quite widely used for various needs. Information technology that is very developed today brings changes and affects social life. One of the problems in society is the large influence of online games because online games themselves have an attraction that makes people more fun playing than learning. It evidenced by the large number of millennial adolescents spending their daily time in front of computers or smartphones instead of books, and the lack of socializing is also one of the negative effects of playing online games and harms their health. To solve these problems, the classification method used is the naïve Bayes algorithm method, for classification in the form of online game user data as a whole, namely based on name, gender, age, number of days, duration and classification in the form of addiction and not addiction (normal). Therefore, this naïve Bayes algorithm can predict future opportunities based on past experiences. The results of the study of 100 online game user data in normal conditions were 78 respondents, and addiction was 22 respondents from the results of both concluded that the research results of millennial adolescents online game users were declared normal with an overall accuracy of 89.00%. Addicted recall class 77.27%, normal recall class 92.31%, addicted precision class 73.91%, normal precision class 93.51%.

Abstract

PT. Gomeds Network is an Internet Service Provider (ISP) company based in the city of Gorontalo. This company has problems or obstacles in the process of applying for leave for its employees where leave applications are still handled manually, even though personal computers are available as a support facility for work activities. All of this allows errors or inaccuracies in employee leave data at PT. Gomeds Network. The purpose of this research is to build a web-based employee leave application information system which makes it easier for employees to apply for leave and get complete and detailed information related to leave, also this leave application can be done online anywhere that can be done. connected to the internet so there is no need to meet with the staffing department. The research method used is the waterfall system development model or systems development life system (SDLC) with unified modeling language (UML) where the tools used to describe the system model are in the form of activity diagrams, use case diagrams, component diagrams and deployment diagrams and in making bases. data using entity relationship diagrams (ERD). With this employee leave application information system application can help employees in filing leave and make it easier for companies to process and manage employee leave data and incoming data can be stored safely in the database and can improve the performance and time efficiency in activities in the staffing department..

Abstract

Implementation of Expert System Diagnosis of motorcycle engine damage is a solution of motorcycle service at AHASS 00955 Mitra Perdana, Expert System is a system that is related to the knowledge possessed by experts and technology users to solve a problem. This article, discusses the design of decision-making applications that have an important role in the process of diagnosing motor engine damage. Because the system is currently running the user only hands over the motorcycle to the technician. The use of computer-based artificial intelligence can be a solution to problems in structured decision making. The design of this expert system is designed using the forward tracking inference method and is designed in the form of a website to facilitate users in using it.

Abstract

Diabetes is one of the deadly disease, high-risk factors in families that cause diabetes because fat people who do not do physical exercise, and those who do not have a healthy lifestyle and diet excess of what is needed by the body. Based on the history data diabetics can be made on the prediction of diabetes that can help health professionals. Classification is one of data mining techniques that can be used to help predict. Classification can be done with that Decision Tree algorithm C4.5 and Naive Bayes. This study aims to classify and apply data mining classification. Results of data classification in the evaluation using the Confusion Matrix and ROC curve to determine the level of accuracy results using algorithms Decision Tree that is equal to 73.30% and the AUC of the ROC curve was 0733 while the algorithm Naive Bayes amounted to 75.13% AUC values of the ROC curve of 0.810, so it can be said that the algorithm Naive Bayes has the result of a good predictor in predicting diabetes patient.

Abstract

Abstract— Mobile is an electronic telecommunication tool that is needed by humans at this time. With the rapid development of technology, there are many kinds of cellphone brands that provide gaming specifications with fairly good prices and specifications, and compete with each other to provide all the advantages of their cellphone brands. It is hoped that this research can add insight to others. In this paper the researchers used four selection criteria, namely: Price, Battery, Processor and Storage Capacity. Based on the results of processing and analysis of respondent data, it was found that Xiaomi has the highest priority weight, namely: 1.473, followed by Asus with the second priority weight, namely: 1.128, then Realme has the third priority weight, namely: 0.945, and the last is Oppo with the lowest priority weight, namely: 0.524. The method that will be used in this research is to use the AHP (Analytical Hierarchy Process) method. Thus it can be concluded that the use of the AHP method in choosing the best Gaming Mobile is effective. Keywords: Gaming Phone, Best Cell Phone, Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP), Decision Support System. Intisari—Handphone merupakan sebuah alat telekomunikasi elektronik yang sangat dibutuhkan oleh manusia disaat sekarang ini. Dengan berkembangnya teknologi yang semakin pesat banyak macam merek Handphone yang memberikan spesifikasi gaming dengan harga dan spesifikasi yang cukup baik, dan saling bersaing untuk memberikan segala kelebihan-kelebihan dari merek Handphone mereka. Diharapkan dengan adanya penelitian ini dapat menambah wawasan bagi orang lain. Dalam penulisan ini peneliti menggunakan empat kriteria pemilihan yaitu: Harga, Baterai, Processor dan Kapasitas Penyimpanan. Berdasarkan hasil pengolahan dan analisa data responden, diperoleh Xiaomi memiliki bobot prioritas tertinggi yaitu: 1,473, diikuti oleh Asus dengan bobot prioritas kedua yaitu: 1,128, selanjutnya Realme memiliki bobot prioritas ketiga yaitu: 0,945, dan yang terakhir Oppo dengan bobot prioritas rendah yaitu: 0,524. Metode yang akan digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah dengan menggunakan metode AHP (Analytical Hierarchy Process). Dengan demikian dapat disimpulkan bahwa penggunaan metode AHP dalam memilih Handphone Gaming terbaik efektif untuk diterapkan.
